Lost and found necklace on Miami Beach

  • from Miami (Florida, United States)

If you just lost an any type of jewelry in the South Florida area, whether it’s on the beach, in the water, or backyard, give me a call/text Louis 608-1870.  I have a metal detecting service and can come out and find your lost item.  In the pictures below it shows a night time recovery of a very sentimental necklace and Star of David medallion that was lost in the ocean in Miami Beach.  It was passed down from his grandfather who was a Holocaust survivor.  I can usually recover lost items pretty quick but the surf was rough and the search area was pretty big. Right when night time was settling in I got a tone on my detector and up came his necklace.  He was so grateful.  If this happens to you, don’t wait, give me a call.

15 Keys on a Key Ring Lost in Tall Grass, Found and Returned Rocky Point, NC

  • from North Myrtle Beach (South Carolina, United States)

May 2nd, I got a call from Sherry telling me she had lost a set of keys while weed eating around her house. She said she had a hole in the pocket of her pants and didn’t realize her keys had fallen through. She also said that the grass was about 8 inches high. We agreed to meet and I set out on the hour and a half drive.

When I met Sherry, she showed me where she had started her weed eating that went around the trailer. The grass was probably thigh deep and I started detecting as well as doing a visual search. About half way around the trailer, I eyeballed the key ring with 15 keys nestled down in the grass. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a pewter charm that was also on the key chain that had evidentially come off the ring. None the less, Sherry was grateful to get her office, house, car and various other keys back.

Sherry – Thank you for allowing me to help find your keys.

Jim

I received a call about a worker who lost his ring while digging and working around some irrigation pipes. The boss took me out to the area and I started to get to work. This could have been a much dirtier job and was thankful that my experience helped me find it fairly quickly. I gave the boss the ring and he picked out a hot pink Lincoln Ring Finder shirt that he feels the employee is due him for losing his ring.

Got over to Interstate 81 and after Jimmy gave me some details I started detecting for about an hour, did some east west and north south gridding, even had to remove a drainage grill on the ground to see if it had gone inside the drainage line. Fortunately, after about an hour, the ring was found and Jimmy was one very happy husband! He won’t let that happen again I guarantee you, lol 😁 the Lord was looking out for him today, he said he had lots of people giving him prayers that the ring would be found, and it was 🙏🙏🙏

Nadia contacted me hoping I could help in finding her ring. She had lost it a local SoCal beach while playing volley ball with her family. The family was on vacation from Idaho, and did not want to leave without her ring. I let them know I would be there as fast as I could get there.

When I got there Nadia showed me what happened, and gave me a general area of where the ring might be. I began my search pass after pass, finding a few pieces of metal until I got a good tone in the head phones. I dug, and there in the scoop was a beautiful class ring that I was able to give back to Nadia. The family was very happy that they would be able to go back home with everything complete.

Lost White Gold Wedding Band at Paradise Cove Beach…FOUND!!!

  • from O‘ahu (Hawaii, United States)

This ring find began last month when I was contacted by Robbie from Woodbury, Minnesota.  While enjoying the waters of Paradive Cove lagoon his White Gold Wedding Band fell off and disappeared in waist deep water.  Like the other Ko Olina lagoons the sand is so soft rings just disappear.  After a bit of confusion as to who was trying to contact me, Robby contacted me by phone to coordinate the hunt.  I agreed to go after work Friday 18 April with ideal surf & tide conditions. When I arrived it started to pour down rain but I’m in the water so not a problem.  I was just hoping the sun would come back out to warm me up.  Surely it did and the hunt became that much more pleasant.  Robby sent me a pin drop of the estimated location but I decided since I had a few hours I would start on the South end and work Northward.  I found a few coins and two little girl bling rings.  Then in waist deep water I got a nice tone on the Manticore and in one scoop there was Robby’s White Gold Wedding band in the scoop.  I immediately went to my car to text Robby a pic and he confirmed the recovery.  His pin drop was spot on the location.  That was a first.  Most are way off! Robby got his ring today in the mail and sent me a « Shaka & a Smile ».  Aloha to Robby!
