Gold wedding ring lost while playing basketball, found hiding in the grass with metal detector.
I received a call from Jake explaining how he had lost his gold wedding ring while shooting some hoops the day before. He told me he went up for a jump shot and felt the ring come off. He didn’t see it but heard a sound of the ring hitting something and then it was gone. After searching all over without any luck, he went to the internet for help and found The Ring Finders. Jake had told me that he and his wife Deanna had recently celebrated their 2 year anniversary so I meet him the same day so we could get this ring back on his finger. We went over everything that happened the day before and the search began. After around 15 minutes, a loud signal coming in at 36 on my Equinox 900 told me I was about to see a smile. The ring was hiding in a patch of dead grass and blended in making it nearly impossible to see. So happy to help return this ring where it belongs.
