I got a late text message in regards to a lost diamond ring in a park in North Vancouver. I called right away to get more information, we’ve decided to go out that evening at around 10;30 PM to take a look for her ring, knowing that the sooner we look the better our chances of finding it before someone else does.

After discussing the research at the park and hearing that she put the ring in the cupholder of her chair, picked up the chair and walked away. It was very evident that I would be searching exactly where she picked up her chair, even though she had looked for hours in that location with no success.

The other chance was the Ring may have made it all the way up the path to where she parked her car and that was 100 yards away.

My instincts were right and took me two minutes to find her beautiful diamond engagement ring  hidden out of sight  by the grass… I love my job!

Why rent/or buy a metal detector when you can hire a Metal Detecting specialist with over 50 years of metal detecting experience.

I received a text message from  a young lady who had lost her diamond wedding band at Kits Beach in Vancouver. Where the ring had fallen into the sand, but could not find it so she called me to come out and take a look.

Because the price of gold now there are so many people Metal Detecting the beaches it is crucial that we act fast and get there as soon as possible in order to give people a second chance to find their cherished keepsake. By the time someone thinks of renting and Metal detector  and finally gets one the Ring will most likely be found by someone else and gone forever.

I got a call in regards to a lost diamond ring at Spanish Banks beach, after talking to the young lady she told me that she knew exactly where the ring was, but didn’t want to search too hard for it in fear that she would bury it too deep. I knew this would be a fast search and thankfully her knowing not to dig for it made for a fast and  successful outcome.

Interestingly enough it wasn’t exactly where she thought it would be, it was in the complete opposite side of the towel.. . It’s amazing where these rings  can show up the most important thing is getting it back to the person. I love my job.

I received a text message from a young couple who said they had lost their engagement ring and needed  my service. After hearing the story, I knew it could be a bit of a search because they weren’t exactly sure where it came off, but they were certain they had the ring there when they were at the beach playing with their dog.

Because of the price of gold now it has become a gold rush at our beaches, it’s very important that I search right away in order to give people a chance to find what they had lost before someone else beats me to it.

I was on my way to the beach, it took a while because of traffic and the fact it was Canada Day. When I arrived and met the young couple, they told me they had found one of the rings in the water. How amazing is that that the young lady found her engagement ring before I got there, in a couple of feet of water. AlI I have to do is find one ring and it turned out to be the most important Ring as it was handed down from her husband’s mother and been in the family for a couple generations or more..

I could feel her pain, but I also knew we had a great chance of finding this and because she found one already. It made my job a lot easier. I love my job. It’s simply the best thing I’ve ever done being able to reconnect people with these cherished keepsakes.

Ring Found On Lake Michigan Beach Near Holland, MI

  • from Holland (Michigan, United States)
Just took 10 seconds to find this ring!
Jason gave me a call and said he lost his wedding ring last night on an outing with the family to the beach.
He was at a neighborhood access site to Lake Michigan. He took off his ring to go swimming and put it into a bag of stuff they brought to the beach. Upon leaving the beach the ring was no longer in the bag. I met Jason this morning at 8:30AM and he took me down to the beach showing me an old tire that he had marked the area they had been sitting. He said the ring should be within 10ft of this tire somewhere.
So, I am thinking I will just grid a circle out from this tire to cover the whole area. One trip around the tire and I get a signal. Gave Jason the pinpointer and told him to check this spot about 6 inches from the tire. He sticks the pinpointer down there and there is the ring!! Big smile on Jason’s face and a high-five time.
PS This is a special beach for he and his wife. 10 years ago he proposed to her on the bluff overlooking this beach.

Lost Ring Found in the woods

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

This nice lady lost her beautiful wedding ring in the woods across the street from her home. But she wasn’t sure where. I searched using a detector with a small coil so I could check in weeds, brush and around trees. It took about an hour to find it in some weeds it fell into, out of sight, next to a pine tree. The detector was telling me right where it was but I couldn’t see it. It had fallen down to soil level in a tight clump of weeds. She couldn’t believe I found if. I wa happy too because it could have been anywhere. It was quite different from a beach search.
