This story starts 47 years ago when a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania Nursing program loses her graduation ring in the ocean in Stone Harbor. She has never forgotten that day.

5 months ago her best friend gave her a gold necklace to melt down to make a new ring. The ring was made and worn every day since.

This week the ring was loose on her finger so she put it in her coat pocket. When she got home she shook dog hair from her coat and heard the ring hit the cement. Her yard is yellow with zoysia grass. The yellow gold ring was lost. Her husband spent 2 days on his hands and knees looking through the thick grass with no luck.

He searched the internet and found me. My wife and I went to their house the next day. They told me their story and I went to work. I searched the area that they pointed me to. No luck. I moved to the other side of the sidewalk and bingo.

10 minutes of search time. The ring is back on her finger. She will be going back to the jeweler to have it resized. My wife made a new friend. She did not want her picture taken.

I will be searching for the original!!

Lost Wedding Ring – FOUND!!!

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

With all of this warm weather I knew it wouldn’t be long until someone called with a lost Ring. I thought it would be a spring breaker that dropped it on the beach though and not my new friend Freddy with a lost Ring in the front yard. Freddy is active duty military and is living in Navarre, FL.  He had dropped his wedding band while doing some landscaping in the yard a month ago. Freddy was concerned that after some heavy rain, the ring would have sunk too deep into the ground to find. I assured him that the machine I have would have no issue reading it if it was there. This was a pretty straightforward recovery and I was able to find it in only a few minutes. I’m so glad that I was able to return something so meaningful to Freddy and I am very thankful for his service to our country.

Gold ring lost in sand found by Metal Detector on Naples Florida Beach

  • from Marco Island (Florida, United States)

(March 11, 2019) While vacationing and spending the day at a beautiful sunny Naples Florida beach, Kelly noticed that her favorite gold ring was missing, possibly lost in the fine white sugar sand.  She’d had the ring since high school, and it being very special, even  irreplaceable with its sentimental value far exceedeeding any intrinsic value, the help of nearby friends and beach patrons was quickly solicited, all joining in on the search, each one on their hands and knees, carefully feeling and sifting the sand as it fell through their fingers, without result.  Luckily, Kelly called for help and found the right person for the job.  WITHIN THE HOUR the lost gold ring was back on Kelly’s finger.  The tearful now cheerful.  The hug and smiles tell more than words can express, simply priceless.  Thanks be to God for the happy ending.

If you’ve lost a ring or jewelry, something metal, regardless of value, whether in the sand or water, I can find it for you.  Call Mark Greul of Naples Florida (239) 500-7464 (RING).

Lost Texas A&M Ring in Houston, Texas…found by John Volek (The Ring Finders – Houston)

I was contacted by Eli, a resident of Houston who was looking for someone to help him find his lost Texas A&M Class Ring. Eli reported as he was leaving for work, and walking down a pathway towards the rail system, he reached in his pocket to put on his gloves. Eli said as he pulled his hand out of his pocket…his class ring snagged his pants and came off of his finger.

Eli said he heard his ring hit the concrete and then it just disappeared. Eli said he searched the grounds for hours, later realizing he would not be able to find his ring in the grass without the aid metal detector. Eli said a little internet search led him to Houston Metal Detecting Services – The Ring Finders Houston and inquired about renting a metal detector.

I provided Eli some referrals, and told him to call back if he needed some help with his detector when he started his search. Eli called back later and reported he had rented a metal detector and had no success at finding his ring…Eli wanted to know if would be possible for me to come out and assist him in finding his ring.

After discussing the details with Eli, arrangements were made to search for his ring that afternoon…

The ring recovery was successful…check out the video to see the recovery of Eli’s Texas A&M Class ring!

Lost Ring Omaha Ne…Found!

  • from Omaha (Nebraska, United States)
Contact:

I received a text from a gentleman who said he lost his wedding band, a nice 14k white gold band in his driveway while he was snow blowing. He tried to find it with a rented detector but had no luck, he was out of options when he look me up and decided he needed professional help. I said yes I can be there on valentines day to see if i can find it. His story is he put his ring in his pocket for safe keeping but also had a baby monitor in the same pocket well as he pulled out the monitor the ring came with it. He then blew the ring into the yard. I look the yard over and saw were he had went back and forth many times so I thought this might prove difficult and set in to searching. But thanks to my 30 some years of experience I had the ring within 10 minutes. The wind today was blowing a crazy 25 miles per hour and very cold but I felt his pain and was not going to give up. He was very happy to see that I had found it and stated he was very indebted to me for finding it. im just glad to have been a part of a valentine day rescue!!!

Lost Gold Wedding Band in Surrey/Langley…Found!

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

Victim #3 (Lost Ring) due to recent snow storm… I got another call from Royal who told me that he possibly lost his ring while he was scraping snow off his truck. He said there was a possibility it may have been lost in his house, but him and his wife searched his place pretty thoroughly and could not find it. He was at work when he called and asked me if there was a chance I could come down and meet him so he could show me where he was parked. It was bothering him so much at work thinking it maybe on the road somewhere.

I told him I’d come out right away to help him search for his lost ring. Anytime a ring his lost in the snow on the side of the road, its important to get there as quickly as possible to make sure the ring is not driven away by someones truck tire tread. Also you want to make sure you beat the snow plow as it can push a ring hundreds of yards down the road, into a pile of the snow.

I met Royal a short time later at his place, he showed me where his truck was parked and also where he went to another vehicle and where he walked from the house to that vehicle. I started my search where he was scraping the snow off of his work truck, still no ring. I started to grid search from the vehicle furthest away towards his truck, as I passed by the truck that he was scraping the snow off …Bang! found it. Very close to the road!

You can watch the video and see the surprise look on his face when I showed him his ring! He had already given up the thought of finding it as it was already 30 minutes into the search.

I love my job! If you lost a ring call me ASAP 778-838-3463

LOST WEDDING BAND IN LAKE CHARLES, LA. – FOUND

  • from Lafayette (Louisiana, United States)
Contact:

Susan called to ask for help in finding her husband’s lost tungsten wedding band.  It was slung off his wet finger a month before when opening their camper door. Carrie and I left the next day for the 70 mile trip. On arriving, we found the grassy search area to be small in the RV lot. We began the search of the lot. Next to the grassy area was a fenced area for a water system. Sid hunted the fenced area facing the RV. After 2 hours of searching and re-searching the yard and rock driveway, we had not found the ring. Susan, Carrie and Sid had gathered up near the rear side of the water system to discuss the next step when Carrie saw a sparkle from the rocks around the water system. In plain view laying on the rocks was the ring. Lost items are not always where you expect them to be. After the happy trio took pictures, we were on our way back home. Thank you, Susan, for your generous reward.

Lost Keys… Found in Iowa City, Iowa

Contact:

A woman named Amy contacted me about her lost keys. They were lost in her alley area after she helped a neighbor get his car unstuck from the snow. She thought they may have fallen out of her coat pocket when they were shoveling snow or pushing the car.

I arranged to meet her on Jan. 25th in the morning. When I arrived she showed me the area where she thought they could be. I started the search on one corner of the area and almost immediately got a decent signal.

After moving five inches of snow there they were! Thanks Amy for posting on your face book page because I was able to help a friend of yours recover his cell phone that same day.
