Cheerleader at Hagerstown, Maryland High School Loses Two Sentimental Rings After Practice…Found by Ring Finder Brian Rudolph

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Echo’s sweet sixteen sterling silver Claddagh style band with heart-shaped ruby stone and a 1920’s vintage sterling silver band with diamonds, emeralds and a blue sapphire center stone.

Echo and her mother Ellen celebrate the successful recovery of both special rings by professional metal detectorist Brian Rudolph, owner of Metal Detecting Adventures Inc.

Echo did the right thing and took off her jewelry before her afternoon cheerleading practice out on her high school’s field located in Hagerstown, Maryland. She was wearing two very important gifts given to her by her family:

A sweet sixteen sterling silver Claddagh style band with heart-shaped ruby stone

A vintage sterling silver band with diamonds, emeralds and blue sapphire center stone

At some point, the girls were instructed to bring their things closer to where the team was wrapping up their routines. When the practice was over, Echo picked up her things and began walking across the field, up a hill towards the parking lot and then over to the front entrance of the sports stadium. The cheerleader had placed her two very special rings onto her bracelet prior to practice so that she would not lose them. Unfortunately, after getting picked up by her mom, the teenage girl realized that she wasn’t wearing her jewelry other than the bracelet. The rings were gone! She had never put them back on her fingers!

In a panic, the two immediately returned to the high school in order for Echo to retrace her steps and hopefully find her irreplaceable keepsakes. Sadly, echo and her mother were unsuccessful in recovering the two rings.

Echo’s mom stepped into overdrive and drove quickly back home to acquire a cheap metal detector that had been laying around for some time. Then, Ellen returned with her daughter to the high school once more to see if they could find the jewelry out on the field, along the hillside leading up towards the parking lot and then over some more grassy real estate that led from the parking lot over to the front of the high school sports stadium entrance.

Unfortunately, all of the efforts expended by mother and daughter led to no avail. The two returned home feeling beaten and depressed. At some point, Ellen found me online after searching for a professional detectorist to help solve the mystery of the missing rings. She found THE RING FINDERS, an elite international directory of metal detectorists who specialize in finding lost jewelry for their clients.

After going over the details with my client, we set up a time for me to travel out to Hagerstown, Maryland to attempt to recover the two rings. Five days later I arrived at the high school and the three of us took a tour around all of the areas where Echo had been walking on the grass (before, during and after cheerleading practice). I put flags in the ground to mark the path where the teenager moved about the day that she lost her beloved rings.

Once I acquired all of the facts that I needed to begin the search, I called the three of us together for a moment of prayer and then I reached for my necessary metal detecting gear and headed down the hill to set up my grid lines. I metal detected a large area of the hillside from top to bottom. No rings were found. The only concern that we had was that there was a chance that one of the high school students could have eyeballed one or both of Echo’s priceless jewels. The other issue of concern was that the grass had been recently cut and there was a chance that the mower could have chopped up the jewelry.

When I concluded that the rings were not anywhere on the hillside, I started to set up my grid lines further towards the area where my client picked up her belongings to start heading with her fellow team members towards the parking lot at the top of the hill.

I am excited to share that I found both rings while scanning the first grid line extended down towards the place where Echo had picked up her things. A perfect sterling silver signal appeared on my detector screen with a very encouraging tone coming through my headphones! I first found the vintage blue sapphire ring and then moments later, about a foot apart from the other ring, I was able to recover the lovely ruby heart Claddagh ring, as well! I could not have been happier for the young lady who was sitting at the top of the hill with her mother, hoping for some eventual good report.

When I surprised the two ladies, they were completely blown away by my happy news! There was so much relief in the air on that school property as the three of us rejoiced at my findings! Later on, I thanked the Lord above for answering our prayer that we offered up to Him earlier before the search began! I was so grateful that my « Heavenly Hero » helped me that day to be a « ring hero » for Echo and her mother! Perhaps the angels above were doing their own cheer for me in the spiritual realm right at the moment that I discovered the two missing rings for my client!

Vienna, Virginia Man Loses Wedding Band While Restraining Rottweiler… Rescued from « Dog House » by Ring Finder

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Mike’s 14 karat yellow gold and platinum wedding band that had been missing for a week…found by THE RING HERO, Brian Rudolph

Mike displays his special wedding band soon after metal detector store owner of METAL DETECTING ADVENTURES INC and professional ring finder, Brian Rudolph, recovered the client’s irreplaceable keepsake

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Mike lost his 14 karat yellow gold and platinum wedding band a week ago while trying to restrain his Rottweiler in the backyard. He felt the ring slide off of his finger and jettison somewhere out on his pristine lawn.

The man searched for the jewel but couldn’t find it anywhere on his property. He even bought a $30.00 metal detector on Amazon to try to find his beloved keepsake but all of his efforts led to no avail.

Finally, Mike took to the internet and immediately found THE RING FINDERS, an elite international directory of metal detectorists who specialize in finding lost rings.

Once Mike found my contact information, we connected by phone. He said that he would try one or two more times to locate the missing ring and if he was unsuccessful he would schedule me to come out to his house.

Unfortunately, Mike had no luck in recovering his irreplaceable jewel. So I drove out to Vienna, Virginia to become Mike’s personal ring hero! It took me no more than a minute to find his wedding band which was buried beneath the grass approximately a foot away from his metal fence. Mike would never have been able to recover his precious wedding band due to the fact that the metal fence had « masked » the ring signal on his cheap Amazon detector.

I was so happy for my client. I could have searched in many other areas of his lawn and I happen to find success in the space that I chose to search out first! It usually doesn’t happen that way and so I was just as grateful for the quick find as Mike was!

Another symbol of love was saved from being lost in the ground forever! I could not have been happier for my client! Because of Mike’s Rottweiler’s behavior, my client lost his ring and for a week he too was « in the dog house ». Thankfully, his ring hero, Brian Rudolph, « held the key » to letting his desperate client out of the cage and back in good standing with his wife!

Lost gold wedding ring in the grass in Palm Coast, Florida…Found with a metal detector and returned to happy owner!

  • from Sanford (Florida, United States)
Contact:

Mike was doing some yard work and had just replanted a small ornamental bush and since the ground was super wet from the recent hurricane Milton, his hands were full of dirt and mud.  He went to the hose on the side of his house and rinsed off his hands and shook them to get the final extra water off and that action caused his wedding ring to drop directly into the thick St. Augustine grass.  He actually heard it hit the grass at his feet and proceeded to look for it but his ring had completely disappeared.  He then got his rake, thinking that he could rake out the loose grass and his ring would reveal itself but soon realized that method was not working out so well either.

Later that evening he typed into Google, « How to find a ring in the grass » and that led him to theringfinders.com website and my number.  I agreed to meet Mike and his dear wife of 28 years the following day and that is when he showed me the exact area where he was standing when he dropped his ring.  It only took two minutes to cover the small area and the only signal I got was a strong gold like signal that revealed where Mike’s lost wedding ring was hiding.  I gave Mike my Garrett pin pointer and showed him the spot and he did the rest.  All smiles and a huge sigh of relief and another very happy ending to a tense situation!

What a joy it is to be able to help reunite people’s lost sentimental rings with the rightful owners!  Lost something and need help?

LOST ENGAGEMENT RING IN KELOWNA FOUND & RETURNED.

  • from Kelowna (British Columbia, Canada)

Faith was by the Shopping Centre, and was wandering around her car on the boulevard when she noticed her Engagement Ring was missing.  Devastated and not wanting to tell her fiancé, she purchased a Metal Detector to try to locate it, after 2 hours she gave up. The Detector Salesman told her if you don’t find it, call this professional on The Ringfinders. That evening her fiancé knew something was wrong, and he got the information out of her. The next day she called me, and I responded right away to her location, after her story, I checked the area she suspected with no luck. The lost item often is not in the specific location they mark, so I gridded further out on the boulevard and found the Ring, restoring happiness to the engaged couple.

His grandparents who are no longer with us had bought him the ring for graduation. What an honor to get back such a sentimental item.

Lost Tiffany Diamond Ear Ring in Canton, Tx

  • from Dallas (Texas, United States)
Contact:

We got call from Faith, she said she was Skydiving for the first time.  Once she landed in the field she was taking off her Goggles and felt her brand NEW (only had them 24 hours/10yr anniversary gift) Gold & Diamond Ear Ring flew off.  She immediately dropped to her knees with her parachute still attached and started looking for her ear ring.   Her partner and all of the staff at the Sky Diving Club searched and searched but with no luck.  They bought a metal detector NO Luck, the had someone come out with a better Metal Dectector- NO Luck.  Someone suggested she better hire a Pro, so she called « The Dallas Ringfinders ».

We got the call 1 week after the loss, we scheduled to come out after church on Sunday and met the couple and all 7 of the staff of the Sky Diving Club, everyone there had been searching for the Ear Ring.  Great thing was the staff had put out a orange cone at the landing location where Faith had landed.  Ellen & I got our Garrett AT Pro Metal Detectors and  our Garrett Water Proof Pinpointers and began our search… it only took a minute.  I got a solid 45 gold signal at less than 2 inches deep.  I checked the site with my Pinpointer but go No signal, I then cleared the dried grass with my foot and scanned again,  still getting the 45 Gold signal indicator.  I then bent down and slowly and carefully scanned the area with my pinpointer and got a hit on the edge of the thick grass I had cleared.. still seeing nothing I use my hand to slowly clear the grass and then I saw the « Glint ».  What fun to return a beautiful ear ring..

Lost Wedding Ring, Ortley Beach NJ, recovered by Edward Trapper, NJ Ring Finder

  • from Lavallette (New Jersey, United States)

Metal detector rental

It was a beautiful day at the Jersey Shore, the perfect opportunity for Lisa and her friends to enjoy some time at the beach. What they didn’t plan for, however, was losing her rings in the soft, sugar-like sand so typical of these beaches. After searching for a while with no luck, someone in the group suggested calling NJ Ring Finder for help. Having heard about many successful recoveries on Long Beach Island and nearby areas, they were hopeful it wouldn’t be a wasted call.
Once I got the call, we arranged to meet shortly after. As I walked down the dune path towards the beach, I saw the group gathered in a large circle around their chairs, securing the area where the rings were lost. After a quick conversation to get the details, I got to work, carefully moving my metal detector’s coil back and forth across the sand.
Within just a few passes, the detector gave off a low, steady tone. I had a strong feeling this was it, and sure enough, BINGO—it was her ring! Everyone was amazed at how quickly the recovery happened.
Another successful search in the books. I love this job—saving vacations and creating lasting memories!

Lost White Gold Ring Found by Dowsing Rod in Rochester Hills Michigan

  • from Detroit (Michigan, United States)

The Queen of the Castle’s Courtyard…..

…What started as a whole castle and carriage search for Jen’s missing ring ended up searching outside as well. The wax sealed letter revealed she wasn’t sure where to look but remembers that the day it went missing, she had been to a lot of places in and out of the castle and left no breadcrumb trail. After reading I realized this was no fairy tale. Crossing the moat and passing thru the gatehouse Jen assured me all defense mechanisms were disabled. I started my search of the great hall, kitchen, Queen’s chamber and with no enemies this castle had no dungeon(darn!). I used my MXT with wide search coil to search the smaller outer courtyard behind the castle where she had travelled to bring hors d’oeuvres to her guests and the children. No signals came thru. So, I went to the larger outer courtyard in front of the castle and started to walk around the perimeter of the castle with my dowsing rod to see if it would indicate an attraction of where to metal detect. As I started to pass the stone walkway leading to the spiked oak door and near a brick tower next to the inner courtyard Jen was previously preparing for high tea the dowsing rod pulled sharply to the right. I walked into the inner courtyard and took another sweep with the rod to see if the signal was coming from behind the castle walls, but the rod pulled to the right towards the brick tower. Looking thru the small pile of leaves and debris where the attraction was revealed Jen’s ring concealed next to the tower!! As she looked out from an upper chamber, I hailed her to come out. As she held her precious ring in her hand, she was amazed that it was found where it was. And now with peace restored in the kingdom, she can close this chapter of the book, take back the curse the course it took, and over high tea tell a better story of the glory!

Lost Ring at Perdido Key, FOUND!!!

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

It’s not really summer anymore but we are still blessed with beautiful weather and that means days on the beach. Jennifer and her husband of 15 years came down from Arkansas and had been enjoying Perdido Key when calamity struck. Jennifer had taken her Diamond wedding band off and put it in the cup holder of her chair. After several relocations of the chair to find the perfect spot, Jennifer found herself packing up with the realization that her ring was gone. She Google searched and found me and luckily I was already nearby. She wasn’t sure if it was in the water or on the beach so I started with the easy part first. I had just set up a grid search and only barely started to cover the area when I heard a tone that had to be gold. I gently scooped it up and smiled at Jennifer. She came running over and magically the vacation was saved. Congrats Jennifer, I’m very proud that I could help you. God Bless!
