Bayville NJ Lost wedding band in the grass Recovered by Edward Trapper NJ Ring Finder September 29 2022

  • from Lavallette (New Jersey, United States)
Mary sent me a message about a lost wedding band. She explained that her husband Kyle was washing the cars and his wedding ring had disappeared. He searched the cars, flower beds by the hose, and all around in the grass. They even tried with a metal detector and had no luck. I arranged to meet at the house after work the next day. After talking with Kyle about where the ring could possibly be, he went inside and told me to just ring the bell. He barley had closed the door when my machine gave a tone that was without a doubt his ring. I rang the bell and the look on his face was priceless. Later on after the recovery I found out Kyle and I share the same birthday, Happy Birthday Kyle, this was a great day for sure.

How to find gold with a metal detector

I got a phone call from a young man who lost a special pendant with his name on it, he lost it at a picture and put golf course at Central Park in Burnaby. His gold chain got caught on his golf bag and broke the clasp and he lost a gold cross and his gold pendant. He remembered this happen at the 14th hole but didn’t realize it had broken until he got to the 16th hole when he felt his chain fall off his neck, he looked around and went back to the 15th hole where he teed off and found his gold cross by a bench but he couldn’t find the pendant with the name  »Marshall » on it.

He search for a while but it was getting too dark so he packed it up went home, he remembered seeing a story about John Cryer who lost his ring here in Vancouver and that’s how he found TheRingFinders. We talked about the chances of finding this pendent but he couldn’t meet me there in the morning to show me his movements because he had to work. I knew it was three holes 14,15 and 16 so I got out there first thing in the morning and walked around to see if I could eyeball the gold pendent, I felt it should’ve just set up somewhere and easily been spotted. However two hours grid searching and I could not find his pendant.

I packed it up reached out to Marshall and asked if we can meet the next day, he arranged to meet me after his work this way I was able to see exactly what he could remember and where he may have been off the course. That being said I was very curious to search the area with my Metal Detector where he found the gold cross, as it made sense to me if one fell the other one should be close bye. After a few minutes at the 15th hole I got a 4-5 in a bit of loose dirt and grass I moved it with my foot inside a beautiful colour of gold and his name. I was able to surprise marsha and so happy to get back that pendant that was a gift from his late grandmother. These are such sentimental items that can never be replaced and it was an honour to be able to help continue that story for the showman.

Gold Ring Lost Body Surfing At Surf City Found And Returned

  • from Emerald Isle (North Carolina, United States)

Jack sent me a text message early Saturday morning asking if I could help find his lost ring.  Jack explained to me he was body surfing Wednesday afternoon when the ring slid off of his finger.  He felt the tide was High during that time and the ring would be found in the wet sand.  Upon arrival, Jack led me to the beach and pointed out the boundaries he believed the ring was within and the search began parallel to the water from high to low.  After a few passes, only 1 dime was found.  I eventually made it to where the surf was rolling in over the beach.  This isn’t much of a problem, it just slows the search process.  Finally, I received a strong signal on my metal detector and my deep & wide scoop went to work and pulled out a large amount of sand containing Jack’s ring.  Jack was working on the other side of the home and didn’t understand why I returned so soon.  He and his family couldn’t believe his ring was found so quickly.

I was on my computer early this morning when I got a text message from a young lady at approximately 7:20 AM asking if I could help find her ring. I called her right away and we set up a time to meet in 45 minutes at Kits Beach, where she lost the ring. When I arrived at the beach I met the young lady and she showed me the approximate area where she believed she lost her ring’s. That’s right rings, she had lost two rings not just one but there was one ring with a Pearl that meant the world to her. I asked her if she could tell me the story about the ring but I could tell she was a little uncomfortable and I didn’t want to force it.

I set up my grid search and had no luck for the first hour and a half but I kept on expanding my search area and close to two hours mark I found both of her rings! I was able to surprise her with the rings and see how it made her feel to have them back on her finger. I got to hear the story about why the pearl ring meant to her, she told me a few years back she had a tough battle with depression and she bought that ring to celebrate hanging on and she did. You can only imagine with that ring meant to her to get it back, I was so honoured to be able to find it and hand it back to her and see how it made her feel.

I know I said this before and I’ll say it again, I am so proud of   »TheRingFinders » and all the members who have joined to help people in their towns & city’s. This is a very needed service and we have reached  10,000 recorded recoveries this month.

Honeymoon Celebration Produces All Rings Lost, Two Found – Sneads Ferry, NC

  • from Emerald Isle (North Carolina, United States)

Kaity & Zach were celebrating their recent marriage and honeymooning in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina.  While they were at a friends house along Chadwick Bay, Kaity decided to take a running jump into the bay off of the boat dock.  Both of her wedding rings came off of her finger into the bay and it’s soft muddy bottom.  Along with friends, they both searched for the underwater rings and came across oyster shells along the way which were thrown out of the area.  During the search, Zach also lost his wedding band.  After hours of searching they finally gave up.  A friend found Crystal Coast Ring Finders and message was sent out.  Upon arrival, I was skeptical as I know these waters can sometimes be hard or soft bottoms.  This one was the latter.  I was searching around the boat dock in about 3 foot of water and pulling up various items from the bottom when within the first half hour Kaity’s engagement ring was brought up from the bottom.  Surprisingly, her very thin wedding band wasn’t found.  During the 1st attempted search, I was able to locate Zach’s missing wedding band just under the boat dock amongst other oyster shells.  A 2nd attempt was made on a different day and Kaity’s wedding band was not located.  I suspect it was either pressed deep into the soft black mud bottom or thrown out of the area attached to an oyster shell cluster.  Kaity & Zach were mostly concerned about getting the wedding ring back in their possession.

Got a call from a young man near Rock Hill, SC. He stated he had lost his ring while playing with his dog. Like I stated earlier it was an almost 3 hour drive one way. I texted him that I was on my way and that I should get their by 6-6:15 pm. I arrive and got the details from him. After about 45 mins and 5 yards later. I saw it after my coil swung over it and didn’t go off. I was like “WHY DIDN’T I HEAR ANYTHING?” After un-notching 65-85 VDI range. I figured out why! Tantalum is a HIGH TONE! Not a LOW or MID TONE. In fact it sounds like a copper penny or a dime. VDI 81/82 range.

Long Branch NJ Lost Wedding Ring in the sand recovered by Edward Trapper NJ Ring Finder September 2022

  • from Lavallette (New Jersey, United States)
Anthony was at the beach in Long Branch NJ with his family. His wedding ring slipped off into the surf when his daughter was pulling on his fingers, while they were playing in the waves. He marked the location on his phone, and took some pictures of the exact spot their blanket was in. I went there and began the hunt, in little time I had the ring in my scoop. The waves had moved it about 10 yards from the location he gave me. I am mailing it back and he will forward some smiling pics when he is reunited with the ring. Another happy ending. .#njringfinder, #lostring,#lostcross,#lavallettenj,#ortleybeachnj,#lostringLBI,#lostringholgatenj,#lostringsurfcitynj,#lostringlongbranchnj,#lostringbradleybeachnj,
