Lost gold wedding band recovered Cape May, NJ

I received a call from Chris. Chris explained that he had just gotten married, here in Cape May, three days ago and he lost his ring in the sand. Chris said that he had taken his ring off to apply sunscreen placing it on his beach chair, the chair tipped and the ring slipped off the chair and disappeared into the sand. After the newly wed couple searched on their own they came up empty handed, thats when they were recommended to Ring Finders Cape May. I met the couple on the beach in front of Congress Hall about 5 minutes after they called. After a brief search I recovered Chris’s ring in about 2 minutes! Now the happy couple can get back to celebrating their newly formed union as one! Another happy “newly wed” couple!

Lost family heirloom engagement ring recovered in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey

A beautiful beach day on Pittsburgh Ave in Wildwood Crest almost turned heartbreaking. I received a call from Alexis. Alexis explained that she had been on the beach earlier in the day with her family. While at the beach, she had removed all her rings and placed them in the velcro pouch on the side of her beach chair. After packing up and walking back home she checked the pouch and found that her multi generational heirloom engagement ring was gone, however, her other 3 rings were still in the pouch. Alexis immediately returned to the beach and began frantically searching the sand for her ring. Her activity drew the attention of other beach goers whom also joined the search. A few folks recommended to Alexis to call Ring Finders Cape May as “that guy finds everything”! After speaking with Alexis, I met up with her about 10 minutes later on the beach in Wildwood Crest. Alexis directed me to the area she had been set up and I began carefully searching the area. After about 45 minutes I had not received the tone I was searching for so I greatly expanded the search area as we both believed it may have fallen out when she began walking home from the beach. About another 30-45 minutes later I got the signal I had been searching for about 15-20 yards from the original search area. Sure enough, Alexis ring emerged from the sand in my scoop. Tears of joy began flowing instantly. Alexis explained that this ring had been passed down thru three generations of her family and was truly irreplaceable! Another happy couple, another beach day saved! If you find yourself in a similar situation, don’t give up hope! Lost Engagement Ring and Wedding Band Recovered in Cape May, NJ

A beautiful beach day in Cape May almost turned heartbreaking.

Josh and his wife were enjoying the beach together. The weather was perfect. The ocean was calm.

At some point, her engagement ring and wedding band went missing.

The couple searched the sand carefully. They retraced their steps several times.

Unfortunately, the rings could not be found.

Knowing the sentimental value of the jewelry, Josh searched online for help.

He found RingFindersSouthJersey.com and contacted me, John Favano.

As a member of The Ring Finders since 2016, I have helped recover hundreds of lost items.

I spoke with Josh and gathered important details.

The information helped narrow the search area.

I arrived in Cape May shortly afterward with professional metal detecting equipment.

After reviewing the situation, I began a detailed grid search.

Every search is different. Accuracy and patience are important.

Within a short time, I received a strong signal.

The engagement ring was found first.

Excitement quickly filled the beach.

The search continued for the wedding band.

A few minutes later, another promising signal appeared.

This time it was the wedding band.

Both rings were safely recovered.

The relief on the couple’s faces was unforgettable.

What started as a stressful situation ended with smiles and celebration.

The couple was able to continue enjoying their beach day..

Anusha gave me a call after her uncle Ram lost his wedding band. The family spent the day on the beach near Convention Hall in Cape May, NJ enjoying some time together. They started a game of volleyball and the ring came off during an attempt to hit the ball. I started the search in the general area where they thought it may have landed. After a few passes of the metal detector, the ring was back on  Ram’s finger!
