Rodney of Fredericksburg, Virginia found me online and read many of my reviews that stated positive feedback regarding helping clients locate their property markers.

My client was in need of putting up a fence because the neighborhood kids would kick their soccer balls up against his house and it was becoming extremely irritating for Rodney.

This homeowner spoke with a surveyor and was quoted an astronomical price for identifying the location of the lost property stakes. After talking with me about the project, Rodney was convinced that I was the best choice for saving money and getting the job done correctly.

I drove to Fredericksburg, Virginia and located, identified, tagged and flagged four essential property markers for my most grateful client! Rodney was extremely satisfied with my work and without quickly I was able to identify each and every stake that was hidden below the ground!

Gaithersburg, Maryland Lady Loses Yellow Diamond Engagement Ring at Bohrer Park at Summit Hall Farm…Found by Ring Finder on Over Thirty Acres of Land

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Rachel’s extraordinary platinum 1.5 carat yellow diamond engagement ring that was lovingly designed by her husband Jonathan.

Rachel, Jonathan and family express their excitement for ring finder Brian Rudolph’s fantastic finish in discovering his client’s ring after it had gone missing eight days earlier.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Rachel reached out to me after losing her platinum 1.5 carat yellow diamond engagement ring at Bohrer Park at Summit Hall Farm on July 13th, 2024. She and her husband Jonathan walked to the 30-plus acre land with their two children during an annual event called SportsFest. Youth entering grades K through 8 can participate in a variety of activities. Later that Saturday night, Rachel realized that she no longer had her priceless engagement ring on her finger. She was devastated.

The couple spent the next day searching the huge grassy park to see if they could recover Rachel’s irreplaceable diamond ring. It was nearly impossible to recount where they walked because there were activity stations for the children placed all over the sports fields and other locations throughout the endless acreage.

When they couldn’t find the ring out at the park, they tore their place apart to see if maybe Rachel lost her ring somewhere in their townhome. Sadly, all of their efforts led to no avail.

Later that Sunday evening, I received Rachel’s call for help. I spent a good amount of time on the phone getting all of the details from the couple in order for me to better process the story and come up with a game plan to help my desperate clients.

Two days later, on Tuesday morning, July 16th, I scheduled with Rachel and Jonathan for me to come to their Gaithersburg, Maryland home to start the search. The couple took me over to the park and we walked in the direction of where they remembered taking their children to the special event. It was a lot of territory that I would have to cover! I’m talking a lot! However, I was completely up for the challenge! We returned back to their house and I immediately checked the couch with special equipment, however, the ring was not in the furniture.

After applying much sunscreen and filling my red tool case with a cooler and other search accessories, I walked myself back over to the park to begin the hunt on grass for Rachel’s beautiful platinum yellow diamond jewel.

The day was so hot that temperatures reached over 100 degrees! I metal detected for a few hours but the only thing I came up with was a bunch of trash. Even Jonathan joined me over by one of the sports fields to lend a hand with grid positioning. A few hours later I had to go to another appointment, sadly leaving the property without recovering the ring at that time.

The next day, at noontime on Wednesday July 17th, I returned to the park and resumed my search for the engagement ring. I laid down my grid lines from one section of the grassy estate to the next section. Because it would take too long to grid all 30 acres of the property, I had to place a single grid line down and work on both sides of it every 100 feet. Then, I would move the grid line down another hundred feet and so on. I metal detected all over the sports field and along the sidelines. There was a fairly large hill that the family had walked down and back up again when they headed over to the community center. I searched a portion of that area and still nothing turned up.

The whole time that I was metal detecting, the concern came to my mind over and over again which had to do with the community center. The couple took the kids inside the center during the sportsfest and Rachel sat down on a bench in one of the hallways. There was a strong possibility that it was at that moment that the ring came out of her pocket and landed on the floor. So while I was doing all of the searching on the grass, there was always that question mark as to whether or not I was wasting all that time looking on the property when the ring potentially had already been found by somebody and pocketed.

I did another 3 hours that Wednesday and still I was not able to find Rachel’s beautiful diamond ring. I let the couple know that I would return again the following day to continue swinging my detector with the hope that if the ring had fallen out of Rachel’s short’s pocket out on the vast property, perhaps it still had not been found by anyone just quite yet.

The next day, Thursday July 18th, I made it back out to the search site around 3pm. I was determined to not give up even though my clients were starting to lose hope as time moved forward. Rachel brought one of her sons to the park and met me out on top of the grassy hill near the community center’s parking lot. She answered more questions regarding where the family had walked so that I could lay down some more grid lines. She and her son took one of my grid lines and placed the 100 foot tape in the direction of where Rachel believed they had all walked that past Saturday. As soon as they started heading back, I once again took out my metal detector and started gridding both sides the tape.

When nothing was discovered along the grid path that I had carefully scanned over, I metal detected a section of a smaller hill located above the main sports field. On our initial walk on the first search day, Rachel and Jonathan showed me a section of the hill between two trees where a trash can was located and they thought that that was a viable place to detect. I searched that area but did not find anything there. So, I told them that I would search to the left of that mid section and see if maybe they were actually farther to the left than what they remembered. Unfortunately, nothing panned out in that location either.

Afternoon turned into evening and I once again had to leave the search site for the third time. I still had approximately one hour left to search for the mystery jewel as part of what was agreed upon by both parties on my company contract. Therefore, I let Rachel and Jonathan know that I would plan to come out one more time to attempt to pull the missing ring from the huge grassy property.

Three days later, on Sunday July 21st, at approximately 3:45pm (8 days after Rachel had lost her treasured keepsake), I returned for the final time to search for Rachel’s beloved ring. I regretted not being able to come back any sooner to do more detecting and I knew that had to be hard for my clients to let a few more days to go by. They quickly were losing all hope of ever getting their special symbol of love back.

I focused on rechecking a couple of places that I had previously detected because I wanted to make sure that I didn’t miss anything. When the hour was up, even though I was done with all 6 hours that were contracted, I told the couple I would keep searching on my own time. I just had to know that I did everything I could before finally having to call it quits.

I continued to search for many more hours for the ring, explaining to my clients that they would not be obligated to cover the additional time that I expended out on the hot grass-filled property. I wanted them to know that I was volunteering the remainder of the time invested to hopefully discover Rachel’s ring that Jonathan had personally designed himself, completely custom made for his future bride at the time.

Once I completed scanning the ground over by a section of grass near the playground equipment, I decided I would return far over to one of the hills on the opposite end of the park where I had previously metal detected two sections of that space on two separate search days during the previous week.

I had searched the middle section between two trees where the trash can was located and I on another day I searched the left side of the left tree and did not find anything in that spot either. So, I decided to search the right side of the right tree just in case my clients did not remember that they were actually to the right of the trash can and not to the left end of it.

I started at the bottom of the hill where the sideline for the sports field was located. Rachel had remembered squatting down to help take off her son’s shoes so he could go play in one of the inflatable bounce houses. I had already metal detected that section at least a couple of times already but I decided to do it once more. Again, there was nothing discovered there, so I proceeded to metal detect the right portion of the hill, slowly swinging back and forth as I made my way up that area of the hill.

A few minutes later I reached midway up the hill and I received an excellent target signal. I did not find Rachel’s ring but I happen to discover a young lady’s gold ring that she must have received for her 15th birthday’s quinceañera celebration. The rose and yellow gold piece of jewelry was partially buried mostly in the dirt mixed with some random blades grass.

After placing my first treasure in one of my pockets, I continued scanning the hill, completely conscious of the fact that I was only a couple of « air » gridlines from finishing my long drawn out and very exhausting ring search. And then…I captured yet another curious signal. I knelt down to the ground and used my orange pinpointer to locate the exact spot of the target. I then moved some dirt out of the way and there it was! I couldn’t believe what I was staring at! It was a silver looking band with a large sized solitaire yellow stone on top! A beautiful yellow diamond to be precise! I found it! I recovered Rachel’s lost ring! I couldn’t believe it!

It was at that moment that I released so much emotion and physical relief! I truly couldn’t process within what I had just discovered! I was only feet away from ending the week’s long adventure out on all that grass and then it was over, literally at the final few seconds of possibilities! I recovered my client’s most sought after material possession and it would soon be returning to the finger that it rightfully belonged to! Amazing! I gave many thanks to the Lord for answering the prayer that I and my clients had initially lifted up towards Heaven just before starting the search.

I just sat on that hillside for a good while and let the reality of the moment fully sink in. I can’t fully express just how grateful I felt to have searched farther outside the box, deciding to metal detect the right side section of the hill! It turned out that Rachel and Jonathan misremembered the place where they stopped on that hillside. Rachel probably reached for her phone and the ring came out with her iPhone and there it fell to the ground at that very place where my machine eventually picked up its signal!

Within the next hour I surprised my clients with the most incredible reveal! Rachel cried and Jonathan was in complete disbelief with what they were being presented with. They had pretty much resolved within them that the ring was gone forever. Rachel had visited a local pawn shop in search of her missing jewel along with filing a police report with the county authorities. And yet, the true reality of the situation was that their 8-day nightmare was finally over!

Had I stopped searching after the contract’s agreed upon hours had been expended, the engagement ring would have never been held by Rachel’s hand ever again. Yes indeed, I am so very glad that God made me to be such a stubborn and passionate human being! With every ring search, it’s never over until it has to be over!

Ring Finder Recovers Gold Ring with Forty-Five Diamonds in Washington DC Trash Bag

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Chris’ 18 karat yellow gold ring with forty-five diamonds purchased decades ago while serving in the military stationed in Turkey.

Chris showing off her irreplaceable « super bowl ring » sized keepsake that Washington DC ring finder Brian Rudolph metal detected in the trash one week after the jewel went missing!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Chris lost her very special ring which she had bought for herself decades earlier while serving in the United States military in Turkey. The irreplaceable treasure consisted of an 18 karat yellow gold band with 45 diamonds perfectly placed throughout the exquisite « super bowl » sized ring.

I received my client’s distress call one morning hearing great desperation in her voice to have me visit Chris’ Washington DC home where she believed her ring was still hiding somewhere even after a week of seemingly disappearing into thin air!

While talking with Chris on the phone, she explained that she couldn’t remember where she took the ring off. Usually she had a specific spot where she would place the unusually large diamond sentimental keepsake. However, in this particular situation, she was completely perplexed by her very special ring’s disappearance.

Chris remembered having it on her finger the previous Thursday and then that weekend is when she realized that the diamond covered gold jewel was not on her finger and nowhere to be found throughout the house. One of her young nephews who was visiting that weekend testified to seeing the ring on the kitchen counter. Chris was not able to reconcile the reason why she would have laid it on top of the counter and had no remembrance of doing so. After I finished asking all of the pertinent questions regarding this particular lost ring mystery, we set up a time for me to visit Chris’ Washington DC home.

The next day I arrived at the property and Chris and her grandson shared the whole story all over again just to make sure that I was not missing any important details. In my professional opinion, the two places that were the priority spots to search were the kitchen and the deck where most of the bags of garbage were piled outside. There were also a couple of trash cans below the deck that also needed to be checked. I was so proud of Chris and her husband George for not putting the garbage out by the curb many days earlier. Even though they had already gone through the bags, scouring for the gold and diamonds once before, they didn’t want to let go of the contents until after the ring was recovered.

I gave a thorough scan of the kitchen, looking in all of the obvious and non-obvious spaces and it was my determination that the ring was not hiding in that room. If it was truly seen by the young man during the family party over the previous weekend, it was certainly not there any longer. It was at that juncture that I felt it best to metal detect all of the garbage dating back to over a week prior.

In order for me to effectively metal detect the trash, I requested that Chris’ grandson supply me with extra bags to transfer each piece of rubbish from the original bag to the fresh new one. There were several large trash bags that were full of garbage. I went through them piece by piece, metal detecting everything until I concluded that there was no ring hiding in any of those bags that were on the deck. It was a smelly and slimy job but it had to be done!

Next, I began metal detecting all of the bags that were contained in the garbage can located adjacent to the deck near the driveway. Once again, it was determined that my client’s ring was not in any of those specific plastic bags either. Finally, I attacked the last trash can full of throw-a-ways.

On the bottom of the last trash can to search were all kinds of grass and weed clippings that took up two thirds of the container. The top third possessed more trash bags. After inspecting all of the contents in the first bag, I pulled out an average looking white colored grocery store bag from the remaining pile and noticed it was tied completely shut. It was heavy, filled with lots of small, soft and wet items. Immediately I raised the bag up and scanned every angle of the plastic with my detector to see if there was any metal inside of it. It turned out that there was a small piece of metal sealed up in the bag.

Next, I brought the bag down to the ground, punched a hole in the plastic with my finger, stuck the end of my handheld device into the mushy contents and began searching for the unidentified piece of metal. As I’m doing this I looked up at George who was talking to me from the deck and I asked him, « When was the last time the family ate white lentils? ». He responded something like, ‘Maybe around a week ago’. This would have put this food in the time window of when Chris’ ring disappeared.

Once I pinpointed the exact location of where the mysterious item was hiding in the lentils, I placed my fingers into the bag and slowly pulled out the small metal object. As I’m bringing my new find half way out of the bag I could see something gold-like in color partially shining between my fingers! It was what I was looking for! I found it! I discovered the missing diamond ring! I was beyond elated at that moment! George was in disbelief until I stepped up onto the deck to show him! I immediately ran into the house and yelled out loud, « l found it! I found it! » I took off down a particular hallway to Chris’ office where she was talking to her supervisor on the phone. « Chris! I found it! Yes way! It was in your trash this entire time! » My client was blown away by the news and we gave each other a holy hug filled with excitement and relief! She couldn’t believe that it somehow ended up in the grocery bag full of lentils! Chris and George were so very grateful for my expertise and relentless efforts to recover the beautiful diamond ring.

After lots of hugs and high fives with the family, I packed up my things and we all said our goodbyes to one another. It really was an amazing experience just as I have had many others similar to this one in the past. However, every time another ring recovery like this one takes place, its like it was the first time all over again!

As I drove away, I waved goodbye to Chris’ grandson who was locking the gate and then I headed down the District of Colombian street wearing the biggest smile on my face that one could ever display! I was so happy that my mission was successfully accomplished!

Lost Ring on Volleyball Court in Rockville, Maryland…Found by Local Metal Detectorist

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Nicholas’ white gold wedding band that Brian Rudolph found metal detecting on a grassy volleyball court in Rockville, Maryland.

Nicholas excitedly holding up his treasured white gold wedding band which Brian Rudolph metal detected in the grass approximately 45 feet from where Nicholas felt his ring fly off of his finger.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Nicholas was in one of those desperate situations where one feels like his or her only option is to call a professional. But one doesn’t know if it will be worth the cost or if it will even work out if you do invest in a qualified expert.

My client lost his white gold wedding ring during a volleyball match out on a grassy Rockville, Maryland field near his workplace. Immediately after Nicholas’ ring went flying off of his finger, his team and the opposing team (7 people total) all got on their hands and knees to comb through the grass filled court in hopes of recovering it. After about 20 minutes or so of not being able to find anything, Nicholas frantically searched to find a store nearby that had a metal detector in stock. He got the only one he could find and then spent another 3 frustrating hours searching with the metal detector while dealing with lots of false positives until it was dark (while his teammates also stuck around searching by eye). Nicholas then continued for another hour by himself trying to use a flashlight to see if he could miraculously see the reflection of the ring.

After a long and frustrating search, my client turned to the internet once again and found a Reddit post mentioning THE RING FINDERS, an elite international directory of metal detectorists, which in turn led Nicholas in finding my contact information. He messaged me to see if I was available to help in the search. The young man was desperate to hear a response to his cry for assistance and so I tried quickly to get back to him. When we talked, I gathered up as many details as possible and scheduled to meet up near the grassy volleyball court early the next morning.

Nicholas later admitted that he was skeptical. He shared that it was kind of a last act of desperation to get his ring back and my client wasn’t fully convinced I could find it. After all, multiple people spending multiple hours searching for it could not even find it…so why should he believe that one single person could accomplish what seven others could not?

The two of us met at the Rockville, Maryland volleyball court early the next day. I talked him through all of the details on how I was going to search for Nicholas’ beloved wedding platinum wedding band. I could tell that he was hopeful but somewhat questioning as I said that I would start sweeping the outer perimeter of the court, far beyond where my client was (center court) when he lost the ring, and then work my way into the center.

After 40 minutes of scanning the outside perimeter of the rear and right sections of the court, as well as the inner center court area on both sides of the net, later on, Nicholas shared that he was pretty disheartened at that point. Yet, this RING HERO was still optimistic and not moved at all even though so much time had passed by at that stage of the search. I explained to Nicholas that I would begin searching even farther out than the initial scanned area, but this time it would be on the opposite side of the court that my client was on. I would do my grid lines on the left outer sideline area of the court and see if the ring went flying way past the left out-of-bounds line. After the search was over, Nicholas told me that he figured that there was no chance of me finding it there. Yet, he thought to himself, « Why not, let him try. I have nothing to lose. »

Within ten minutes of working in that area, I was shouting over to the kind young man to come on over to where I was standing. I found the ring approximately 45 feet from where Nicholas had felt the ring slide off of his finger! It was hiding in the grass way beyond the far left side of the volleyball court! I still get amazed at how far these little guys can fly! I was so happy for him! Nicholas couldn’t believe how quickly and easily I was able to find his ring. I congratulated him as I handed his irreplaceable keepsake back to the hand that it belonged to and then we gave each other a huge victory man hug.

I am so thrilled to have been able to recover Nicholas’ lost wedding band. It meant the world to he and his wife the day it was placed on his finger…and now in a different way it means just as much to have reclaimed what would have been lost and gone forever!

Gold Wedding Band and Girl’s Childhood Ring Found in the Ground Outside of Herndon, Virginia House

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

David’s classic yellow gold wedding band and daughter’s sterling silver peace sign ring buried in the dirt for four years and possibly decades found by ring finding specialist, Brian Rudolph

David happily displaying his two treasures soon after ring finder Brian Rudolph recovered his client’s lost wedding band and daughter’s sterling silver peace sign ring several inches below the ground.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

David contacted me after searching the internet for a professional metal detectorist. He found THE RING FINDERS website, an elite international directory of metal detectorists who specialize in finding lost rings and other precious items.

David was in need of recovering his lost classic yellow gold wedding band that had gone missing four years earlier. My client explained to me that one night during dinner, David was playing with his wedding band at the dining room table. At some point, he left the room without remembering to put his very special keepsake back on his finger. As it was customary to do, David’s wife Deborah took the dining room tablecloth (not aware that the ring that she put on her husband’s finger nearly 45 years earlier was mixed in with all the crumbs), opened the rear door of the house and shook it out over the ground to the left of the steps.

When David realized what had happened to his ring, he immediately acquired a metal detector to search for the irreplaceable treasure. Sadly, all of his efforts led to no avail. Instead of looking for a new solution to somehow find his lost wedding band, David moved on to other more pressing responsibilities and projects. Four years later, my client decided it was finally time to try again to recover his very precious piece of gold. Utilizing another metal detector to scan the same patch of lawn years that he searched so long ago did not provide for better results. That’s when he found me on THE RING FINDERS website.

As soon as I arrived at David’s home, he took me to the backyard and showed me where his wife Deborah regularly shakes out the dining room tablecloth. It was a very small section of real estate (approximately 3 feet by 5 feet) mostly consisting of old dried out dirt and rocks.

Before I started metal detecting the particular area in question, I thought to myself how hard it was to believe that the ring could have ended up in that tiny section because David should have easily found the ring when he used the metal detectors…and yet he had no such luck.

It took no more than a quick swing with my detector over the patch of dirt before a very attractive target signal could be heard in my headphones and seen on my machine’s screen. I took out my hand digger and broke up the dirt in order to get access to the mysterious object buried several inches below the ground. Then, I used a handheld detector to identify the exact location of where the piece of metal in question was hiding. To my client’s surprise and amazement (including my own shock and awe over what my eyes beheld), the once cherished classic yellow gold wedding band emerged from a broken up ball of dirt that my cutting knife sliced out of the hard earth! There it was! It was there the whole time! David’s ring was finally recovered! Somehow he missed it when using the cheap metal detectors 4 years earlier and most recently!

David’s situation is not uncommon. Many of our clients try to find what they are looking for with a metal detector but they are not experienced in operating the device and or the equipment is cheap in construction and pretty much worthless. Therefore, they can’t understand the beeps, bleeps and numbers that pop up on the machine’s screen. The individual gets frustrated and eventually the search gets scrapped.

I was curious as to why David’s ring came up at such a high number on my detector screen when I initially scanned the spot in question. After having a quick celebration with my client, I decided to place the detector coil back down over the dirt to examine the ground further. I wanted to see if there was additional metal that was in the same vicinity where David’s handsome piece of gold was found. Indeed there was! I picked up more than a few signals but one was right there in the hole where I dug out David’s ring minutes earlier.

It turned out that there was another ring buried right next to David’s wedding band! It was a girl’s sterling silver peace sign ring which apparently belonged to one of David’s children from long ago – perhaps over 20 years earlier! The little ring most likely met a similar fate in the same way that David’s ring ended up outside – it got caught up in the dining room tablecloth and thrown out of the house with all of the crumbs!

It was truly a fun experience for me to recover not only the irreplaceable wedding keepsake that belonged to David, but I was also able to preserve a small piece of childhood history that belonged to one of David’s daughters when she was a young girl! This metal detecting story turned out to have a very happy ending for both husband / father and for daughter, as well!

Rose Gold Diamond Wedding Ring Lost at Softball Game…Found by Ring Finder Brian Rudolph in Vienna, Virginia

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Emily’s rose gold and multiple diamond wedding ring which nests with Emily’s rose gold and diamond engagement ring that metal detectorist Brian Rudolph had found prior to recovering the wedding band

Emily’s father-in-law excitedly holds up her once lost rose gold and diamond wedding band which ring finder Brian Rudolph found after recovering Emily’s irreplaceable engagement ring

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

(PART 2 – The search continues for Emily’s lost rose gold and diamond wedding ring!)

After successfully finding Emily’s lost engagement ring, it was time to look for the wedding band. I searched all over that particular area where the blanket had been picked up but there was no more rose gold to be found at that time. Emily called her friend to ask her where she walked up a particular hill when they left towards the parking lot after the game. The idea was that there was a good chance that the ring stayed in the blanket and then fell somewhere on the hill as the young lady had made her way towards the asphalt.

I grid searched the entire rest of the area including the hill and unfortunately I did not find the wedding band. That’s when Steve contacted Emily’s girlfriend one more time and asked again for more detail. She remembered folding up the blanket which then gave us a good indication that the ring would have had to fall out of the blanket prior to walking towards the parking lot!

I immediately returned to the earlier search site down where I found the engagement ring. This time, I did a perpendicular grid search to see if maybe the ring had landed on an angle down in the grass which prevented me from getting a good signal earlier from the opposite direction. As it turned out, I indeed found Emily’s very special rose gold wedding band! It had not been very far from where the other ring was all that time! By doing the perpendicular grid, I hit that ring perfectly and the signal could not have been more obvious! Steve and I were so excited for Emily! We called her up on FaceTime and surprised her just moments after I successfully recovered the lost jewel from beneath the thick blades of grass! My client was thrilled at the news and relieved as well as at the sight of seeing her MIA gold and diamond filled wedding band that had been lost for three days in a very public environment! Even the grass had been cut earlier that day which could have potentially destroyed the irreplaceable jewelry!

In the end, both the engagement ring and the wedding band were successfully recovered! As a ring finder, there’s no greater feeling than helping people like Emily and Tyler! I am so glad that I talked Emily out of giving up and filing an insurance claim! Because of my passion for finding lost sentimental keepsakes, I was able to save yet another set of irreplaceable symbols of love that no insurance company could ever replicate!

Lost Diamond Engagement Ring During Softball Game…Found by Brian Rudolph in Vienna, Virginia

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Emily’s rose gold 1 carat diamond engagement ring which almost was lost forever had it not been for THE RING HERO Brian Rudolph.

Emily happily shares her beloved rose gold and multiple diamond engagement ring which ring finder Brian Rudolph found near the softball field backstop where Emily had been sitting.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Emily called me in a state of panic because she had lost her two most important personal material possessions: her rose gold 1 carat diamond engagement ring with multiple diamonds surrounding the center stone and all around the band along with her rose gold wedding band with multiple diamonds which nests together with the engagement ring.

Emily shared with me that she had searched for several days looking for her two most important material possessions in the world but all of her efforts led to no avail. The two main areas she looked was at home (where she applied lotion to her child) and along side the softball field where she watched her daughter play her game.

My client did all of the right things but still came up way short of finding the rings. She looked all around the house and nothing was found. She then got a metal detector from a friend and scanned all of the areas where she had been sitting, walking around and taking photos with her phone. Still nothing. She gave the metal detector to several other people and they also could not recover her precious jewelry.

Finally, Emily heard about THE RING FINDERS from somebody on a community forum and immediately reached out to me. I asked her all the questions that I needed answers to in order for me to assess the situation. We then agreed to meet out by the softball field early that evening.

While I drove to the search site to meet up with Emily and her father-in-law, I received a call from my client expressing second thoughts about attempting a recovery of the rings. I asked her why and she shared that after talking with her husband, he suggested that they let go of the search idea and just file an insurance claim. I told Emily that I didn’t understand the reasoning because there was no risk on their part other than my travel fee. And if I did find the rings they would remit the reward value indicated on a form which I had Emily fill out in advance of the search. An amount that we ring finders ask to be fair and reasonable.

I reminded Emily that these were her very rings that her husband Tyler placed on her finger at the moment that she was proposed to and during the wedding ceremony when Emily said, « I do ». I asked, « Why would you not try one more time by hiring a professional ring finder like myself to see if those rings were still there or never there in the first place? » After some more dialogue back and forth between us, Emily decided to move forward with the search!

When we met up at the softball field, Emily introduced me to her father-in-law Steve (who was also unsuccessful metal detecting the grassy areas) and she showed me all of the places where she had been during her daughter’s game. I then got busy by laying grid lines down on the grass right next to the softball field and then began my metal detecting project.

Even though there was a lot of metal that was scattered about on the surface and below the dirt, I am excited to share that I recovered Emily’s beautiful rose gold and diamond filled engagement ring! I found it in the location where she had been sitting on a blanket and had applied sunscreen to her little one during the game. When the game was over, her friend picked up the blanket (not knowing that Emily forgot to put her rings back on) and the irreplaceable keepsake ended up lost in the grass!

Emily and Steve were so very happy to see that amazing looking rose gold and diamond treasure back on Emily’s finger! She was so grateful for my work and my client was beyond happy that she had ultimately decided to listen to my plea to not cancel the search but to allow me to metal detect the area just to make certain of whether or not it was there or not! Yes, she was very grateful that I lobbied hard to convince Emily to keep with the vision in having me help her find her so very special rings! Indeed, my client truly made the right choice in the end and her husband Tyler was also glad that his wife didn’t listen to his advice to « abandon ship »!

Emily had to leave the school yard to take her husband on a birthday getaway. So Steve stayed with me and I continued to search for the missing rose gold and diamond wedding ring.

(This concludes PART 1 of the search. Stay tuned for the conclusion of this wonderful ring search story!)

Rings Lost While Gardening…Found After Calling Member of The Ring Finders in Sykesville, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Katie’s family heirloom white gold and diamond engagement ring and wedding band which detectorist Brian Rudolph recovered for his client.

Katie and her husband Chase shining with happiness and relief knowing that Katie’s irreplaceable family heirloom keepsakes were back in her possession thanks to the efforts of Brian Rudolph.

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Katie was gardening all day in her backyard. At some point, she took off her white gold and diamond engagement ring and wedding band (they were welded together) and placed them in her spandex shorts pocket while planting, weeding and trimming. After Katie took her shower in her outside shower area near the couple’s pool, she reached into her short’s pocket to retrieve her rings but sadly they were gone. The pocket was completely empty!

Katie and her husband Chase looked everywhere for the pair of irreplaceable keepsakes but even after twenty hours of searching, the jewelry didn’t turn up anywhere. There were approximately eight or nine locations where the rings could have fallen out of Katie’s pocket! This included all of the grassy areas where Katie walked throughout the couple’s estate while gardening in her very elaborate flower beds and near or around the fish pond.

Chase contacted me after finding my information on THE RING FINDER’S website. Later that night I made it out to the couple’s place and began the search. I immediately went to the shower area near the in-ground pool to see if the rings came out of Katie’s shorts when she tossed them outside of the shower stall. After an hour of detecting all around that section of the backyard (in and around the garden beds, pine tree limbs and under the deck stairs), I moved over to the adirondack chair where Katie had sat down for a few minutes in the middle of the day. Unfortunately, I didn’t find my client’s white gold and diamond ring set there either.

It was at that point in the search where I suggested to Chase that we take my detector over to the fish pond area. As we began to walk across a narrow strip of grass which wrapped around towards the pond, I randomly scanned the ground just in case I hit an interesting target signal on the way over to the water.

The signal that I picked up on my detector was extremely attractive to my ears and to my machine’s LCD screen. I asked myself there in the dark as I adjusted my headlamp and knelt down to look at the buried object in the grass, « What would the odds be that I just found the two rings? »

Well, as it turned out, I had great news for Chase who was standing just a couple of feet behind me! I FOUND THE RINGS!!!! They had been buried under the grass blades the entire time they had gone missing! They must have fallen out of Katie’s pocket as she was walking towards one of the garden beds or while bending over to do some necessary weeding!

Chase and I walked around towards the front of the house and revealed to Katie the great news that I had successfully recovered her irreplaceable keepsakes! Katie began to cry uncontrollably and the three of us gave thanks and praise to the Lord for answering our earlier prayer! I love my God!

Wedding Band Goes Missing During Barbecue…Found Over Fence in Gaithersburg, Maryland

  • from Washington (District of Columbia, United States)

Walleed’s platinum wedding band that had gone missing for days before RING HERO Brian Rudolph had finally found it in the grass on another adjacent property!

Walleed and Anya excitedly showing off the wedding band that traveled 35 feet off their back deck which detectorist Brian Rudolph had found!

Brian Rudolph, Lost Item Recovery Specialist (Land, Water, Sand, Snow, Leaves, Cliffs, Houses & Vehicles) Will Find Your Lost Keepsake! Call ASAP (301) 466-8644!

Walleed and Anya have been married for 5 years. Walleed had never lost his platinum wedding band until the other day. He lost the ring while barbecuing on his townhouse’s second floor deck. While throwing a nail out back which his five year old son had found, the man’s ring flew off with it!

The family searched with a metal detector for over an hour but they couldn’t find the irreplaceable keepsake anywhere. Finally, Walleed went online and found me on my Metal Detecting Adventures Inc website. He was thinking of renting a higher quality metal detector from my company.

After talking on the phone with my potential client, I convinced Walleed that the best thing to do would be to hire me to find his lost ring instead of renting some equipment. Many people who rent from my company do not find what they set out to search for. Then, they hire me…THE RING HERO! Walleed got smart from the get go and we set up a time for me to conduct the search.

I am happy to share that I successfully found my client’s special wedding band! After metal detecting the entire backyard (which included the lawn, flower beds and between all of the wooden fence slots), I decided that my next plan of action was to search on the other side of the rear fence. That’s where I recovered Walleed’s wedding ring! It had flown 35 feet from the deck and landed part way down the hill on the other side of the fence!

Walleed and Anya were so very happy to see again the very wedding band that Anya had placed on her husband’s finger approximately five years earlier! The couple were relieved and extremely grateful that they hired a professional ring finder to do the search which as a result would end up bringing the heavy sentimental platinum ring back home to Walleed’s finger!
