Lost Gold Diamond Wedding Band Lake Morton Kent WA

  • from Mercer Island (Washington, United States)

Randy from Alaska was visiting his sisters family for a huge back yard lake party for their 4th of July celebrations. They had over thirty five friends and family in attendance and the festivities were in high gear. Back yard BBQ, plenty of cool drinks and lost of swimming was enjoyed by all. Then it happened Randy reached the dock and realized his Gold Diamond wedding band he’s had for the past twenty five years was lost in the silty waters below the dock! Of course with no lack of friends and family to help the hunt was on but the elusive ring remained hidden.

Randy’s son Spencer called me explaining the predicament they were faced with at his aunts lakeside property and I gladly accepted the challenge.

Watch the fun recovery from Lake Morton in Kent, WA as we recover Randy’s cherished wedding band!

2 diamond and gold wedding  Rings lost South Beach ,Miami Beach Florida… found..

I got a call from a very distressed husband that his wife had lost her two wedding bands . He requested that I come to find it for her .I met her on the beach and she explained what happened . I searched for about 5 hours until dark and no luck . I came back the next day and expanded the search area. I started further south and took 5 passes until I ran into the rings and luckily they were both right next to each other. I was very happy that I could resolve the loss so quickly.

How to find a lost ring in the sand, Spanish Banks Beach… Vancouver, BC.

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

Summer is warming up and more calls are coming in…This call was from a young man who said that his friend lost a large gold ring while throwing a foot ball. These searches are usually 100% successful because they know that the ring came off while throwing the ball.

I told them to relax and I will find the ring, it was almost  a 1 1/2 hour drive to get there, so I hit the road right away.

When I arrived and met the party I was introduced to the young man who lost what I found out was his wedding band, it was a huge one by the sounds of it. As I was getting ready to do the search and after asking my typical questions, I noticed there was a lot of eyes on me!  I knew the pressure was on! But not to worry as I also knew it was a matter of time before I find the ring. I knew I would find it as sand eats up gold, but the gold can’t hide from me and my detector!

30 seconds into the search I received a great signal on my detector and BINGO! I had his huge gold ring in my scoop. I loved the reaction of everyone on the beach as they cheered for the young man!

As always… I love the Smiles!

Mercer Island lost class ring in Lake Washington

  • from Mercer Island (Washington, United States)

On a nice hot day in Seattle Joe went for a swim off his back yard dock into Lake Washington. As soon as he jumped into the water his dog followed. With one strong motion to tread water he noticed immediately his big gold University of Southern Carolina class ring went straight to the silty lake bottom below. Too deep, silty and milfoil everywhere he was devastated. So he made a Google search on how to find a lost ring in a lake and found the SeattleRingHunter. From this point forward the hunt was on. Watch the exciting conclusion to yet another lost ring recovery from Lake Washington, Mercer Island, WA.

Lost Platinum Diamond Ring at Crescent Park, Surrey…Found!

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

I got a call from a young lady a week ago explaning how she had lost her ring at a park not far from where I live. I went out to the park the next day and we met and she showed me the area and it was a pretty big area. It was a hot sunny day and

I started my grid search, after 4+ hours and no ring I decided to come back with a friend when the weather cooled down a bit in the early morning. That way I could drag a foot and see the grid lines from the dew on the ground, this helps because its such a game of inches and could be missed very easily.

Flash forward a week and I’m in the grocery store waiting to pay when the lady in front of me with three kids looks at me and says I know you, I recognized her as well, but I could not put my finger on where we met. I thought for moment and said TheRingFinders? Her son looked up and said it’s Chris! He remembered my name…Amazing!

I told her that I would go back the next morning to take another look for her ring…I got there early in the morning and there was a group of kids setting up the area to play soccer so this put me in the lower area of the field which happened to be the hot spot…20 minutes into the search I found the ring!

This is the best part of the search & recovery…The Smile!

Metal Detector Rental White Rock BC

  • from Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada)

Most people will rent or buy a metal detector to find their lost ring. The only thing is if you’ve never used one you will have a slim chance in finding your ring. The members and myself from TheRingFinders.com have many years of experience and the know how…This search today didn’t need the use of the detector…How many people who would have rented a detector would have found this ring? One thing we all do is think out of the box. Lynn was shaking a towel over her balcony when her 2 rings flew off her finger…

She found one ring in the small rocks very quickly. No need for a metal detector for that ring…But where did the second ring go? Maybe into the garden/rhododendron bushes but it would have been an easy eye ball search. I asked Lynn if there was a chance the ring could have slipped off finger in the house? She question herself and went inside to look. I stood there and thought… one ring fell on the rocks and why not the second ring?

Just then I notice a dip alongside of the foundation of the house, the rocks  sunk into the ground in a very small area so I took a knee and had a look and BINGO there was the ring! I was so happy!

I was able to surprise Lynn, I have the greatest job in the world! I get to make people smile!
