TheRingFinders Metal Detecting Service helped find and return another Sentimental piece of jewelry in San Diego!

I got a call from a lady who lost her earring in a grass field at brengle terrace park,Located in Vista California.

Prior to many hours looking for the earring with her friends and thinking about, Buying/Renting a metal detector.

She had Found me online. After meeting her there with in the same hour I was called..while going over the story how it was lost…. …Abruptly..She said Oh NO…,The Lawnmower was here… Dang! My heart also Sank too💔!

There was Freshly Cut Grid marks and who knows where it could of been chopped up or flung too? I will admit,Bad scenero but The story of how it was lost when her 100 pound dog knocked it off her ear with its big paws in a small area had me excited,yet shadowed after seeing fresh lawnmower Lines..Oh Oh.😬

I knew it was somewhere, to be found?Right?           I enjoy the Search/hunt Either way..BTW😀

So I turned on my P.I machine and instantly was hit by Sodium lights that Interferes with metal detector equipment!!. I have spent many years practicing for this situation, It took me a few seconds to eliminate the false signals and dial in a smoother threshold on the A.P.I Pulse inducter machine..

After roughly 5-15 minutes in the search and nearly ten signals that I marked and skipped,I get a Good Matching signal⚒ 0-1 inches deep + Sounding like a choppy dime,Or small silver. Fortunately she had brought the other earring so I could hear it and I Knew..🎻🎼 🏁

We both stirred up the grass using our fingers like rakes and (Boom)  OMG it popped up.

I believe one of us caught it mid-air! I can’t remember? But the feeling we both had was Electricfying like Nikola Tesla. 😀

I was even shaken up ~ Long after Finding it!

Surfer Hides Car Keys in Sand .. Then Can’t Find Keys .. Huntington Beach, CA .. Found with Metal Detector

I was on the beach practicing with a new detector that I purchased for finding small metallic items. A nice day on the beach except for Josh who came running up to me with a distressed look on his face. I asked him, what did you lose. He replied, my only set of car keys.
He had buried his keys under his towel while he went surfing. When we walked a couple blocks back to where his towel was, his friends had dug down throwing sand in piles everywhere. I did a quick search of the piles then a little higher on the slope. One foot above where they searched by hand I got a strong signal scooping up his keys. We think the towel may have been moved by someone or the wind.
The main thing was Josh was a happy surfer who didn’t have to call a tow truck or locksmith to help him get home. I’m pleased to be able to help him with a little bit of my time and my experience of using my metal detector on the beach. I had the opportunity to tell Josh about TheRingFinders.com asking him to share with his friends and social media.. More people need to know that this service exists. I love being able to help people.

Rose Gold Wedding Rind Set Lost in Sand .. Pacific Beach, CA. ..Found

Barbara called me about 6:30pm.. Telling me how she lost her wedding rings earlier that afternoon in the sand at Pacific Beach located in the SanDiego area. She took them off putting them on a towel while applying sunscreen.. Barbara was upset with herself but I assured her this was so common she shouldn’t be so hard on herself. I was also able to convince her that metal detectors work very well to recover rings lost in the sand. Our chances were good to find her rings as it had only been a few hours sense the loss.
Timing is important and getting close to the general area they were lost would have a lot to do with recovering the rings. She said that they could meet me after they got home from dinner commitment about 10 pm. Perfect for me because I could return a ring to a lady that lives in San Diego, saving her a trip to Newport Beach.
Barbara and Dan met me and I followed them to the north end of Pacific Beach. We walked a few blocks to some landmarks they had remembered. Barbara pointed to an broken pair of sunglasses and a rock they had placed each side of where they were sitting. Dan was interested in how the detector worked so I took a few moments to explain what it was telling me as a dug a few pieces of trash. Then I got two solid gold tones with nice ID numbers that matched. I scooped one ring and marked a spot for Barbara to find it with her fingers. I told her to grab with her fingers not drag her fingers through the sand. She got it and we took pictures. Returned to our cars to head home. I asked them to tell their friends and post on their social media about TheRingFinders.com. I’m one of 400 members located all over the country.

I was contacted by Christian regarding his lost Gold Masonic Ring in a open field in Stafford, Texas. Christian said he had been plating football with several of his friends in the field when he noticed his ring was missing from his finger. Christian said after the discovery he and several of his friends searched for the ring but could not find it in the grassy field.

Two Rings Lost in Sand .. Newport Beach, CA. .. Found

Two special rings given to Jessie by her late aunt were lost in the sand. I received an email just before midnight from Jessie.

Hi Stan! I stumbled across The Ring Finders this evening – I was at Newport Beach today and lost two rings that have great sentimental value. I wondered if you could tell me more about your service and if you are available!
I had taken the rings off because I was taking part in a cooking class for a work event and didn’t want them to get covered in raw chicken. I put them in the pocket of my apron and we ended up going to the beach to take a group photo with our aprons on – after the first photo I cast the apron aside, and the rest is history.
We were on Newport Beach this evening around 6:30 at the end of 49th street.

I couldn’t get a reply from her and it bothered me that the beach cleaning machine may get the rings before Jessie could talk to me. It’s less that 3 miles from where I live, so I took the above directions and drove to do a search. My plan was to grid search the first 40 feet from the towel line towards the beach front homes. The Beach King sifting machine normally does two or three passes along the towel line.
After about an hour I had confidence that the rings were not in beach sifting area. I could go home and wait for Jessie to call me with more definite directions. There was probably 150 yards of beach that the rings could be hiding, but they should be safe until I could talk to Jessie.
It was 1:30am as I walked off the beach, then I spotted finger drag marks on the dry sand. Set up a grid search and within 10 minutes I had Jessie’s two rings in my scoop.
Sent Jessie a email telling her I had found her rings and to call me so we could arrange at time and place to meet.. As it turned out I save her a trip from San Diego to Newport because I had another ring search the next day near where she lives. (Another coincident ? ). Jessie did give me some homemade brownies, a nice thank you card and a generous gratuity.

Tungsten Carbide ring lost in Denver park – returned

Nate was playing Frisbee in a park near downtown Denver. He decided to tie his Tungsten Carbide ring to the draw string of his shorts. After one quick sprint to catch the Frisbee he felt for his ring and it was already gone. All of his friends spent some time searching for his ring with no success. Since I had found this ring for him a couple years before he knew to send me a text message. We made arrangements for me to meet him that evening to search for his ring. I arrived a few minutes early and began my search but I wasn’t quite in the proper area. Upon Nate’s arrival he showed me the location he was at when his ring went missing. After just a few minutes of searching, Nate had his ring back.

Lost Yellow Diamond Engagement Ring inside Infinite QX80 Found

Received a call from Jennifer last evening in regards to her white gold engagement ring which was dropped inside her SUV passenger side, Jennifer has spent three hours looking for the ring and was frustrated that she could not find the ring I told her that my metal detectors wouldn’t be of any use in a vehicle I would have to visually/feel and touch around for the ring Jennifer agreed! Told her I would be down within the hour.

Arrived at her house saw Jennifer walking around her vehicle with a flashlight and looking very disappoint that she couldn’t find her ring I assured her if it’s their I will find it. Jennifer said the ring has to be under the passenger seat but she had looked everywhere with no luck.

I looked under the seat and the only place the ring could likely be was where the wiring harness came through the carpet, in order to get under the carpet I would have had to remove the seat and disconnect the harness which was a big job! Then I saw the floor heating duct and it was possible to get in that way.

I reach in under the carpet and felt round the wiring harness to my surprise I felt something lodged in between the harness and the duct managed to get my finger in to what felt like a ring and pulled it out, I showed Jennifer and asked is this your ring? She burst out crying with joy and very happy that her ring was back on her finger.

Another happy client! Thank you Jennifer for the generous reward.

Wedding Ring lost in the grass while playing volley ball at a home in Missouri City, Texas (found) by John Volek TRF-Houston

I was contacted by Cecilia regarding her husbands lost wedding ring in the backyard of their residence in Missouri City, Texas. Cecilia reported her husband Rick had been playing volley ball with their kids in the backyard when he discovered his ring was missing. Cecilia said Rick was pretty sure his ring was lost while playing volleyball, but he was unaware it had come off his finger until later in the day.

Lost Mans Platinum Wedding Band In Dewey Beach, Delaware Found

On 08/20/16, I received a call from a gentleman requesting my help in finding his platinum wedding band which had been lost while playing volleyball. The gentleman stated that he had been playing volleyball during the early morning hours of 08/19/16 on a beach volleyball court located in the town of Dewey Beach, Delaware. The gentleman stated that he had taken his wedding band off of his finger so that it would not come of his finger while playing volleyball and he placed it in the pocket of his shorts. The gentleman stated that when he finished playing volleyball he went to put his wedding ring back on his finger and found that it was missing from his shorts pocket. On 08/21/16, I responded to the location of the lost ring and began my search on the north side of the volleyball net where the gentleman had been playing. The ring was located about forty-five minutes into the search towards the outside area of the volleyball court about four inches down in the sand. After recovering the ring and letting the gentleman know that it had been recovered, I packaged the ring up and mailed it back to him on 08/22/16.

Lost Gold & Diamonds Wedding Band at Aulani Disney Resort Ko Olina…FOUND!!!

This ring find started when I got a call from my wife stating the Ko Olina Beach Security called about a lost ring. I called and they put me in touch with Betty from San Francisco California. While she was applying suntan lotion she placed her wedding ring on her bathing suit. Then in that moment she stood up she saw the ring fall and disappear into the sand. They searched for quite some time with no success and after talking to hotel staff they suggested my services. I talked to Betty and she was going to a meeting shortly but would be available after noon. That worked perfectly for me so I told her I’d be there about oneish. I told Betty don’t keep digging as that could make it worse. I met Betty at the equipment rental shack and she walked me down to the lounge chair she was in when the ring fell. Her husband Jeff had been waiting there to keep things safe. We moved several chairs out of the way and I started my search. First target a quarter. Second target a pull tab. Third target sounded great and because Diamonds are involved I used my pin-pointer carefully in the sand. Surprisingly their digging had pushed the ring 7-8 inches down into the sand. Betty was so grateful when I handed her the ring. Jeff was as well. Betty promised me she learned her lesson not to wear rings on the beach. Well she certainly knows who to call. Let the vacation continue on a high note. Aloha to Betty & Jeff.
