We can't recommend Ron enough.
I lost my wedding band in our townhouse backyard after it slipped off while I was outside. We spent the rest of the evening and a good two hours the next morning at sunrise searching by hand, using flashlights, checking the grass, weeds, fence line, gravel path and even the neighbouring complex. After all that, I began to think that it might be gone for good, and I was definitely more than a little panicked.
I reached out to Ron and he said he'd do his best, then came out the same day from Cambridge to Mississauga which was greatly appreciated. He listened to what happened, asked the right questions, and searched calmly and methodically. After all of our searching, he found the ring in an area we never would have been able to properly clear by eye or by hand.
The ring has enormous sentimental value and is irreplaceable, so getting it back meant a lot. Ron was kind, reassuring, professional, and definitely a gem to deal with. The cost was more than fair considering travel, gas, expertise, equipment, and end result.
