Lost Ring Found in Iowa City on St. Patricks Day

I got a call on St. Patrick Day morning about a lost ring from the night before. Charles was at a friends house in the backyard. He went to throw something towards the trees and his ring flew off.

So I arrived at 10:00 at his friend Brie’s house, unfortunately Charles couldn’t be there due to work. We had got a dusting of snow overnight so the ground was covered. She showed me the location where he was standing the night before.

I got my equipment together and was adjusting my detector as I was walking toward the area I was going to grid, when I got a very good shallow signal. Sure enough it was the ring. I was surprised when I pulled it out of the snow because I didn’t know it had so many stones on it or that it was so big.

Everybody involved was very happy that it was found. We all had a little Irish luck on this St. Patrick’s Day!

Lost Wedding Ring – FOUND!!!

With all of this warm weather I knew it wouldn’t be long until someone called with a lost Ring. I thought it would be a spring breaker that dropped it on the beach though and not my new friend Freddy with a lost Ring in the front yard. Freddy is active duty military and is living in Navarre, FL.  He had dropped his wedding band while doing some landscaping in the yard a month ago. Freddy was concerned that after some heavy rain, the ring would have sunk too deep into the ground to find. I assured him that the machine I have would have no issue reading it if it was there. This was a pretty straightforward recovery and I was able to find it in only a few minutes. I’m so glad that I was able to return something so meaningful to Freddy and I am very thankful for his service to our country.

Bonita Beach / Estero lost gold & diamond ring found

(March 2, 2019) While vacationing with her husband and family from Minnesota and spending the afternoon at a nice sunny Florida beach, Nicole discovered that her rose gold  diamond wedding engagement ring she’d carefully hidden in a secure location was missing.  After sifting trough the sand without result, she found The Ring Finders site and made the call.  The rest is history.  Another happy customer whose smile says it all, and happy husband too – Blessings!!!

I received an email about a lost man’s gold wedding ring lost in the snow. We just received about 4 inches of the snow the night before. The ring was lost while removing the snow from the car and shoveling. The ring was somewhere in two snow plies around the cars in the driveway. I was able to come and perform the search the same day. I flatten down the first pile with no luck, then the second pile I got a good beep. Pen pointing closer to the hard snow ball and there was the ring inside. They were very happy to have the ring returned to them. I continued with a prayer and a blessing over this couple.

Lost Ring in a Corn Pit… Found!, Great Falls, Va. (Oct 2018)

First time searching for a ring in a corn pit; here’s the story…

Chris took his family to a local pumpkin patch last week, one of the side attractions there was a barn stall filled with corn kernels to about 18 inches from the ground, a corn pit to play in. Chris and his son enjoyed the pit and after a fun day at the pumpkin patch, went back home. That’s when Chris realized his wedding ring was missing. He retraced his steps and came to the conclusion that his ring must be in the corn pit. He went to the internet for guidance on how to find the ring and came across The RingFinders. Chris gave me a call, and after securing permission from the owners of the pumpkin patch, and after I fought off a cold, we met at the corn pit this past Saturday before the the pumpkin patch opened for business. It was raining outside, but the corn pit was nice and dry; and the search was quick. It took about 15 minutes to get the reading we wanted to see on the machine, then a handful of corn revealed the ring.

October 13th Brian with his wife and dog were out enjoying Island View Beach. Brian went to swat a wasp and his ring came flying off,  gone out of sight in the sand. After trying to locate it with no luck, Brian got home and on the internet and found me. We arranged to search today October 20th and after a call to his wife to get better directions I searched, it took awhile but after 1 hour and 45 minutes I recovered this awesome ring.

Brian this made my Day. I LOVE my job.
