Wedding Band Found!

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

Jason lost his wedding band in the sand at Pensacola Beach on Sunday. He called that evening and i said I would help and agreed to meet first thing Monday morning at the beach. Jason had a fairly large area identified as the target area. There wasn’t anyone on the beach and the weather was comfortable. I started a grid and searching it pretty fast while Jason was working the phone lining up his days business. Fortunately his ring was in the area he designated. I found it in record time and it was back on his finger and he back to work on time!

Beautiful Ring Recovered at Gulf Shores

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

This very nice lady was attending a Beach Volley Ball tournament at Gulf Shores. Some how her ring slipped off and immediately burrowed into the sand without her realizing. This was a huge tournament, both high school and college competitions. Maybe 90 courts with walkways in between. I started the search in the areas she felt was the best change of finding the ring. Lots of people had been walking over the walkways so I anticipated the ring would have been pushed down until it hit a hard layer. Fortunately it wasn’t far from the location she identified and it was pretty deep. The only worry I has was not interfering with the play and searching only in between volleys!

Ring Recovered at Robinson Island

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

I was called to find a ring on Robinson Island late Saturday afternoon the day before Easter. The ring was lost in the water near the their boat when the owner threw the anchor to set a stern line in about waist deep water. By the time I got there the party and most of the boats had gone home, so it was easy to maneuver while searching except for the pop tops and pull tabs. When you’re hunting jewelry you can’t depend on knowing the metallurgy so you have got to dig everything. I wasn’t counting but I’ll bet I dug over 100 pull tabs. That said when I finally located the ring the data from my detector was unmistakable. Ring was recovered, we got back to the dock with a little sun left and the the family was all happy.

Lost Ring Found in the woods

  • from Orange Beach (Alabama, United States)

This nice lady lost her beautiful wedding ring in the woods across the street from her home. But she wasn’t sure where. I searched using a detector with a small coil so I could check in weeds, brush and around trees. It took about an hour to find it in some weeds it fell into, out of sight, next to a pine tree. The detector was telling me right where it was but I couldn’t see it. It had fallen down to soil level in a tight clump of weeds. She couldn’t believe I found if. I wa happy too because it could have been anywhere. It was quite different from a beach search.

This young ladies ring fell in the sand when a table is was set on got bumped. It must have been a serious bump because it flew beyond where they thought it would be. After searching the area they thought it would be, I increased the search area and found it within inches outside of the original area. The lady was very thankful and I was glad I could make her day.

The Gulf was pretty calm that day making for a fairly easy search. After about an hour and a half the ring was recovered. Found this ring while looking for another. Asked around and heard of a fellow who lost a ring about two week before. Was able to get his name and contact him for a return. ENGAGEMENT RING LOST JUST AFTER MARRIAGE PROPOSAL FOUND BY CRYSTAL COAST RING FINDERS, EMERALD ISLE, NC

  • from Emerald Isle (North Carolina, United States)

Brandon called me to say just after proposing to his now fiancée Pacie, she had lost the engagement ring. Pacie explained she was using her hands while talking and didn’t realize the ring was missing until shortly afterwards.
I arrived a few minutes after the call and went to work after the search area was explained to me. It only took 1 pass until I received a very solid signal on my detector.

Last evening I received a text message from Meg around 10:30pm. Meg explained that she is staying at Angel Of The Sea B&B here in Cape May. She was sitting on the 3rd floor balcony, taking in the evening with her husband when her wedding ring slipped off her finger and rolled off the porch falling into the flower beds / shrubbery below. Meg said that she had been searching with her husband for a while and would really appreciate some assistance. I took the short ride over from home and met up with the couple. After searching for about 20 minutes I was able to recover her ring at the base of some bushes beneath the porch. Meg and her husband were very relieved to have the ring back! Another happy couple!
