Although she was crying in the picture, she was definitely smiling.  This was another case where someone lost their jewelry and only had a few hours left before they had to leave back from their vacation (in this case on a cruise).  She had lost a very special earring and was devastated. She did a great job of marking the area so when I got there it only took me one minute to find it.  If something like this has happened to you, please don’t hesitate, give me a call.

Joe and his family spent some time on the beach this Memorial Day weekend in Avalon, NJ. Unfortunately, Claire lost a special piece jewelry that was given to her by her boyfriend. She took off her necklace before going in the ocean for safekeeping. While taking it off, the emerald and diamond pendant dropped in the sand. Joe reached out to me and I was able to meet them 15 minutes later to start the search. After searching for approximately 30 minutes, the pendant was found buried in the sand. A nice ending to a great beach day in Avalon, NJ.

Pam reached out to me about finding her friend Sara’s lost promise ring in Ocean City, New Jersey. They had moved their chair setup back as the tide was coming in. The ring had fallen in to the sand. Upon arrival and turning on the machine a crowd had gathered. Next to me one of the spectators saw the ring on the slope as the wave was coming, as I was about to put the coil over the ring! I was able to pick it up! Not all rings found are with the metal detector.
