I received a call from Phill’s wife last night stating that he lost his late father’s Gold Ring while throwing a football to his Son. We agreed to me coming out this morning since it was dark and getting late.
I gridded the area with no luck so I went back to where I started and I got a nice low VDI double signal and I knew this had to be his ring. I had to use my pin-pointer in the dense grass to recover his ring.

Phill was elated to get his Ring back!

Ring found at Bolsa Chica Beach with Metal Detector

I was sent a google map location at Bolsa Chica Beach via text to search for a tungsten ring. These are more difficult when the person can’t meet you in person.
I sent pictures to verify which fire pit he was at. I circled the fire pit and on the 5th time around I found his ring. Drive to Long Beach to drop off his ring but forgot to take a picture of him with the ring.

Wedding ring recovered by ring finder in Long Beach

Justin called me to help find his wife’s wedding ring in Long Beach, California. Apparently she brushed the sand off her hands which sent her ring flying onto the beach. She was very distraught and every time I pulled out a piece of trash I think she was losing hope.

After about 15 minutes I was able to find her ring. She was overcome with joy when I pulled it out of the sand. No picture of the happy couple.

Gold bracelet found in front yard with metal detector

I received a call to search for a child’s gold bracelet. It was lost in the neighbors front yard which had fairly thick grass. The search took longer than I would have liked but I didn’t give up. The bracelet was balled up and hiding amongst pieces of foil.

While wrestling with his friend on the beach in Ocean City, NJ, Shane’s friends’ chain and pendant suddenly broke and fell into the sand. After several Facebook recommendations, Muoi contacted Ring Finders South Jersey for help the following day. I arrived shortly after the call, got more details from Shane, and began the search with my metal detector. After some searching, the lost jewelry was found, allowing the family to relax and enjoy the beach again.

Found Ring at Huntington Beach, CA

I was working in Southern California for a few months so I had the opportunity to Metal Detect at Huntington Beach. Huntington Beach had been my beach of choice when I grew up in Southern California. Lots of good memories there.

I was detecting just on the North side of the pier at low tide on Sunday and found a class ring. San Gabriel Mission High School Class of 2018. The name on the ring was Maddi and it had an inscription inside the band that said…Breathing dreams like air.  A line from The Great Gatsby poem by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

The next day, Monday, I called the school to tell them I had found a students’ ring. The person on the phone said we have Maddi working in the office this Summer. Let me have her call you back. My phone rang right away. Maddi said « I can’t believe you found my ring. I wasn’t supposed to be at the beach and my Mom said to not wear it at the beach. I’ve only had it 2 weeks and I’d already lost it. I’m in so much trouble. »  I asked her what the inscription said. « Breathing dreams like air » was her answer. I said Maddi I have your ring and I will bring it to the school at lunch time. The San Gabriel Mission HS was only 15 minutes from my work. Maddi was so happy and grateful to have her class ring back. She would be a senior when school began in the Fall. Good Luck Maddi

Late one night, I received a call from Kim seeking assistance in locating two lost rings that held great sentimental value for Maddie. One of these rings was a gold piece gifted to Maddie by her mother, purchased during a trip to Italy. The other was a silver ring Maddie had bought recently. She had placed both rings on a beach chair in Avalon, New Jersey, but lost track of them afterward. We arranged to meet early the next morning.
With a general idea of where the beach chair might have been located, I began my search. Within just a few minutes, I successfully found one ring; a few moments later, the second ring emerged! This incredible start to the day in Avalon, NJ, brought Maddie immense joy as she was reunited with her cherished rings.

Nick was enjoying a day at the beach and when he decided to go in the water he placed his ring in his hat. Sometime later his hat was picked up and the ring went flying into the sand.

Another beach goer helped him search online and found my website. He called me during my lunch break at work so I hurried down to the beach and found his ring in a few minutes. Nick didn’t want his picture taken which was not a problem.

** Sophia called late in the afternoon asking for help to find a silver ring lost in the sand at a local Newport Beach. I met her and her husband, Joseph at the location shortly after they called. He didn’t know when or if the ring came off at the beach. He did discover it was missing from his finger within minutes after getting to their summer rental two blocks from the beach.

They had dinner reservations and could not standby to watch the search. I had all the information I needed, so I assured them I could find the ring, if it was in the sand and I could call them. The area was quite large but shouldn’t take more than 2 hours to search thoroughly.

After about 30 minutes, I got a strong silver high tone in my headphones which turned out to be Joseph’s silver ring. He met me after they returned from dinner to pick up his ring. He’s a bit camera shy, so you get to see me trying to smile, holding the ring. It was another special day with a successful ring recovery.
