Lost Heirloom Bracelet found in Keswick Ridge, NB

  • from Fredericton (New Brunswick, Canada)

So I got a call from William who lost his 10K solid gold bracelet from his grandfather, that was given to him by his grandfather just before he passed away. He believed he lost it while at the cemetery near Keswick Ridge, NB or possibly at his parents house in Fredericton, New Brunswick, while cleaning the front and back yard. To make it even worse it snowed for the next few nights covering the area. He had spent days on hands and knees trying to locate it and finally decided to look online for a metal detector rental, but found TheRingFinders and me instead. He called and we met at his house searching the front and back yards with no success. We then drove out and searched at the cemetery where he’d attended his grandfathers funeral. Snow had fallen and been plowed off the road and shoulders forming high snow banks. We started searching from where he’d walked from the road to the cemetery entrance and then searched where he’d parked along the highway. After a short search I located the ring as it had been pushed down the roadway a bit. He was actually on the phone with his family when I walked up and dropped the ring in his hand. To say he was taken aback is an understatement and I could hear hear the families reaction over the phone as he told them it had just been found.

I was so happy to reunite you with your late grandfathers bracelet, that he gave you, I hope it brings you many years of great memories as you wear and look at it.

Wedding Ring Takes Flight Bobec, NB

The Target

So I got a call for a lost wedding ring. The gentleman was weeding his raised bed gardens in the fall to prepare them for replanting. At the end of the day, after discovering the missing ring he figured that on one of the many trips to throw the handfuls of weeds into the woods, his wedding ring joined them on the flight. He proceeded to search the many weed piles on the forest floor, with no luck. He even borrowed a metal detector, which made lots of noise and gave him exercise but no wedding ring. He then found me online and called and we arranged a time to meet/search. I arrived, got the whole story and saw the search areas. I then laid out and started my search, with the highest likely areas of loss first. After searching all the gardens, weed throw areas, paths to and from, and possible areas of other outdoor chores and coming up empty, it was time to expand the search area. After a 1/2 hr and 8ft outside te original search area, I heard the tone that I was looking for, and after moving some grass aside there was a lovely circle of gold looking back at me. I pulled a surprise reveal by asking him to see his wife’s matching ring to remind me what I was looking for, and when he showed it to me I said « You’re right it does look exactly like yours », and placed his ring beside her ring in my hand. A confused look came over him followed by a wave of realization and his eyes welled up and as he started thanking me. That reaction was all the thanks I needed.

Wow!!! Wow!!! Thank you so much  theringfinders.com website for directing me to Scott Robbins of  https://www.208treasure.com/ . He is located in Nampa, Idaho. On October 18,2020 we had my grandsons wedding in the back yard. It is about an acre. During the festivities my granddaughter lost her diamond earring. Not just any diamond earring but the one she received for completing her Masters degree in Engineering, so it was very, very important.  I bought a metal detector, no luck, one of my  daughters friends came over, no luck. In desperation I started looking for a professional on the internet. My daughter said “mom no one looks for lost things like this, I said I will find someone!!”

Well Lo and behold I found Scott. He came out the next Saturday morning in the rain mind you, and within 1.5 hours he comes walking in with her earring.

I was so so happy and my granddaughter was beyond tears.

Josh’s friend called me from the beach to ask if I could help find Josh’s ring which flew off his finger while he was playing football.

This was a very quick recovery, I located the ring on my second signal from my detector. It helped that they were able to narrow down the search area to a small piece of beach.

I received a call about a lost white gold diamond woman’s ring set. The set was lost in the snow and was unable to find it about three weeks early.

During that day when she lost her rings, she had visited many other locations, she had made many phone calls about her missing rings at the other places of business with no luck.

After metal detecting two other locations close by with no luck, the last place we looked, there was the rings. Found one then the other close by.

She was very happy to have her rings returned to her.

Lost ring in Savannah Georgia found!

  • from Statesboro (Georgia, United States)

Grant contacted me about an engagement ring lost in their backyard a couple of months ago. He asked if I could come out and take a look. They’d tried with their own detector without success. Grant confessed that he didn’t really know what he was looking or listening for and everything seemed to sound like pull tabs. (lol!).

After arriving on the scene and talking for a few minutes, it turns out the ring had been lost for closer to a year. It was lost last year on Mother’s Day while his wife was working outside on some furniture. After about half an hour searching where he thought it might be, I popped this absolute beauty out of the ground. Grant was thrilled to have the ring back and was excited to surprise his wife with the find.

Henry’s wedding ring – Golden, BC

  • from Invermere (British Columbia, Canada)

Feb 26, 2021 – I received a call from Henry who lost his wedding ring as it had fallen thru a hole in his pant pocket.  Henry noticed his ring was missing after he had cleared a pathway to the chicken coop with his snow blower.  I detected the cleared pathways without success then moved over to where the snow had been blown and was 2 – 3 feet deep.  I was detecting approx. 15 feet away from the pathway, near some overhanging branches where I got a promising signal.  I called Henry over with his shovel and asked him to scoop the signal.  We noticed after the first scoop that the signal had moved.  On Henry’s second scoop, he had his ring in the shovel.
