Seaside Heights, New JerseyMetal detector for sale

Just after noon, I received a message from Jayden asking if I could come help find his wife Gabrielle’s ring, which had flown off into the sand while she was applying sunscreen.
The beach was absolutely packed with holiday weekend crowds. I told Jaden the most important thing was to secure the area where they believed the ring had landed and even keep a little extra space around it so no one would set up right next to them or unknowingly move the ring deeper into the sand. I let him know I was on my way and gave him my ETA.
When I arrived, Jayden showed me exactly where they had been sitting. Their blanket and beach gear were still in place, and he explained that Gabrielle’s ring had flown off toward the right side while she was rubbing in the sunscreen. I had them move everything out of the search area, fired up the detector, and within just a few swings I heard the unmistakable signal. One scoop later, Gabrielle’s ring was safely back in my hand.
They were absolutely amazed that it was found so quickly. After searching on their own and seeing how crowded the beach had become, they had given up hope of ever seeing the ring again. It was another happy ending and another priceless piece of jewelry returned to its grateful owner.

Engagement Ring Vanishes , Seaside Heights NJ, recovered by Edward Trapper, NJ Ring Finder

  • from Lavallette (New Jersey, United States)

Seaside Heights, New JerseyCall ring Finder I received a call from Dean, who was very anxious to see if I could help find his wife Teanna’s lost engagement ring.
They had been enjoying a beautiful day at the beach, and at one point Teanna had placed her engagement ring in the cup holder of their beach chair for safekeeping. Later in the day, they decided to move closer to the water. Their son grabbed the chair and dragged it down the beach, not realizing the ring was still sitting in the cup holder.
A short time later, they suddenly remembered the ring. They checked the cup holder, but it was empty.
Dean searched for help online, found my contact information, and gave me a call. I told him I could be there within the hour. He was relieved because Teanna, who was nine months pregnant, was understandably very upset, especially on such a blistering hot day.
When I arrived, Dean met me on the beach and showed me where they had originally been sitting. I carefully searched the entire area but came up empty. He then explained how the chair had been dragged down the beach and showed me the exact path. I searched back and forth from the original spot all the way to the waterline, but still no ring.
At that point I knew something wasn’t adding up.
I returned to the original area and expanded my search pattern, thinking maybe the ring had bounced farther than expected. Still nothing. I headed back toward the water and continued searching the chair’s path. About two passes later, I got a beautiful signal that I was almost certain was Teanna’s engagement ring.
Sure enough, there it was—resting safely in my scoop.
The relief on Dean and Teanna’s faces was immediate. They were incredibly grateful to have the ring back, and knowing that such an important piece of jewelry would stay with their growing family made the recovery even more rewarding.
There’s nothing better than being able to help someone in a situation like that.

I told her I could head out there for the next low tide, but she wanted to confirm it wasn’t found yet. I said no worries., call me back and keep me posted. She called back quickly and I told her I’d be on the beach early the next morning and sure enough within moments. Bracelet Lost In Yard, Point Pleasant Beach NJ, recovered by Edward Trapper, NJ Ring Finder

Noelle reached out to me early in the morning, clearly distressed. She had lost a cherished family heirloom the night before — a delicate bracelet with deep sentimental value. She explained that she had been visiting a friend, walked to a local store, and had also taken the dogs out — somewhere along the way, the bracelet had slipped away unnoticed.

As a follower of my NJ Ring Finder page, she was able to contact me quickly, hoping there might be some way I could help. I explained that a lot of the search would involve a visual sweep, as certain areas (especially with overhead electric lines and heavy interference) would limit what my metal detector could do. I suggested she take a look herself first and let me know.

An hour later, she called back — no luck, and still understandably very upset. She asked if I could come up right after work, and I told her absolutely.

When I arrived, she walked me through every step of her evening — the route to her friend’s house, the sidewalk to the store, and the path she took with the dogs. I reminded her that such a small bracelet would be tough to find with all the junk signals and interference in the area, but I was determined to give it a go.

While she searched through her car, I worked my way methodically through the property — driveway, roadways, and the side path. Eventually, I caught a faint signal, almost hidden beneath some stones. Zeroing in on it, I uncovered a beautiful, delicate bracelet — her bracelet.

Wanting to have a little fun and make the reveal memorable, I walked back to where she was still searching and said, “I think this might be a lost cause. All I found was this tiny little kid’s bracelet…” and held it out in my hand.

Her reaction was absolutely priceless — the mix of relief, joy, and disbelief lit up her face. That moment is why I do what I do. It’s not just about finding metal — it’s about reuniting people with memories, stories, and pieces of their past.

How to find a gold necklace with a metal detector in a lagoon, Beach Haven West NJ, recovered by Edward Trapper, NJ Ring Finder

  • from Lavallette (New Jersey, United States)

Lost Necklace Recovered in the Lagoon Just Before Checkout!

I got a call from Matt, who had just wrapped up a relaxing week at the Jersey Shore. As he and his friends were packing up to leave, disaster struck—he dove off the bulkhead earlier that morning and felt his necklace slip right off, dropping straight down into the lagoon between the jet ski dock and the bulkhead.

He found my page and reached out in hopes that I could help, even though they had to check out by noon. I told him I’d rearrange my plans and head over immediately.

When I arrived, Matt showed me exactly where it happened. I got right to work, but the bottom was a mess—old bulkhead parts, a tree stump, and storm debris made swinging my detector tough. With so much metal interference from years of boating and water activities, it was slow going. The water was deep, the sun was blazing, and I was starting to think a dive with my handheld detector might be the only way.

Just as I was about to call it quits, I caught a solid signal—one that stood out from the usual noise. It took several tricky scoops, but then… success! Matt’s beautiful necklace was sitting in my scoop.

I handed up my gear, climbed out of the murky water, and joined the celebration on the dock. Matt and his friends were beyond thrilled, and the joy on their faces made every minute of the struggle worth it. After some happy chatting, they headed off with smiles and one last great memory of their vacation on the Jersey Shore.

find lost ring lbiJune is a great time of year, weather is warming up, school is getting out for the summer, the beach scene is almost in full swing, graduations, prom, etc. That’s when Hailey had a horrible mishap. She was at the Jersey Shore for the weekend after the prom, enjoying the beach life, when her phone totally disappeared somehow, in the soft sugar sand of Seaside Park NJ. She reached out to me NJ Ring Finder, wondering if there was anything I could do to recover her phone. Everyone knows loosing your phone can wreak havoc, especially when its not totally backed up. I had been in the area already, so after getting the details, I headed right over to the spot she had figured it was lost. Just a short while later I had her phone, her drivers license, and some money, that was stashed inside the phone case, safely in my finds pouch. We agreed on a location to meet a few hours later. Hailey was so grateful to have her phone, and her belongings back, after a long and nervous separation.
