*** Lisa called from the Irvine Spectrum shopping center, Irvine, CA.  The family was together on their way to a store inside the mall. Her son Jordan was just swinging his arms showing his brother a basket ball move when his gold ring went flying off his finger.  It happened in an area of the mall where there were many planters of flowers and exotic plants..

He knew the moment it happened and was sure it went to the right side of the walkway. I was told they could be at the location until I arrived. They gave me enough clues that got me excited that this could be a successful search.

Most the plants were easy to search, but there was a thorny Bougainvillea plant that I hate searching. My first scans were done with my metal detector set up with 6” coil. Not locating the ring with the big detector I went to using a handheld pinpointer, crawling through the plants on my hands and knees. ( except the thorny Bougainvillea )

After a more than a half hour the awesome gold ring showed up. This is getting to be the normal, it was found in the planter, but 10-15 feet left outside the box. Jordan and his mother were very happy to have the ring back. Again they told me they didn’t know this service existed and had just took a chance to google search metal detector expert.

I’m glad I have the time to be available to get to these calls in a timely manner which has a lot to do with making these searches successful.

Diamond Engagement Ring Lost In House.. Jacksonville, FL. Found 1 Week Later

  • from Ponte Vedra Beach (Florida, United States)

Andrea called me pretty frantic. She explained how her wedding ring set has 3 pieces and after returning from the gym she walked into her bedroom to prepare to shower. Before she was able to take her rings off, two of them just fell off her finger onto the floor next to the bed and nightstand. She was able to find one of the weddings bands and the other was still on her finger but her diamond engagement ring was nowhere to be found. She and her husband searched for an entire week even taking the bed and nightstand apart, still unable to find the ring. She said they were about to make an insurance claim but wanted to hire someone with expertise to search before making the insurance claim. I assured her that the ring did not vanish and we would find it. I arrived at her house with the tools needed to find her ring. Her bedroom floor was a laminate which would allow the ring to bounce. Within 2-3 minutes I was able to find her ring wedged into one of the nightstand legs. The ring was not in plain sight to the naked eye and somehow when the ring fell off her finger it bounced off the floor and under the nightstand, then wedged into the corner of the nightstand leg which had a wood support about 3″ off the floor. Her husband started that he had taken everything out of the nightstand and turned the entire nightstand over searching of the ring. She was so excited that it was found she asked if she can hug me, then her husband asked to hug me also.

Erin was lifting her large dog into the backseat of a car when the dog’s paw snagged her gold necklace and the small gold pendant possibly fell into the ivy beside the driveway.

I was across town and it was a weekend day, so the traffic was not a problem. It was looking like it could be a difficult search because it was a very hot day.  When I arrived, Irin  was waiting and showed me the area of the loss. I was happy to see that the ivy was under a huge shade tree.

It did take awhile to find the gold pendant. This type Ivy was very thick large leaf. It had many years of dry leaves under the new leaves. It took a while to find the small pendant which was expedited by using my handheld pinpointer metal detector.

Erin was more than grateful. She shared with me that this pendant has the imprint of her son’s finger print. She wears it everyday in memory of her son, who passed away two years ago. It’s these type recoveries that keep me doing this service.

I’m available to help you or anybody that has lost an item at the beach, park, yard, car, water, home even if it has been years ago. Call now for information .. Stan .. 949-500-2136

Lost Wedding Ring Found in NJ

  • from Madison (New Jersey, United States)

MADISON, N.J. — When Kelly’s husband took their dog out for a run this weekend, his ring felt a bit loose. After walking through some high weeds along a trail, he realized the ring had slipped off.

Kelly messaged me to see if could locate the ring, luckily, her husband was able to pinpoint an approximate location in the weeds where the ring was lost.

Kelly holds up her husband’s ring found by NJ Ringfinder, Bill Leasure. The ring was lost when her husband was walking their dog near an area with high grass.

A gold and silver wedding ring lost by a couple in Madison, NJ is revealed under a pile of grass by Ringfinder, Bill Leasure.

Ringfinder, Bill Leasure holds a lost wedding ring pulled from high grass after it was lost by a local NJ man walking his dog.

After several minutes of searching for the gold and silver ring, a strong tone was detected beneath some high weeds. Moving the pinpointer into the grass, a solid signal was found. After sifting through the grass for a couple minutes, the ring was found right where they thought it had been lost. So happy to return this ring to their family.

Lost Tungsten Wedding in CDA Idaho….Found!!

  • from Spokane (Washington, United States)

What was a mother named Kelly to do? For her son had lost his wedding ring in a backyard game of football. Asking the almighty Google to show her the finder of rings, I the Idaho Ring Finder answered her call…aka text. After completing my noble work, I made forth my way to the house of the lost ring. As I grabbed my trusty Equinox I laid eyes on my evil nemesis. A well manicured lawn. It’s luscious green grassy fold clinged tightly around the cold metal tungsten ring. With quick swipes and long strides I tamed that evil grass and reclaimed the lost ring. Kelly’s surprised smile and joyful laughs warmed my heart and gave proof to the power of the knights of The Ring Finders. With my coil raised high I mounted my noble steed named Toyota and rode off  into The Ring Finders golden sunset.

Big Diamond Engagement Ring Lost in Waist Deep Surf .. Newport Beach, CA. .. Found 5 days later

  • from Newport Beach (California, United States)

Katlyn’s husband, Jeff called The Metal Detector Man for help to find an expensive 3.2ct. diamond ring lost in the surf. If you need help call or text Stan 949-500-2136.

***Katlyn was with her daughter in waist deep water at Newport Beach when she lost her diamond engagement ring. She was devastated as she had forgotten to leave her ring at home as she normally does before going to the beach.

Her husband, Jeff called me at 8am the next morning. He told me it was a 3.2 ct. diamond ring and wasn’t insured. When I talked to him he told me the loss happened the day before at high tide. I checked the present high tide and it was a perfect low tide for a search. I was able to leave right away for the beach 15 minutes drive from my place.

When I arrived I saw two other metal detector guys searching the same location. After talking with one of the detectorists, he told me that the word was out that an expensive diamond ring was lost in the area yesterday.  The lifeguard and a resident of one the beachfront homes had told them about the loss. They did not have any contact information for the person that lost the ring. I made sure they could contact the person that lost the ring.

I did not find the ring that day and wasn’t sure that one of the other guys found the ring. I always advise people that call me to be careful who they tell about losing a valuable item. If they don’t find the ring right away they will need to get the word out with contact information ..Many people will return items if they know how to contact the owner.

Well, four days after the initial loss,I was on another search on the same beach. I dug a great sounding signal and it was Katlyn’s 3.2ct. diamond ring. It was maybe a half a block from where Jeff had told me Katlyn had realized her ring was missing. All is well, I found the ring. I had the contact information and was able to return this awesome ring to a happy grateful couple..

Platinum Wedding Ring Lost from Backpack in Sand at Newport Beach, CA. .. Found in a Night Time Search

  • from Newport Beach (California, United States)

Successful recoveries have to be done in a timely manner. Timing is very important, If you lose something on the beach or any public location, don’t wait. Call as soon as possible . Stan the Metal Detector Man .. 949-500-2136 .. I will answer the phone 24/7..

***Dan called me late after sunset asking for help to find his Platinum Wedding Ring. Most likely lost in the sand in Newport Beach, CA. He and his family are staying in a beachfront vacation rental home. Their first day on the beach did not go well. He put his platinum wedding ring in a backpack while the family set up at the towel line for their day on the beach.

Returning to the beach house, Dan went to the backpack to retrieve his wedding band. It was not in the backpack. He was thinking it must have been pulled out because other items being removed may have caused the ring to come out falling in the sand.

I arrived on the beach in the dark, soon after Dan called me. When I arrived there was another guy with a metal detector that volunteered his help. I  asked that he keep some distance because often other detectors can interfere with each other. Either way I would have to search the whole area anyway. I wasn’t confident of his experience metal detecting. Also he didn’t have a sand scoop.

We had to do the search now. Tomorrow the beach cleaning machines would be hitting the towel line as early as 5am.. Our problem this night was getting in the general area where they had been earlier that afternoon. Dan gave me an area to start, but his daughter believed they were actually 50 yards south.  Now it gets a bit confusing, I’m used to this happening. I take the first idea and do a thorough grid search, making sure I don’t get distracted. There will be plenty of time to get both areas searched.

After about ten 40 foot passes on my grid search. I found Dan’s platinum wedding ring.  He had never lost or misplaced it in over 25 years of wearing it. He said this made him realize how important it was to have it back where it belongs. I also learned to stay on track and not get distracted by the many ideas of where it could have been lost.. Patience, Persistence, the Best Equipment and Experience  paid off again.

Your privacy is very important to me especially in stressful momements. Please trust me to help you find your sentimental keepsake . I’m available to answer any questions about how this service works and if we have a chance to find your lost item.. “I WILL TRY ANYWHERE “  Calliing me anytime is the most the best and the most successful approach .. Lost Gold Diamond Ring at Doheney State Beach, Dana Point,CA.

  • from Newport Beach (California, United States)

Courtney needed  help to find her lost gold diamond wedding ring lost a couple hours before contacting Stan The Metal Detector Man.. If you’ve lost a metallic item call Stan at 949-500-2136 .. I will answer the phone we don’t need to waste time texting and heaving playing voice mail tag.

*** Courtney and her friends were laying on the sand at Doheney State Beach, Dana Point, CA. She put her gold diamond wedding ring on her towel while applying sunscreen. An hour later she remembered what she had done. The ring was missing after they had moved their belongings further down the beach.

Next step was to try finding it by sifting the sand by hand. That’s when a bystander suggested she go to the internet to find a metal detector service. He specifically told her my name.

After a short phone conversation with her, I got into my car to make the 20 mile drive. She and her friends were waiting guarding the location. Which was very important to make this a quick successful recovery.  That’s what I promised Courtney as she was sure her prized possession was lost forever in the mass of sand.

Shortly after arriving I walked from the parking lot to her location, passing many curious beach goers and people in the outside resturant. A guy with a metal detector and shovel type sand scoop always draws attention. A few minutes later I recovered the beautiful diamond ring while everybody was watching. Courtney gave me a big hug and everybody nearby applauded.  It feels good for people to see us in action, most times our recoveries are very private. More people should know what we do.. or more people should know this service exists. Don’t just give up on your lost sentimental keepsake.

Call now for metal detecting help or information about how to find a lost valuable. I have the experience and am available to help you..” I WILL TRY ANYWHERE “  42/7 ___ 949-500-2136

Lost Platinum Trio Bridal Set Rings Found in White Lake Michigan

  • from Detroit (Michigan, United States)

Out of Pocket…..

….. Is a phrase that’s been around awhile and usually the first thing that comes to mind of what it is, is perhaps paying your upfront share for a script, or an auto/home deductible claim. But none of these examples were on Curt’s mind other than wondering if he would need to pay for another ring out of pocket for his wife’s ring that went missing. It all started when his wife Kat took the dog out for an evening walk. Planning a long walk, she took all the things to clean up after the dog and put them in her pockets. Strolling across the wet grass in the yard they set out onto the pavement. Upon returning it started to rain so she started to jog and nearing the house she pulled her keys out of her pocket. After drying off she noticed her ring missing. Checking the pavement areas after the rain stopped brought no luck. I decided to grid search the front yard with my MXT metal detector where she thought they cut across upon leaving and returning. The grass was thick, but no junk signals were detected. Out near the edge of the grass I got a loud signal and meter read that I knew was something good. Pinpointing the signal and pushing the grass out of the way revealed Kat’s ring! Curt and Kat came running over and couldn’t believe that’s where it was! For the first time in their lives this out-of-pocket loss had a 100% return!
