Jennifer and Mike were enjoying a perfect summer day in Wildwood, NJ, soaking up the sun with their family and playing in the surf. But what started out as a relaxing afternoon took an unexpected turn when Mike noticed his gold chain had slipped off in the ocean while he was standing just behind a sandbar.

Panicked, the couple began scanning the water and searching the shoreline but with the waves constantly shifting the sand, finding a small gold chain by eye alone was nearly impossible. Realizing they needed expert help, Jennifer turned to the internet and found known for recovering lost rings, jewelry, and valuables using professional grade metal detectors.

She gave me a call, and I arrived shortly after with my gear in hand. After speaking with Mike, he gave me a clear idea of where he believed the chain had fallen off. This kind of detail is crucial when searching for lost items in the ocean, especially with the tide coming in and sand constantly shifting.

I used my top-of-the-line metal detector to begin a careful grid search in the water near the sandbar. It didn’t take long within just a few sweeps, I got a strong signal. Moments later, I pulled Mike’s gold chain out of the sand and held it up to cheers from his family.

The relief on their faces said it all. Their day at the beach in Wildwood, NJ was no longer overshadowed by a precious loss. Instead, it turned into a memorable story with a happy ending, thanks to some accurate information, and the help of the ring finders south jersey .

Lost Wedding Band Recovered in the Gulf – Orange Beach, AL

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

I got a call this afternoon from Madison who was vacationing with her whole family in Orange Beach, AL. Madison’s husband, Chris had been out in the Gulf throwing a football in the rough waters when he realized that his wedding band was missing.

I talked with Madison on the phone and she was so nice that I decided I would make the drive in traffic to help out. When I got there, the whole family was ready to watch, help and cheer me on.

The Gulf was pretty choppy but I was able to do several passes with no luck. I decided to switch angles and adjust the area a bit based on the tides and some extra input from others who were vested in the outcome.

Sure enough I only went a little farther until I heard a beautiful gold sound in my headphones and scooped up Chris’ wedding band.

In the celebration with the whole family I quickly learned from Madison and Chris that they had only been married since November. I told them that I was so happy that I could give them an awesome story to share for years to come.

Congratulations Chris and Madison and thank you for trusting me with your ring!

Since she knew the general area to search, the recovery of the final charm was swift, and Tindra expressed great gratitude.

Tindra explained:  « The charms are family heirlooms from my family in Sweden.  They’re gifted to babies when they’re born and one of my charms is over 100 years old.  The « T » that I lost was from my Grandpa and gifted to me when I was a baby »

Lost Heirloom Gold Necklace Found By Crystal Coast Ring Finders Metal Detector Service – Emerald Isle, NC

  • from Emerald Isle (North Carolina, United States)

Morgan was spending time with his family in Emerald Isle.  While on the beach, Morgan decided to go surfing with his brother and removed his necklace before heading out into the surf.  Upon returning, he had forgot about the necklace and packed up quickly and left the beach.  Morgan stated he and 12 other people searched for 3 hours that same evening and he came back the following morning to search for 2 additional hours and could not find his lost heirloom necklace.  Morgan reached out to me later that morning and I arrived shortly afterwards to meet Morgan’s father.  Morgan needed to get back home (out of town) and his father showed me the search area on the beach.  It took me less than 30 minutes to pull Morgan’s lost necklace from the high tide line of the beach.  This was a very memorable recovery and everyone involved was so thankful.  (Morgan’s father in the recovery photo)

Signet Ring lost in Ames, Iowa… Found with a metal detector

Contact:

Carly contacted me about finding her grandmother’s signet ring. She lost it in a vacant lot while tossing an ice bag to a friend. This was one of the fastest ring finds I’ve ever had. She put me right on top of it and was very grateful to have her special ring back.

Lost ring in Kirksville Mo…. Found with a metal detector

Contact:

A very nice young man named Kyle called me about trying to recover his 14K wedding band.

He was walking a friend’s dog on a leash in a park when the dog bolted for some reason twisting his fingers and his ring flew off.

He borrowed a metal detector but being unfamiliar with it couldn’t find the ring. This was his father’s ring so he really wanted to find it.

We were there a little over two hours, gridding different sections where the ring was lost when I found it. He was very happy to have it back.

LOST WEDDING RING DROPPED FROM TRUCK ONTO BEACH SAND FOUND – EMERALD ISLE, NC

  • from Emerald Isle (North Carolina, United States)

Bobbie-Jo had removed her wedding rings to apply lotion before a day on the beach. She was distracted and forgot to put the rings back on before leaving the truck that had parked on the Emerald Isle coastline. About an hour later, she realized they were not on her finger. They tried to search the sand for the rings and were not successful but knew the approximate area she left the truck. Bobbie-Jo remembered Crystal Coast Ring Finders being shared on a local Facebook group and she contacted me for assistance. I was in Ohio (which I spend months during the winter). I told her I knew some trustworthy friends that help while I am away. My friend Greg was the first to respond and headed towards Bobbie-Jo’s location very quickly. Greg said it was during his second pass his Minelab 700 sounded off and he had found the missing ring. It seems with teamwork it made for a great recovery

Lost Ring … Found near Riverside Iowa

Contact:

I found a 14K wedding band with diamonds on Monday for a lady. It was the second time looking for it. It was lost of all places in a goat barn. The barn floor was cement and full of iron and impossible to detect anything in.

So the husband cleaned it all out. It was like a needle in a haystack outside the barn but I got lucky and found it on top of the mounds of hay and muck.

Grandmother’s Heirloom Platinum Wedding Ring Set Recovered and Returned to Owner

  • from Ponte Vedra Beach (Florida, United States)

** *** Lost Heirloom Platinum Wedding Ring Set at Gainesville, FL.  Found after owners searched for a week with a metal detector, then gave up searching and called a professional Ringfinder**

I received a call from a gentleman who explained his wife lost her heirloom platinum wedding ring set somewhere in their yard. They searched for a week using a metal detector and gave up any hope of finding the rings. They even contacted their insurance company to let them know they were likely going to have to file an insurance claim. His wife found TheRingFinders website and contacted me. Even though they were almost 100 miles from my house, I could tell how distraught they were so I responded to their house for the search.

**TESTIMONIAL**

My wife lost both her wedding band and her engagement ring somewhere in our lawn of thick St. Augustine grass.  We borrowed a friend’s metal detector and searched for over a week with no luck.  It was her grandmother’s diamond and we were distraught. We contacted our insurance company to let them know we were likely going to have to make a claim.  My wife found TheRingFinders.com and we made contact with Adam on a Thursday.  He responded immediately and we made plans for him to travel approximately 200 miles round trip to our home in Gainesville on Sunday.  Adam arrived Sunday morning with enthusiasm and professionalism.  We showed him the area of the yard that we had been searching thoroughly and had given up on, and in less than ten minutes he found both rings.  We were in disbelief, as we had truly given up hope.  Talk about results!  While I hope we never have to call on Adam again, it is reassuring to know that he is out there helping people like us with his kindness and experience.  I would 100% recommend Adam.  Thank you very much, Adam.
