Scuba Diver Metal Detects Chesapeake Bay for Lost Wedding Ring…Found in Betterton, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Diver and Ring Finder, Brian Rudolph, recovers this 14 karat white gold wedding band for client who found Rudolph on metal detectorist directory website called THE RING FINDERS.

Scott could not have been happier as he once again holds his wedding ring for the first time in a month since the 14 karat white gold “symbol of love” disappeared in the Chesapeake Bay over 100 feet out from shore while swimming.

Scott was enjoying time with his family during a week or two of vacation in Betterton, Maryland. During one of those fun days out at the beach, Scott sadly lost his very special 14 karat white gold wedding band while playing and swimming in the Chesapeake Bay. He knew he must have lost it out in the water because the young man had not taken it off before entering the Bay. Scott was really upset about losing his sentimental keepsake that was put on his finger by his bride Katie around 11 years earlier.

Three weeks went by and sometime after Scott had returned from vacation back to their Pennsylvanian home, he wondered if there was perhaps a way that he could possibly recover his lost wedding ring somewhere out there in the Chesapeake Bay. He looked online and eventually Scott found a beacon of hope…THE RING FINDERS – a specialized directory of metal detectorists who are experts in finding lost rings. Scott texted me and said:

« Hi Brian. I am aware that you might be someone that might be able to help me find my wedding band. I lost it in about five feet of water at low tide off of a beach near Betterton, Maryland. It might be a little too far for you but I thought I would reach out. Is this something you could help me find? Thanks for your consideration – Scott »

Soon after I received Scott’s correspondence, we connected by phone. I was very intrigued by the story and I told Scott that I was up for the challenge.

Another week would pass by before I was able to travel the two hours out to Betterton to conduct the search. Betterton is located at the mouth of the Sassafras River on the upper Chesapeake Bay in Kent County, Maryland, on the Eastern Shore region of the Bay.

When I arrived at the search site, Scott met up with me and he immediately took me down to the beach where he lost the wedding band in the water approximately 4 weeks earlier. Though it had been a month since the ring went « missing in action », I was not intimidated by that particular fact. There were no guarantees as to what happened to the band, but I felt pretty sure that the jewel most likely buried itself in the sand below and was just waiting to be reunited with its owner.

This particular search would involve scuba diving. Scott was swimming out by a floating platform approximately 35 yards from shore (over 100 feet away). The water depth was between 5.5 and 7 feet deep, depending upon the current tide. There was no way that I could wade the water with a detector in hand at those numbers. I needed to dive for the ring with a tank on my back and have the necessary air supply to keep me submerged for a decent length of time.

It took some time to haul all of my scuba gear down the steep step path to the beach below. I had to carry: a 35 pound air tank, BCD, fins, exposure wear, regulators, dive weights up to 18 pounds, dive computer, mask, snorkel, water grid, underwater metal detectors and lots more! Scuba diving for lost rings is no simple matter. There is a lot of planning involved along with a lot of equipment required to perform such a recovery operation.

Once I assembled all of my gear along the bank of the Chesapeake, Scott went out into the water with me to orient me as to where he believed he was playing and swimming when the ring had most likely slipped off of his finger. I then began my dive and detection efforts.

I am excited to share that after a very short dive underwater (perhaps less than 30 minutes underwater), as I metal detected every square inch of the bottom of the Chesapeake Bay in the region where Scott took me to, I successfully identified and recovered my client’s lost wedding band! I was thrilled with my results!

At first, I pulled a few random pieces of metal such as pull tabs from coke cans and other pieces of scrap aluminum. And then…I got a really sweet signal coming approximately 15 to 20 feet from the floating swim platform. It was an exhilarating experience to feel around the object and to immediately identify the piece of metal as a ring! At that moment, I was pretty hopeful that the band that I had identified underwater was in fact Scott’s missing 14 karat white keepsake! It turned out that the inscription inside the band validated my hunch!

When I finally surprised Scott with my discovery, not only was he blown away by my ability to recover his very special memento from his wedding day, but all of the teens, adults and young children who were swimming and hanging out on shore erupted with excitement and multiple cheers!

I was so happy I could help Scott that day out in Betterton, Maryland! Moreover, after the successful ring recovery, I was introduced to a couple of lifetime Betterton residents who invited me and Scott into their home! We received cold drinks, were given a full history of the town, and we were shown a wonderful photo book of Betterton scenes and its people dating back to the 1930s! What a very special afternoon on the Eastern Shore that I will truly never forget!

Nick was riding his bike at the park when he felt his 2022 Tungsten Carbide Bowie High School class ring slip off of his finger and bounce on the concrete path below. He looked for more than an hour but he couldn’t find his special « school trophy » anywhere.

Later on that day, Nick’s mother came out to help her distraught son search once again for the ring, but even her efforts failed to turn up. That’s when Nick’s father got involved. He found THE RING FINDERS online and called me immediately for help.

That evening, I drove out to Bowie, Maryland to the park where Nick lost his handsome class ring with a green stone embedded inside. I systematically laid down grid lanes to metal detect every square inch along the path in the grassy areas. The Bowie High School class ring was discovered in less than an hour off into the grass! Nick and his father were more than thrilled to see that black, silver and green ring back in the soon-to-graduate student’s possession!

Ring Finder in Dewey Beach, Delaware Recovers Lost Wedding Band in Atlantic Ocean

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Stephen’s 14 karat yellow gold wedding band with multiple diamonds recovered by professional ring finder Brian Rudolph who searched for the jewel in the Atlantic Ocean located in Dewey Beach, Delaware!

Stephen of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania proudly and happily holding up his irreplaceable diamond wedding band which he was convinced upon leaving the surf that he would never see it again! Metal detectorist and RING HERO Brian Rudolph proved him wrong!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

I was contacted by Dana who lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was desperately calling on behalf of her husband (who didn’t know that his wife was calling me for help). The backstory goes like this:

Stephen, Dana and their family drove from Philadelphia to Dewey Beach, Delaware for a little vacation. They stayed at Stephen’s parent’s beach house. The plan was to enjoy a few days on the sand and in the water. Unfortunately, their time was cut short when Stephen lost his cherished wedding band out in the Atlantic Ocean while holding his four year old daughter in his arms. Stephen attributed the sliding off of the ring from his finger due to a recent weight loss of over 60 pounds, and of course, the ocean water that additionally caused his fingers to shrink in size, making the band extremely vulnerable out in the Atlantic.

As soon as Stephen came up onto the shore with his daughter, he realized that his beloved 14 karat yellow gold and multiple diamond wedding ring was missing from his finger. He was devastated. The poor guy was so upset that he stormed up to his beach blanket, packed up what he could carry and then walked off the sand heading towards his vehicle.

Stephen was in tears over the loss of his irreplaceable keepsake. He had never taken the ring off in all 16 years of his blissful marriage other than a few times to avoid damaging it. The disappointment was so great that as soon as the family got back to the beach house, Stephen had his family pack up all of their belongings and he immediately drove them all back to Philadelphia later that evening! Dana told me that her husband was so angry and upset about the incident that he actually got physically sick on the drive home. That’s how tough this loss was for the man.

Two days after the family settled in back at their Pennsylvanian home, Dana was on Facebook and someone suggested to her the idea of contacting a member of THE RING FINDERS to see if a specialist could try finding Stephen’s ring out in the Atlantic. She sat on the information for another 24 hours and then finally decided to do a search on the directory. That’s when Dana discovered my metal detecting services in Dewey Beach, Delaware.

After I got all of the facts from Stephen’s wife regarding the loss of the wedding band, I explained to Dana that because so many days had passed, we had only a small chance of recovering the lost jewel. Yet, I shared that if there was one person that could pull the keepsake from the Atlantic Ocean, I was her ring hero.

Next, me and my client coordinated with Stephen’s mother, Pat, who was still vacationing at her Dewey Beach house. I worked it out to meet up with the family member over at the search site around the lowest tide hour of the day. Since Stephen’s mother was present at the time of the loss of the ring, she could recall the approximate location where Stephen had been hanging out in the water. I was excited about this challenging water search out in the ocean. It was a long shot, but I like trying to defeat the odds when it comes to recovering lost rings in tough environments.

When I met up with Pat at the beach, she immediately showed me where the family had their things lying on the sand and the general area where Stephen had been hanging out in the water when the band presumably came off. The two of us knew that we had a very small window of opportunity for me to search the Atlantic because: One, low tide was already upon us. And two, an ugly storm was coming our way. Time was of the essence.

Based on the information I obtained from Stephen’s mom, I used two markers to make my search boundary noticeable from the ocean while detecting out in the water. Before heading into the Atlantic to start metal detecting, I prayed with Pat that God would bring about a miracle for Stephen. I explained to her that I believe I have God’s favor when it comes to the searching for lost wedding bands. The reason for this is because the wedding band represents a covenant between spouses. Therefore since God loves the covenant of marriage (He was the one that created it from the beginning), I believe God would want that ring to be returned to its rightful owner.

Once we finish praying, I started wading the water of the Atlantic Ocean. There was another family up on shore that had been watching me the whole time as I was being beaten up by the incoming waves. They didn’t think I had a chance in the world to find such a tiny piece of jewelry out there in the vast waters. However, like most, they were still intrigued and entertained by my valiant efforts and they kept watching me scan the ocean for the diamond ring.

Back and forth I continued to detect the water, hoping to get a decent signal to investigate. For the longest time I got absolutely no hits. In fact, I started thinking that I was going to have to wrap up the search because: One, I had been out there so long and there was no sign of the ring. Two, I was really taking a beating by the violent waves. And three, I could see the storm quickly approaching in the distance and we would need to take cover sooner than later.

Even though I was fighting against many odds of finding Stephen’s ring, I continued to do what I know to do best, and that is: keep the focus and keep the hope alive within and not give up the search. I kept swinging my coil back and forth and moved farther into the water even though I was getting pounded by the waves over and over again.

At some point, just before having to call it quits for the day, I actually got a promising signal on my detector screen. It was coming up in the number range of exactly the kind of target I had been searching for. I believe the object that I zeroed in on was buried approximately 6 inches in the sand and about 4 feet of water below out in the surf. Quickly, I pinpointed the exact spot where the mysterious item was hiding and then positioned my sand scoop in order to try to bring up the target from beneath the sand.

After a few unsuccessful attempts of scooping up the piece of metal due to how crazy the waves were pounding me, I finally got the object into my sand scoop. Then, I sifted out the shells and silt and there, line at the bottom of my scoop was one of the most handsome men’s wedding bands I had ever seen! And it was huge too! I couldn’t believe it and yet I could at that moment because I had seen the amazing work of God before and this search was no exception! I was so excited and I couldn’t wait to surprise Pat and family with the incredible news! I did it! I pulled the lost ring from the Atlantic Ocean and cheated its tough resistances! What an amazing moment that was!

When I revealed the ring, I did so in front of Pat and her son Stephen who we did a FaceTime with right there out by the water! Neither one of them had any idea that I had found the wedding band and it brought both mother and son to tears! The family on the beach who were watching me the whole time also joined in the celebration and was quite amazed at what I was able to accomplish that late afternoon out in the Atlantic Ocean!

Finally, Pat and I partnered together to surprise Stephen’s wife Dana who was the one who originally called me after learning about THE RING FINDERS on Facebook. We FaceTime’d her and once again, I had another family member completely in tears as she sat in her vehicle on the side of the road! There were children in the backseat of her SUV and even some of them began to cry as well! It was truly an unforgettable moment for me and for everyone who witnessed the unbelievable news!

Stephen was in complete shock when he saw his ring in my hand! There was not a thought in the world that he would ever wear that wedding band ever again! And yet, the reality of the matter was that Stephen’s irreplaceable diamond wedding band that he cherished with all of his heart, that had been in the Atlantic Ocean for over 3 days…was coming back home to Philadelphia!

One would never be able to imagine the amount of thanks and praise that we all offered up to God for answering our prayers out there on that Delaware shore that one special afternoon!

Wedding Ring Disappears in Bathroom…Ring Finder Helps Greenbelt, Maryland Couple Find Lost Jewel

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Leighanne’s lovely diamond wedding ring that was finally recovered with the help of professional ring finder, Brian Rudolph!

Leighanne and Steven so very excited to have their beautiful diamond wedding band back where it once belonged – right next to her gorgeous engagement ring!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Leighanne always put her rings on a jewelry tree in her master bathroom beside the sink. One morning, the young lady heard a « ping » sound coming from the floor as she walked out of the bathroom. Leighanne looked back and noticed all of her jewelry was accounted for except her beloved diamond wedding band. It was gone!

Leighanne figured that the ring had somehow fallen off of her jewelry tree and landed somewhere on the floor. Naturally she thought that retrieving the irreplaceable keepsake would be a cinch knowing that the bathroom was quite tiny and that there was no place for the band to hide other than on the floor somewhere.

As it turned out, Leighanne couldn’t find the ring anywhere! She eventually called in her husband Steven and he couldn’t find it either! The two of them thought that they were losing their minds! ‘How could this be so difficult?’, they thought to themselves.

After hours upon hours of scouring the floor for the missing ring, Leighanne finally went online to seek professional help…and she found it! The young lady discovered THE RING FINDERS – an elite metal detectorist directory that provides specialized help for people just like Leighanne and Steven.

Once I received the call from Leighanne, I asked her every question in the book, just like an investigator would inquire of all of the facts. The couple wanted me to come out to their place in Greenbelt, Maryland as soon as I could to help solve this case. However, I was unavailable for the next 24 hours. So, I reassured Leighanne and Steven that I would do everything possible to help them over the phone, using all of my knowledge and experience from many other successful in-house search recoveries.

As soon as they sent me video of their bathroom in order to help orient me with their search environment, I was pretty confident that I knew what had happened to Leighanne’s precious « symbol of love ». I was convinced that for the diamond band to have disappeared out of complete sight, the ring must have taken a bounce upon hitting the tile floor and made its way into an unknown / unseen space that the couple had obviously kept overlooking.

I immediately asked Leighanne and Steven to get down on « all fours » and look under the bathroom sink cabinetry to see if there were any gaps down below where the ring could have slipped into such a space after bouncing off the tile floor. To my excitement, the couple did confirm that there was in fact a narrow slit of open area in the cabinetry located just a couple of inches above the floor! Their eyes had not previously seen the gap because one would have had to duck way down to even notice that very thin tight space!

Next, I told them to shine their best light source inside the mysterious space and see if they could eyeball Leighanne’s special jewel somewhere in the darkness. After several attempts to catch a glimpse of the diamond band, Steven’s eyes finally locked in on the prize and the couple burst out with cries of joy and excitement! The ring was found! My theory proved to be correct! I solved the mystery and my clients could not have been more grateful for my assistance!

It would then take awhile longer to find an effective method to grab a hold of the « runaway » piece of ice, but eventually the couple was happily reunited with their most important wedding day souvenir! I was beyond thrilled to be able to help Leighanne and Steven recover their irreplaceable lost jewel! I love being a part of THE RING FINDERS!

How to Find a Lost Diamond Ring Thrown During a Fight

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Melissa’s stunning 2.5 carat diamond solitaire engagement ring with a halo of little diamonds encircling the center diamond held by a 14 karat white gold band encrusted with diamonds half way around the band.

Melissa and Dwight happy together once again and proudly showing off Melissa’s incredible diamond ring that member of THE RING FINDERS, Brian Rudolph had miraculously recovered from Washington DC public property!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

How is one to find a lost diamond ring that was thrown after a fight?

The answer is simple: call a professional ring finder!

You too never thought one existed?

Well, they do exist and more and more people are turning for help on a special online metal detectorist directory website called THE RING FINDERS.

The online directory will help you locate a local ring finder in your geographical area.

I, Brian Rudolph, am a local ring finder and a proud member of THE RING FINDERS serving Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia.

Here is an example of someone who reached out to me after a ring was thrown following an argument.

Melissa and Dwight were drinking together outside on their apartment patio. Somehow their fun transitioned into an argument about something and things began to get quite heated between the engaged couple.

As is common with many other ring stories like this, Melissa decided to take off and throw her beautiful 2.5 carat diamond solitaire engagement ring with a halo of little diamonds encircling the center diamond held by a 14 karat white gold band encrusted with diamonds half way around the band. That action did not cool things down by any means. It was a tough night for both fiance’s.

When the young lady dialed down her emotions, she realized what mistake she made in throwing the ring and immediately she began searching for the MIA diamond engagement ring.

Meanwhile, Dwight was really upset about what took place because not only did Melissa throw something that was supposed to mean everything to her, but this was not the first time that his fiance had launched the special « promise jewel unto marriage ».

Ironically, I was told by the couple that a year earlier they had found my information on THE RING FINDERS website just after Melissa threw the same ring out into an Ocean City, Maryland hotel parking lot. They had gotten into a bad fight and Melissa’s very expensive piece of jewelry ended up lost in the public space below. Thankfully, Dwight eventually eyeballed the ring somewhere in the bushes and that nightmarish episode quickly came to an end.

When this second incident happened, the couple remembered THE RING FINDERS detectorist directory and my name happened to pop up once again.

Melissa stayed up all night searching for her ring and yet all of her efforts led to no avail. The next morning, she was back at it again, on her hands and knees out in a narrow patch of grass, scanning with her eyes with the hope that she would lock-in on that very sentimental keepsake. Still, the remorseful young lady found nothing but trash hidden below the grass blades and surrounding mud pockets.

Sometime during the early afternoon hours, while I was assisting another client with a ring search and recovery project, I received correspondence from Melissa crying out for help. The two of us talked on the phone and I assured her that if she still could not find her diamond ring by the end of the day, I would travel out to the couple’s Washington DC apartment building the next morning. She was extremely grateful for the assistance and for my words of encouragement knowing that she’s not the first to throw a ring (let alone multiple times).

Because Melissa was not able to find her most priceless material possession out there beyond her apartment complex, I headed out early the next morning to conduct my own search.

After my distraught client showed me where she was sitting when she threw the ring and took me to the narrow patch of grass where she had been searching, we had a time of prayer, asking the Lord to help me with this search and then I immediately started metal detecting.

Melissa told me that she remembered « tossing » the ring versus « throwing » the jewel in haste. However, I reminded her that when alcohol is involved, the one throwing the ring rarely is in touch with their emotions and even recollections of what actually took place. Adding anger and alcohol together makes for a very bad combination!

When I metal detected the strip of grass that was located alongside the apartment building (completely enclosed by a high fence around the parameter of the property), I found lots of miscellaneous pieces of metal such as: coins, beer pull tabs, aluminum foil, Christmas tree light bulbs and wire, and believe it or not… a couple of bullets! Unfortunately, there was no ring to be found in that location where Melissa was positive she launched it towards. I double checked my work just to make sure and then I was positive that the ring did not end up in that space unless someone happened to have found the keepsake after noticing Melissa searching for something herself.

I told my client where things stood at that point and she was completely mystified. Melissa was certain that the ring would have landed on that part of the property that I had just finished detecting. I asked her if she had looked on the other side of the property’s privacy fence where there was a concrete drive which led down into the parking garage below the complex. I was stunned to hear her response… she had not looked anywhere else but that one grassy section that I had just finished searching. This concerned me greatly because a car tire could have picked up the ring and carried it down the street or anyone walking around the entrance to the garage could have easily eyeballed the diamond ring! It was imperative that I search the public access road on the other side of the fence!

I told Melissa that it was quite possible that when she threw the ring, it might have traveled in a different direction and possibly landed much farther away from the distance she predicted. My client refuted the idea based on the fact that there was a fairly large tree in front of the balcony where Melissa threw the jewel and that the chances of the ring getting passed the branches were very slim. I did have to agree with her on that one point.

As soon as Melissa and I had our discussion, I requested that we immediately search the concrete drive and its surroundings. My client got very nervous at that point because I made her start thinking that perhaps she was negligent in not thinking to check outside the apartment complex property. We rushed down into her complex, took the stairs down to the garage level and headed out the large underground garage door that led to the area where we needed to search.

The two of us looked long and hard for my client’s huge diamond ring but it didn’t turn up anywhere out there. I checked every square inch of the concrete drive, including an alleyway and in the middle of one of the city streets that intersected with the alley. I was really concerned that a tire may have picked up the ring and carried it down the street. Still, I came up empty-handed.

At about this time, the fiance was getting very nervous and a bit more emotional as she regretted not thinking to look for the ring in the public environments. I’ll never forget the pressure that she placed upon me when Melissa said in a voice of desperation, « You do understand that if you don’t end up finding my ring, Dwight is completely done with me. Finished. » This young lady meant the « B » word… Breakup. After a second incident of throwing the « betrothal gift » and the potential of losing something this expensive, Melissa’s fiance was not going to fight for the relationship anymore if the ring was not recovered. I was heartbroken for her at this point and I prayed more to God on behalf of my client as I searched and searched to find the « true victim of circumstances ».

When I concluded that the jewel was not on the concrete drive leading down to the underground garage, nor in the alleyway or on the main street a block away (just in case a tire picked it up and took it down a ways), I was about to call it quits. By this point, Melissa was back at her place hanging out on the apartment patio with Dwight. She pretty much lost all hope at this late hour in the game. And frankly, I had almost lost any hope, as well.

I kept looking over to where the couple was and measured in mind the great distance it was between where Melissa threw the ring and where I was standing in the middle of the drive leading to the underground garage. It was a good 60 foot distance or so. That’s not a lot of space when dealing with a ring throw. However, there was that tree involved which was dead smacked in front of where the couple sat! The ring’s velocity would have greatly slowed down when striking even a leaf from that tree that was in the way. Still, I searched on and rechecked my work.

My last task with this project before having to conclude that either a tire took the poor ring down the street or someone passing by (a groundskeeper, homeless person or just any random pedestrian) picked up the keepsake, was to metal detect and « eye scan » a 1 foot strip of grass that was parallel with a property privacy fence located on the opposite side of the concrete underground garage driveway. Because the fence was made of steel, I believe I used a very small detector coil (6 inches) to attempt to get less interference coming from the massive structure of metal that easily would have « masked » the ring signal if it was in fact hidden in that very narrow section.

Well, I am delighted to share that as I was mostly done searching the very thin 1 foot wide strip of grass, I got a potential signal on my machine. I looked down to investigate the target and lo and behold…I FOUND IT! I saw the ring in the grass! A huge diamond was staring right back at me as I leaned down to retrieve it while it was still resting amongst some rocks, mud, weeds and a random green colored bread pizza wrapper! I couldn’t believe it! The whole moment was so surreal! I truly was in a state of complete unbelief! Few times I end up in shock, but this happened to be one of them! I was so happy for my clients! Especially for Melissa! And let me say, her diamond ring was absolutely exquisite! Little diamonds danced around each side of the band as the center stone showed off it’s brilliance and size! There was even a halo of little diamonds encircling the 2.5 carat solitaire! Very impressive!

Apparently, somehow, some way…the ring cleared the tree that was in front of the couple, then traveled over a stretch of grass, over a property fence, then flew over most of the pavement of the underground garage drive, bounced off of the concrete driveway and landed onto the tiny thin patch of dirt, weeds and grass that was located along the property privacy fence line allocated to the far wing of the same apartment complex! Truly Unbelievable! How that ring could have gone that far and then bounce off the concrete and onto that narrow strip was completely beyond my comprehension!

When I finally revealed to the couple the gorgeous ring that I was able to miraculously recover from that completely unexpected environment, they both went crazy! There is no other word to describe the moment! There were hugs and tears and great elation that came from the hearts and mouths of my clients! It was truly a great moment for all of us! We all gave thanks to the Lord for answering our earlier prayer together by helping me with the search and successful recovery of Melissa’s stunning diamond engagement ring!

So, in conclusion, I once again highlight the question that I first asked at the beginning of this article:

How is one to find a lost diamond ring that was thrown after a fight?

Lost Engagement Ring Found in Couch After Help from Ring Finder in Souderton, Pennsylvania

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Robin’s beloved engagement ring that was lost in the couple’s couch ended up being found only after ring finder, Brian Rudolph, helped Robin and Joseph with the in-house search.

Metal detectorist, Rudolph, quite proud of helping his desperate clients, Robin and Joseph, find one of their most priceless material possessions!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

I received a call from Joseph and Robin who were desperately seeking help to assist them in finding Robin’s lost yellow gold diamond engagement ring.

The couple (who were avid bicyclists) took a very long adventurous bike trip through Berryville, Virginia. When Robin realized that her very sentimental keepsake was missing from her finger, the couple tried to determine where the ring most likely had come off during their trip. They were not sure if the irreplaceable jewel happened to fall off of Robin’s finger while they took a break at one of the rest stops or while they were dining at a restaurant somewhere along one of the legs of their journey.

Joseph eventually connected with me by email and then finally by phone where we discussed all of the possibilities of where Robin’s ring could have ended up. Within 24 hours I was on my way to Berryville, Virginia to metal detect the area where the couple had stopped to briefly rest up before continuing along the bike path.

As it turned out, I was not able to find the couple’s lost ring over by the rest stop. All of the areas where I searched in the grass had plenty of surface metal that I had picked up with my metal detector, but I found no jewelry during that time of scanning the suspected plot of land.

When I called the couple to give them my update, I told them that I felt confident that Robin’s ring most likely was not lost at that particular location. The reason for this is because I believed that nobody would have been able to spot the jewelry in that quality of grass. It was just too thick. My conclusion was that Robin had either lost the ring at the restaurant that they had stopped at along their route or perhaps it never left their house in the first place.

Upon sharing this information with the couple over the phone, both of them thought that the ring must have been lost at the restaurant because Robin remembered wearing the ring when she left their house to go on their trip. I asked them whether or not there were any other rings that Robin was wearing and she said that there was a very special diamond frog ring that she had on but it did not slip off her finger like the engagement ring.

I asked Robin if the frog ring was placed on the inner part of her finger and the engagement ring placed towards the outside portion of her finger. She confidently responded by saying that the frog ring would have been on the outside portion of her finger. This is when my investigative skills got busy. I suggested to the couple that perhaps Robin’s special « halo of love » never left the house based on the fact that the frog ring would have protected the engagement ring from falling off her finger (since the frog ring still remained on her hand at the time of the realization that the engagement ring was missing).

Robin just could not buy into my theory and responded by saying that maybe she didn’t remember clear enough and that she may have reversed the placement of the two rings when she put them back on her finger before leaving for the bike trip.

I suggested to the couple that before I were to travel many miles to search the grounds of the restaurant where they ate during their trip, they should check inside their house just to make sure that the ring had not been hiding there the whole time.

Even though Joseph and Robin were convinced that the ring had fallen off of Robin’s finger sometime during their bike journey, they agreed to check the inside of their place before sending me off to the suspected restaurant site.

The two of them asked for advice as to where they should search first for the missing ring and I gave them a list of places to check based on questions I had asked them as to where Robin had been in the house prior to leaving for the trip.

The very first place that I suggested that the couple should search for the diamond ring happened to be their living room sofa. And I am very happy to share that as it happened to turn out, Robin found her beloved engagement ring buried in the couch! The couple immediately contacted me and shared the amazing news! I could not have been happier for them!

My clients shared that they would have never searched the furniture as they were completely convinced that the engagement ring was lost in a public environment. Robin and Joseph could not imagine how long that irreplaceable piece of jewelry would have remained where it was located had it not been for my assistance and expertise! Hopefully they would have eventually checked their furniture before discarding any of it from their home in the distant future! That declaration from the couple truly made my day and I could not have been more excited to help these two very special people recover something that meant the world to both husband and wife!

Woman Loses Four Diamond Rings…Found a Week Later With Help from Ring Finder in Frederick, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Megan’s four diamond rings found in her Patagonia fleece jacket after ring finder Brian Rudolph guided the distraught young lady to search other specific places in our house, including her walk-in closet and checking all coat and jacket pockets.

Megan extremely happy and relieved that her four precious diamond rings were back where they had once belonged shortly after member of THE RING FINDERS, Brian Rudolph, shared his advice and wisdom as to where the couple should continue searching for the rings.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

I received a call from a fellow named Josh who was very concerned about the loss of his wife’s four diamond rings: There was an engagement ring consisting of an 18 karat yellow gold band with diamonds inset down both sides of the band and a 1.25 carat diamond with a halo of diamonds encircling the center solitaire stone of the ring. Secondly, a wedding ring consisting of an 18 karat yellow gold band with multiple medium size diamonds encircling half way around. Thirdly, an anniversary ring consisting of an 18 karat yellow gold band with multiple petite size diamonds. And lastly, an accent love ring consisting of an 18 karat yellow gold band with 7 baguette diamonds encircling the ring.

The couple was completely crushed over the loss of these rings because the jewelry meant everything to them. Like all special rings, they represent the love between two people and the irreplaceable moments in time when perfect love is expressed in the giving of these « symbols of love ».

After a week went by without being able to find the four rings anywhere in the couple’s SUV, on their lawn, in the garbage, and in their house, they really started to worry. Josh and Megan were selling their house and they hoped that the real estate agent or the house stager didn’t have anything to do with the disappearance of the jewelry. There was no way of telling and because of that it was a tremendous preoccupation especially for Megan who felt so guilty about losing the rings.

At some point, Josh went online and searched for help. He found THE RING FINDERS website, an international directory of metal detectorists who specialize in finding lost rings and other items of value. The desperate man called me immediately to discuss the disappearance of the four rings and how I might be able to help the couple in recovering the lost items.

I was so happy to talk with the couple that was obviously distressed and desperate to find the diamond rings. During the hour and a half conversation, as always, I asked every question imaginable in order to get a perfect understanding of all of the places that Megan had been and all of her actions leading up to the disappearance of the jewelry. I was conducting an investigation and there wasn’t a single question that I held back. In dealing with situations like this one, a professional ring finder like me tries to climb into that couple’s world and then attempts to hypothesize what might have happened to the missing items.

When I received all of the answers to my inquiries, I gave Megan some suggestions as to where she should search based on the information that she had given me. Two highlighted areas that I strongly recommended Megan to check and double check were her walk-in closet and any jackets and coats that she may have missed looking in or that she forgot that she had been wearing the day that the rings went missing. Even though the young lady was very confident of what she was wearing and what she had already searched, Megan was still willing to do what I suggested just to make certain that she hadn’t missed anything.

Even while we were on the phone all that time talking, my potential client was already looking through the house and checking various places that I had suggested that she should carefully examine. I was extremely proud of her willingness to be guided by my experience and wisdom when it comes to conducting in-house searches. We all agreed that if the couple had no success finding the rings in the next few days (after focusing on the areas that I suggested for them to investigate), I would then come out to their place that Friday and conduct my own in-house search, lawn scan and vehicle check.

Before we got off the phone, I asked if the couple would join me in a prayer, asking the Lord to guide the two of them in their hunt for their very special keepsakes. I generally invite such prayers because I believe that God delights in objects that represent the covenant of marriage and symbols of betrothal. Why is this? Because it was God Himself who designed and instituted marriage and the betrothal step towards marriage. So why shouldn’t I believe that God will show favor to those who are faithful to uphold such covenants and promises and who desire to want to find such important irreplaceable symbols?!

After we finished praying over the phone, I told Megan, « I look forward to you calling me back with many tears of joy the moment that you find your beloved rings! I hope that I don’t even have to come out on Friday so that your nightmare will end much sooner than that! » Both Megan and Josh we’re quite encouraged by my words and our prayer time together. However, they admittedly expressed their continual skepticism based on the fact that the rings had not turned up for nearly a week after diligently searching everywhere. I just told them to remain in faith and to check the places that I recommended them to focus on.

To my delight, no more than 15 minutes after we all got off the phone, I received a call from the elated couple! The kind of excitement and joy that I witnessed hearing on the other end of the line was beyond measure! Megan was crying uncontrollably and Josh could not believe what had transpired! There is no accurate way to describe what had happened other than it being a true miracle of God!

This is what took place fifteen minutes before I had initially gotten off the phone with my clients: Megan went into her walk-in closet as I instructed her earlier to do. I told her to « doubt her doubts » as to where she thought the rings could “not” have ended up and to then check those very places – especially jackets and coats. So, with that advice, Megan went through boxes of winter clothes that she had packed up in the last week which would soon be transported to their new house in Pennsylvania. Those containers would not have been reopened until the following winter a year later. When the young lady inspected the clothing, one of the cold weather belongings happened to be her Patagonia fleece jacket. Immediately, Megan realized that she had worn that particular garment sometime during the previous week. Next, in following my advice to check and recheck all coat and jacket pockets, Megan placed one of her hands inside the left pocket and lo and behold…there they were! All four diamond rings could be felt by all five elated fingers of the desperate young lady! At that moment she was in complete disbelief! Apparently, Megan had forgotten that that particular jacket was quickly thrown on to wear as she went down the stairs while running late for daycare drop off. The ring would have taken a few seconds to put on, so the hurried mother thought to save time by planning to slip the rings on while walking the children out to her vehicle. Of course, that never happened… Megan completely forgot to put her rings back on and they remained in the pocket of the fleece jacket until that night when the couple contacted me. It was all so surreal! The tears began to flow from Megan’s eyes the moment that she realized that she wasn’t dreaming. Then the couple would soon embrace with much happiness and with a tremendous flow of emotional relief!

I couldn’t have been happier for the couple! Megan and Josh could not stop thanking me and telling me how unbelievable the whole experience was for them! They said that they wouldn’t have discovered the rings until a year later when Megan would once again wear her Patagonia jacket during the following winter up in Pennsylvania! The two expressed endless words of gratitude for my assistance and I could only humbly give the glory back to God! All of us rejoiced together on the phone as we gave thanks to the Lord for answering our joint prayer! I was so happy that I could be helpful to the couple in bringing such a dramatic and horrifying week to a conclusion through offering some of my best in-house ring finding advice and wisdom to Megan and Josh! It really was a very special moment for me that I will truly never forget!

Spider Web Causes Ring Loss…Found by Ring Finder in Berlin, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Bianca’s lovely diamond engagement ring successfully returned to her finger following the help of a member of THE RING FINDERS directory, Brian Rudolph.

Nick and Bianca celebrating the recovery of one of their most beloved material possessions…Bianca’s irreplaceable 14 karat white gold diamond engagement ring!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

I received a call from a distressed young couple in Berlin, Maryland (located on the eastern shore, not far from Ocean City, Maryland). Bianca lost her beautiful new 14 karat white gold .75 carat diamond engagement ring somewhere outside near the front of their house. She had only been engaged for a very short while and already the precious symbol of love went missing!

Bianca and Nick were coming home from a night out when all of a sudden Bianca walked into a huge spider web on their front porch near the entrance to their home! She screamed and with the quick jerking of the young lady’s hand, instantly her loose diamond ring went flying off of her finger!

The couple looked for the missing ring in the middle of the night for more than an hour. With no happy results, Bianca and Nick turned in for the night and decided to continue the search the following day. Unfortunately, while Bianca was at work, Nick spent much of the day hunting for the sentimental keepsake and yet…still… nothing turned up.

During that afternoon, the landscaping crew came by to cut the grass and Nick was so hoping that the ring had not been either chopped up by the mower or picked up by the workers.

When Bianca returned home from work all to find out that her « runaway » ring was still at large, the couple took to the internet and that’s when they found THE RING FINDERS – an elite international directory of metal detectorists that specialize in finding lost rings and just about everything else made of metal! I was contacted shortly thereafter.

After the couple explained the situation to me over the phone, I immediately packed up my vehicle as I concluded another search and headed 3 hours eastward towards the Atlantic coast, to Berlin, Maryland.

When I arrived at the couple’s property later that night, they were so very grateful that I made that long journey to help them solve this mystery. Bianca reenacted the whole spider web encounter and how she reacted and then I immediately got to work.

I first metal detected the left side of the couple’s front steps, scanning parallel with the flower beds that were in front of the long porch. When I found nothing, I detected the right side of the steps and within a minute or so, there hidden in the shallow grass and clover, I picked up the perfect signal! My detector indicated that I may have found a piece of white gold…and it was! I did it! I had successfully recovered Bianca’s beautiful lost diamond engagement ring! It was only a few feet away from the right side of the front porch steps! What the human eye was unable to see, my reliable machine was capable of detecting the very special « MIA » piece of jewelry that Bianca and Nick so desperately wanted to reclaim!

I was so happy for the engaged couple! The two of them were beyond grateful that this ring finder that they found online was willing to drive all that distance and time in order to solve the mystery of the disappearing ring and to put both of their hearts to rest after a very stressful 24 hours!

Lost Engagement Ring in Chesapeake Bay Three Days After Proposal…Found by Ring Finder Brian Rudolph

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Recovered from the bottom of the Chesapeake Bay by ring finder, Brian Rudolph: Madeleine’s exquisite 14 karat white gold engagement ring with a triple diamond set accompanied by additional accent diamonds mounted on either side of the band. And secondly, a sterling silver ring with multiple stones embedded around the band which temporarily held Madeleine’s « betrothal » jewel in place.

Madeleine and Matt were beyond excited that their nightmare was finally over now that THE RING FINDERS’ member, Brian Rudolph was able to successfully recover the amazing diamond ring from the Chesapeake Bay! The newly engaged young lady of only three days (when the ring was first lost) could not have been more grateful to God and for Brian’s expertise.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Madeleine was proposed to by her college sweetheart Matt up in the Boston, Massachusetts area. He tried to make the proposal really special by taking his girl to a Boston Red Socks game where he had originally planned to pop the question while sitting in the well sought after « Green Monster » seating section in the ball field.

Note: The Green Monster offers a view that very few people ever experience and an electrifying connection with history. The famed left field wall is the perfect spot for socializing, networking and especially for proposals!

Unfortunately, the Socks didn’t do so well on the field that day and Matt decided to keep the special jewel box in his pocket just a little bit longer. He figured that he had already spent 2 years searching for the perfect ring for his beloved, so he wasn’t about to get down on one knee under such sad circumstances at the ball park. Instead, the young man who was deeply in love decided to wait for another opportune time to ask his princess the big question. Eventually, after a night out with friends, Matt made the monumental move and asked Madeleine the golden question in the couple’s kitchen. Happiness filled the air that evening and the young lady was awe struck by the triple diamond spread on the bridge of the engagement ring along with additional diamonds mounted on either side of the band! It was absolutely exquisite!

The timing of the proposal could not have been more perfect as it coincided with a large family trip down to Queen Anne, Maryland, located right on the Chesapeake Bay. I believe there were about 16 people who stayed on the beautiful estate overlooking the gorgeous view of the water. It was a perfect vacation planned for much fun and partying – not only for the relatives and friends of both Matt and Madeleine, but also an appropriate time for everyone to celebrate the newly engaged couple!

Unfortunately, soon after the couple started having their fun out on Maryland’s lovely Chesapeake Bay, something terribly wrong happened…Madeleine lost her irreplaceable diamond engagement ring out in the water, along with another ring that was suppose to keep the engagement ring on Madeline’s finger (the couple did not have enough time to resize the band before their trip to Maryland).

It turned out that while Madeleine, Matt and a bunch of others were playing volleyball in the water, the sterling silver « security » ring slipped off of the newly engaged young lady’s finger, which caused the gorgeous diamond ring that Matt proposed to Madeleine with 3 days earlier to slide off as well and disappear down into the water and silt below. At some point, Madeleine looked at her hand and with great remorse, she saw no jewelry on her finger! She couldn’t believe what had happened! The poor young lady had only wore the band for 3 days prior to it being lost in the Chesapeake Bay! Madeleine was devastated and she felt horrible for what had just happened. Though Matt was very disappointed, he kept a very positive and calm frame of mind during the whole dramatic ordeal.

That afternoon, for several hours, many family members searched for the lost engagement ring but sadly there was no recovery to be had. The next day, more people joined in the hunt, including a couple of very young family members (one of which owned a toy metal detector that was utilized to try to find the ring in the water). That too turned out to be a failed attempt. Later on, the couple was able to rent a metal detector from a shop in the area, however, it wasn’t waterproof and the machine was giving off all kinds of erratic signals that made no sense to the users. Dozens of hours of searching were expended by all of the vacationers and yet with all of their valiant efforts to find the lost ring, nothing turned up in the end.

It was so sad for the family and friends to watch poor Madeleine continue to enter the water, always trying something new to see if she could recover her one-and-only engagement ring from the bay. The young lady would take a strainer out into the bay and with great innocence she tried her best to scoop up pockets of silt with the hope of finding Matt’s very special betrothal gift to her. Unfortunately, there were no happy results.

With all of the many recovery attempts made over the next several days by all sixteen guests, no one could find the lost jewelry. Yet, in the midst of great dispair, a new light of hope would soon appear onto the scene! Madeleine stayed calm and poised during the whole ordeal and she decided to look online to see if she could locate an expert metal detectorist that might be able to help her. It turned out that she did find such a great source of assistance…THE RING FINDERS!

As soon as the desperate newly engaged young lady searched for a ring finder on the detectorist directory who deals with special recoveries in water on the Maryland Eastern Shore, Madeleine found my profile information and immediately contacted me.

I was excited to take the 3 hour trip to Queen Anne, Maryland to help Madeleine and Matt recover the lost jewelry. I vividly remember my client on the phone sounding as if she had a new sense of hope and relief just by what I told her that I could add to the search efforts. I couldn’t wait to get there!

When I arrived in the area, it was evening time and the sky was filled with strikes of lightning. Madeleine and I talked on the phone and we both agreed that it was best to wait until morning when the weather would be safer. I stayed overnight in the local town and prepared to arrive out on the water the next morning.

I met up with the newly engaged couple early in the day. The property where they were staying was simply beautiful! The calm water and long private dock out back made the entire scene absolutely picture perfect! They showed me where Madeleine moved about in the water during that one afternoon when the two rings were lost. I asked many questions just to be certain that I had all of the facts before I formed my plan of action.

As soon as I was updated with all of the details, I knew I had to focus on two main areas. One, I needed to search over by the boat lift area where Madeleine retrieved the ball once or twice. Two, the second section was the largest area of water to metal detect which was a 50 foot by 40 foot square section that was parallel to the wooden pier. It was where Madeleine and the others were predominantly playing when my client noticed that her precious keepsake along with the other ring had vanished from her finger.

I made no promises to the couple that I would recover the rings, but I did share that with God’s help all things are possible. The reason I said this was because I didn’t know how much metal content was down in the water. That would determine whether I was looking for the very small treasure in the midst of very large metal « haystack ».

After checking the conditions of the water (which were absolutely perfect) and praying to God with the couple for much success, I returned to my car to gather up all of my gear to bring down to the water’s edge.

I believe the search lasted about an hour and a half. I metal detected all around the boat lift area and there was nothing but miscellaneous metal to be discovered. I then set up a water grid search pattern and scanned section by section, lane by lane, pulling up out of the water every potential target to be identified. At the bottom of the bay I found various non ferrous objects such as: coins, pull tabs, bottle caps and other random pieces of metal. Then, at some point, as I was half way across a particular grid lane, I picked up a very encouraging signal. I was almost certain that I had found Madeleine’s one-of-a-kind engagement ring. As it turned out…it in fact was the very special piece of jewelry that I had been searching for! I was simply elated for the couple! That special betrothal piece was exquisite in design! Matt did an awesome job searching for his future bride’s perfect ring!

Not far from where I scooped up the engagement ring, I recovered the sterling silver ring as well! I couldn’t have been happier for Madeleine and Matt now that all of the jewelry had been accounted for! It was only a matter of minutes before I experienced the excitement of revealing the wonderful news with my clients! They were simply overjoyed! We celebrated together out on the back porch and also gave thanks to God for favoring me with the search efforts!

Prior to the loss of the diamond ring, Madeleine only had three days to wear and stare at that precious keepsake! But now, the happy fiance was reunited with her princess piece which was properly placed back on Madeleine’s finger where it would be celebrated and enjoyed for a lifetime ahead!

I am very happy to share that that irreplaceable jewel that I was able to recover for the couple would soon be greeted by yet another band that would forever keep it company…yes, the wedding ring!

Ring Finder in Annapolis, Maryland Helps Woman Recover Lost Diamond Engagement Ring Found in Street by Good Samaritan

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Beth’s one and only yellow gold solitaire diamond engagement ring recovered after item recovery specialist, Brian Rudolph, suggested to his client to inquire at a law office to see if someone reported finding the lost jewel!

Beth and Thomas extremely relieved that the engaged couple’s diamond engagement ring was found and returned to the rightful owners due to Rudolph’s ring finding guidance!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

I received a text from a young lady who just got engaged and yet sadly she had lost her beautiful diamond engagement ring earlier that day.

She texted, « Hi Brian, my name is Beth and I lost my engagement ring in Annapolis Maryland. I am hoping you can help me. »

I quickly responded back and before long we were talking many details on the phone about the disappearance of the lost jewel. Beth had just gotten home from her physical therapy appointment in Annapolis, Maryland when she realized that her irreplaceable yellow gold 1 carat diamond engagement ring was missing from her finger. The frantic young lady quickly checked her car, house and street pavement to see if it had slipped off after she returned home. Unfortunately, all of her efforts led to no recovery of her precious keepsake.

Beth called the physical therapy office to report the missing ring but nothing was found by the staff. She then immediately drove back to the street where she had parked at the time of her chiropractic visit. Sadly, after checking the sidewalk, street and reporting the missing « symbol of love » with the businesses along that block where she had walked earlier that day, no one had any good news for the depleted new fiance.

A couple of hours later, Beth took to the internet to seek out some ring finding help and that’s when she found THE RING FINDERS website – an elite metal detectorist directory that specialize in recovering lost items of every kind…especially rings.

After getting all of the details from my client over the phone, I immediately made plans to meet Beth in Annapolis, Maryland where we would rendezvous out on the block where she had her physical therapy appointment.

Upon arriving, I had Beth take me on a tour of where she walked from the chiropractic office all the way down the street where she had parked her vehicle. As we strolled together down the sidewalk, I kept my eyes wide open just in case I might eyeball the missing ring.

Once we got towards the end of the block where Beth remembered parking her Subaru on the street, I asked her if she was certain that she went to every business along that block to see if anybody had turned in her special jewel. My client responded by saying, « Yes, I’m pretty certain that I went to every business. » I looked at where she was parked on the street and I just happened to pry a little deeper by inquiring, « Beth, how about this law office over here? Did you make sure you went to this building as well? » Instead of getting the anticipated response of hearing her say that she was confident that she hit that attorney’s office for certain, the young lady paused and thought about it for a quick moment. She surprisingly responded, « Actually, that law practice is the only place that I didn’t make an inquiry. »

One thing that I have learned as a professional item recovery specialist is that one must expend all options and investigate all possibilities when searching for a lost item. Upon hearing my client’s response, I requested that she check with the attorney’s office to see if anyone had turned in the ring. While I walked back to my car to get my metal detecting gear and video probe to inspect her vehicle, Beth agreed to my suggestion and headed for the house that was converted into the law practice.

Upon returning to Beth’s Subaru Outback that was parked very close to the attorney’s office, I received the incredible news that someone had reported finding a diamond ring out on the street sometime earlier that day! The fellow left his phone number with the firm’s receptionist just in case someone came back looking for the lost sentimental keepsake! Beth was totally beside herself when she was shown a yellow sticky note from the employee who took down the gentleman’s information! I could not have been more excited for Beth! She was going to get her ring back!

Now that we knew what happened to the diamond « halo », Beth and I immediately called the apparent « ring hero » so that steps would be taken for my client to meet up with the guy and reclaim her most valuable material possession! This whole experience was something that I will never forget! Beth was so grateful that I had asked her whether or not she had inquired about her ring over at the law office! Had I not, she said that she didn’t think she would have ever known that the ring had been reported to the firm as being found!

Once we got the gentleman on the phone, we learned that the guy had been walking down the sidewalk about three or four feet from where Beth’s car was parked. He just happened to see a sparkle coming from a small object lying on the street pavement which the sun’s light was reflecting off of! As soon as it caught his eye, he went to retrieve the mysterious item and that’s when he realized that he had found something extremely important that needed to be returned to its proper owner if all possible! What a good human being this man turned out to be!

This particular search not only encouraged me with the fact that my client was able to recover her one and only irreplaceable engagement ring, but it also helped to restore some lost hope that there are still some very honest and compassionate people out there in the midst of a very troubled, greedy and selfish world.
