Lost on vacation

  • from Torch Lake (Michigan, United States)

Got a call about a lost ring about 45 mins from home. Was out of town but able to get there later the same day.  Owner knew where she was at in the water the whole time and after about 2 hours of searching her ring was found.  Surprisingly tricky search for how good of directions and nice conditions of the water and sand.  But prevailed in the end.  Thank you for the call, and as always glad to help!

Long drive and ring found

  • from Torch Lake (Michigan, United States)

Received a call about a ring lost at a sand bar kinda far from home.  Knew the area well and was headed out to see if I could find it.  About 1.5 hour drive and a short walk to meet the owner out on the lake, the search area was narrowed right down thanks to the ON x maps. Owner had pinned the location It was lost and was able to find it in just a few minutes.  Him and his son were a great help.  Thank you for the call, and very happy I could help find your ring.

Priceless

Got a message while at work today looking for help finding a very important handed down wedding ring.  Found out is was the owners Dads ring so was very sentimental. Headed out as soon as the work day was over.  Was at the water and after a brief explanation of possible location it was found in less than 10 minutes.  Was very rewarding to see owners reaction.  Happy I was able to help find it.  Appreciate the call

Lost for 8 years

  • from Torch Lake (Michigan, United States)

Got a text message about a lost ring in Torch Lake MI.  Owner had lost it 8 years prior throwing a ball back and forth.  Loaded up the jet ski and rode out to their house and started the search on the suspected location.  Was about 40 mins later and found the ring within 10 ft of owners circled area.  Met up with and returned the ring a couple weeks later.  Thank you for the call to find your lost ring, glad you got it back!

Sand dunes in the background

  • from Torch Lake (Michigan, United States)

Received a call for a lost ring on the sand bar near Sleeping Bear sand dunes.  Could not get there right away but had owner take pictures and video of their location from the boat and also had them leave a item there which they decided on a coke can full of sand and placed on the bottom.  Me and my daughter took the jet ski over to the nearest launch and rode over to the area owner was at according to their videos.  We located the coke can and anchored right next to it.  Ring was found about 10ft from the can.  Quite happy how it worked out for the best.  Always good to try and mark the spot with something if not able to stay til the search.  Appreciate the call,  and always glad to help.

Took some time but wasn’t going to give up. Very happy I was able to help, and thank you for the call!

Received a call to go look for a ring that was lost at a Christmas tree farm near me.  Owner had a very good idea where she had lost it and was spot on. All the small details helped with this one for sure.  Was buried in the snow but after about an hour of searching it was found.  Happy to be able to help, and return your very nice lost ring.  Thank you for the call!
