Clayton, Missouri Lost Wedding Band

  • from St. Louis (Missouri, United States)

Easter Sunday my wife was hiding eggs in the yard. Our engagement ring was previously stolen, so the tiny wedding band was all we had left. No idea where it flew off while dropping eggs. I figured it was gone for good, but just like Jesus, it came back!

Jeremy was able to save the day

Metal Detecting Newport Beach, CA. Reliable Prompt Service .. Call or text Stan the Metal Detector Man … 24/7  as soon as possible … 949-500-2136

*** Allen and his friends were enjoying a day at Crystal Cove State Beach, Newport Beach, CA. He called me after they returned home requesting metal detecting help to find a ring that his wife had trusted him to hold. Allen told me that he was sure the ring had fallen out of his backpack when he bent down to pick up items as they were leaving.

The beach closes at sundown and we both raced to get into gates before they closed. I didn’t spend much time on the phone to get anymore details.

We both were able to get inside to the parking area 5 minutes before they quit allowing entry. Allen walked me to where he believed the ring had slipped out of his backpack. Boom !! I found the missing ring in a 10x10ft. area. He was ecstatic, because he wasn’t sure a metal detector could find a small ring. Also, he had felt guilty for not securing the ring in a safe place..

Now for the rest of the story. As I was taking photos of the first ring, Allen told me his wife had lost another ring that same day, that was why she ask him to hold the remaining ring. They believed the first ring was probably in the surf. I suggested that I take a few minutes to scan the area before leaving. 15 minutes later I found the first ring near where his wife had been playing volleyball.

Allen had already called his wife about finding the backpack lost ring. He decided to wait till he returned home to surprise her with both her precious rings.

I am available to help you now.. Don’t wait, I can answer any questions you have .. “I WILL TRY ANYWHERE”

Bay Area Ring Finders: Brendon Chapman… Metal Detecting Service/Call ASAP     925-580-2590

As we all know, there are multiple ways a ring can go missing; none of them feel good. Gabriela reached out to me with just such an issue.

On Monday, I received her text message and a few short hours later we found ourselves wading waist deep in tall grass on a hillside behind her home.  The ring went lost the previous day and a search ensued.  The ring was not found and the situation felt futile, but for an experienced detectorist with a « can do » attitude and the right equipment, we made the recovery!  It didn’t take long to locate the ring with the information Gabriela was able to provide, and a bummer situation was turned into a joyous moment of triumph.

Thank you Gabriela for allowing me to help you with the situation and trusting in me to get the job done.  I wish you all the best in your life’s journey and I hope you will tell the tale of that ring far and wide.

Also, for the geeks like me…this ring was found on an Equinox 800 with an 8-9 VDI.

Lost Ring Playing Football at Huntington City Beach, CA. Found by Stan the Metal Detector Man

  • from Newport Beach (California, United States)

Stan the Metal Detector Man … Metal Detecting Service for for Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and all othe Orange County Beaches, Parks, Yards and any areas a Metal detector can be used.. Cal or text ASAP ..  949-500-2136

***Jose was at work when he found my contact information. He had been searching the internet for a metal detector because he had lost a large silver ring. His loss happened a couple days before while playing football at Huntington City Beach.

He was unable to meet me at the location but it wasn’t necessary because he gave me very good landmarks and I’m very familiar with this beach. He was sure his ring was on before starting to play  football and it was missing after he stopped playing. The challenge was the area was larger than half of a normal football field. ( grid search a soccer field 6 could be hours fortnight find ).

Huntington Beach is groomed nightly with beach sifting machines. I thought we might have a chance because this area was what we call no-man’s land. ( Center area of the beach between board walk and towel line ).. After 3 hours of grid searching Jose’s silver ring showed up in my scoop.. I met him after he got off work to return his ring.

We agree on a date and time. I make the drive, get to the area and 15 mins later found her ring!

Only it wasn’t in the flowerbed, it was in a pot that she planted a plant in! I scanned the plastic pot and got a signal. The first signal was a wine twist top. I put everything back and there was still a signal!

Call or text for help if you have lost something that can be found with a metal detectector.. Stan the Metal Detector Man … 949-500=2136

***  Collin and his family had been vacationing in a beach front rental at Newport Beach, CA.  After  returning back to their  vacation rental he discovered his palladium wedding ring missing from his finger. They went out on the beach attempting to find it by hand searching the dry sand, to no avail.

A passer by told him about my services which led to Collin calling me. He agreed to meet me at the site a half hour later.

When I arrived there was another guy with a metal detector that had volunteered to help. I asked that the other detectorist keep some distance from me, as many detectors operating close to each other can interfere with signals. I did not trust how much experience the other person had and I knew I would have to search over the area the other guy had said was searched.

It took a little time to find Collin’s Ring and it was found in the area that had been searched by the other detectorist. The rule of searching is, “ You miss it by an inch, it’s the same as missing by a mile”  The end results was that Collin was happy to have his wedding band that he has worn for over 30 years.

Yadkinville, NC favorite knife lost – now found

  • from Winston-Salem (North Carolina, United States)

Received message from Tim a resident of Yadkin county whom described while moving hay bales on his farm he lost his pocket knife that has been with him for many years prior to retirement from the Highway Patrol.  It held sentimental value to him. Even though he was unsure of where it actually dropped I told him I would do my best to locate it.

Having contacted me on Sunday I was unfortunately not able to immediately assist but promised I would load my equipment and would drop by on way home from my office on Monday.

Monday arrived and I had another request for assistance a few miles from the farm so plan was to assist both before dark fell.  Upon successful recovery of the first item (diamond necklace) I quickly relocated to Tim’s farm finding him mowing.  He asked if I wanted to delay because darkness was approaching and I replied « lets find it ».   Tim described the events and location he believed he dropped the knife.

We walked and searched approximately 30 minutes and as sun was setting I explained that I often search in late afternoons and I have had luck in parks finding things around sunset.  Something about the dark gives me favor.   Sure enough as we were walking towards our vehicles and swinging my detector in last ditch efforts my detector sounds off.  Although under moonlight I could see the outline of a knife.  I asked Tim,  « remember what I said earlier about finding stuffs in the dark?   There it is! »  He didn’t believe me until I picked it up and placed into his hand. 🙂

Thank you Tim for your years of dedicated service to the citizens of North Carolina.  I cannot wait to return and detect your farm and see what all those mysterious signals are that we stumbled across.

TheRingFinders.com is not exclusive to jewelry.  As long as the missing item is metallic I and the other RingFinders are more than happy to assist you.

Tonight was great for me.  First time of two assignments / searches on the same day.   Two for two successful finds in less than 4 total hours. It cannot get any better than that.  I love my hobby and even more get a kick out of the smiles resulting from the recovery and returning personal treasures to their owners.

Diamond necklace Recovery – Mocksville, NC

  • from Winston-Salem (North Carolina, United States)

Around noon I received a text that requestor had dropped her necklace in the yard. She and fiancé had searched for it for some time with negative results. Allison explained the location and asked if it was too far for me. I let her know I would be glad to assist but was in Wilkes county at the moment (30 minutes away) but could drop by the Davie county address around 5:30. She said that would be great but no one would be able to be there at that time due to another commitment. I let her know I would be glad to try in their absence if comfortable if she could place a chair or something in the yard so I would know the general area it was lost. She said yes so we had a plan.

I arrived and immediately began searching the marked area. Was receiving lots of valid signals and realized with the home being new that lots of metallic items were in the search area. I continued my search. After an hour I received a text asking if any luck yet. I advised had searched the immediate area and not found yet but was actively searching. Expanding search area and 30 additional minutes it was found.

If you or anyone needs assistance in recovering your valuable please do not hesitate to give a Ring Finder a ring.  Would be our pleasure to assist you.
