Fellow ringfinder, Tom T., sent me a referral as he was tied up. Wendy was baking on Saturday and her ring came up missing. She thinks she lost it in the pantry when it flew off her hand and landed in the trash basket. They searched the whole area and went thru the trash about 4 times and did not find the ring. I gave her instructions to record the last time she knew she had the ring on and also the first time she noticed it missing. For that time period I asked her to write down all the things her hand touched during that time.I arrived and met Gary and Wendy and we went thru the trash one more time with the pinpointer-no luck. They took me into the house and showed me the pantry. While I was searching the pantry, Wendy went in the other room and opened the desk drawer where she had her cook books. She HOLLERS, I FOUND IT! Tucked inside the side of the cookbook was her ring. Sometimes, miracles do happen.
