Steven and his wife Erin were enjoying the perfect beach day. The lake was a bit wavy, but Steven planned to get some time on the paddle-board. Upon mounting the board, things went south and Steven fell off in knee deep water. He felt his ring slip off. They consulted ChatGPT, which recommended me as a ringfinder option. There were quite a few metallic targets to sort through, but after about 15 mimutes, Ring in The Scoop. Happy wife!
Joseph found me in the Ring Finder directory. The week before he was having a wonderful time kayaking the Brandywine River in West Chester, PA when tragedy struck! He pulled to the side to assist his wife with her canoe and while doing so he heard something bang and bounce off his kayak. About 60 seconds later and 5 yards down river he suddenly realized his large platinum wedding band was missing. It was obvious that the sound he heard was his ring bouncing off the kayak and into the river. He sent his family ahead to continue down river and stayed back and searched for his ring in the 1-2 feet deep water but had no luck. He and his wife returned several times during the week with handheld pinpointer metal detectors to try to locate the lost ring. At some point Joseph’s wife suggested hiring a professional and they got in touch with me. I met Joseph on a Saturday morning (exactly 1 week after the ring was lost) and we marched upstream 10-15 minutes to the site where Joseph was positive the ring dropped. He re-enacted what occurred and gave me some accurate and detailed parameters of where he was standing when the ring fell off. I was using my Minelab Manticore metal detector with a large search coil. A large platinum wedding band has a unique booming signature on my machine…and i knew exactly what signal I was listening and hoping for. Well…its didn’t take long…10 minutes into search…BOOM…there was the signal I was hoping for. I yelled to Joseph and pointed down…I told him I like the signal. I got out my pin pointer and searched the 1 foot deep water….my pinpointer buzzed that it was hitting metal. I moved several small rocks….THERE IT WAS! I think Joseph saw it shimmering in the water before I did! We both let out a few whoops and hollers and celebrated with high fives! EPIC! So happy to come through for Joseph and get his ring back on hos finger where it belongs!!!

I got a call from Nick who told me he had lost a ring in a neighborhood park, and was not able to find it. This was a ring he had received from his mother, so although being copper the value wasn’t high in monetary worth, the worth in sentimentality was very high. We worked out a time for me to come out and do a search, and was on my way to help.
When I arrived Nick met me at the gate of the park, and told me this was where the loss occurred. He told me that he had been kind of goofing around, and decided to just make a small toss of the ring onto a small hillside. It wasn’t overgrown, or had a lot of leaves and such, but the ring just disappeared. I searched all around, and when I got to a place where the dirt was a little softer, I found his ring buried there. He was happy to have it back, and I was happy to make his day. I did make a plea to him though, that was please don’t throw your ring around any more, and he assured me he wouldn’t.

Damian contacted me about a ring he had lost 3 days prior. I let him know that I would do the search, but that with the passage of time the recovery opportunity diminishes. He agreed to do the search, but would not be able to meet me there. He gave concise directions to the area he believed the loss to have occurred, a very well traveled area, and I was on my way.
When I arrived, and looked the area over, the sand was untouched for most of the area he had given me. But I could tell that the county had groomed part of the area I would be searching with their machines. I began furthest from the groomed area, and made a tight grid working my way out. Finding mostly tin foil, bottle caps and some coins, the haul was normal. I was getting close to the machine cleaned area, when on the edge, received a good signal, dug, and had a ring. I took a picture of it, and sent it in a text to Damian to see if I found his ring. He assured me this was the one. I wanted to get it back to him as soon as possible, so He gave me his home address where his wife was there to receive it. Like I tell people, there is always hope. You just never know.

Lindsey called after having lost her two gold rings in the sand at the beach. She knew the area, and it happened earlier in the day, so I knew there was a good chance of making a recovery. I let her know I would get there as soon as I could to increase the possibility of a successful search.
When I got to the beach, it was already dark, but I assured Lindsey that if she could get me close to the area of the loss I should be able to find them. She walked me over to the area she had been in, and within 10 minutes, I was able to hand her back the rings that had a very high significance in her life. This was a great search.

Received a text at 5:42pm requesting metal detecting services at the Tahoe Vista Recreational Area & Boat Launch.
Early that day on the Tahoe Vista Beach, the client took off her engagement and wedding rings to apply sunblock on the kids. She placed the rings on the beach chair. Later she picked up the chair causing the rings to fall into the sand. They were able to retrieve the wedding ring, but were unable to find the engagement ring.
The client and her husband met me at the ring loss location at 8:00pm. The very first solid signal turned out to be the lost platinum engagement ring. Everyone was happy with the beautiful sunset ring recovery.

I was contacted by Sean who thought he lost his gold wedding band while cutting his grass. We talked and I agreed to come out at his convivence to conduct a search.
Although it took a little while for our schedules to matchup I went out and met Sean who took me around his property where he wanted me to search. It was a large yard and there was a few spots he thought were more likely than others including one on the property line where the neighbor had just removed some trees. Even though some time had passed the grass in the yard was thick and dense and gave me hope that despite a few cuts the ring might still be hidden there. I got started and soon finished with a small portion of the front yard and the backyard. I was starting to wonder if I was going to be able to find it as I was starting to run out of real estate. Then in the area of the side yard where the trees had been removed I got a strong repeatable sound. I started poking around with my pin pointer and there is was! Sean came out of the house to meet me, very pleasantly surprised that I had found it. It was great to meet another kind and generous client and be able to reunite him with his lost wedding ring.

Elyse reached out to me about a class ring she lost in front of her house. She was doing something while getting into a car and it flew off her finger. We made arrangements and I went out the next morning to see if I could help find the ring.
I arrived and Elyse showed me where the car was parked and what she thought had happened. She described hearing the ring bounce on the pavement a few times. They were convinced that it must have bounced off the sidewalk and into the yard. She had been tried to locate it prior to my arrival with no luck. I searched the yard and curb strips several times with both a large and small coil and could not locate the ring. I was telling Elyse that I was all but positive that the ring was not in the yard and probably somewhere on the street. It was at that point Elyse went over to the car closest to us and looked underneath. Suddenly she emerged with her ring! Elyse was very excited to have her ring back and ruling out the yard for certain played a crucial part in the recovery. It was great to meet another kind and generous client and have her reunited with her lost ring!
