After receiving a call from Erin I headed to Newcastle, ME to locate this cigar band gold ring she lost while swimming at Colby wildlife Refuge. The ring which actually belongs to her husband and is a family heirloom was lost last year. Although they had searched previously with a detector themselves, Erin kept my involvement a secret and couldn’t wait to surprise her husband with the good news at a family BBQ that evening. As you can imagine finding and recovering it from the mudflats was a sticky, gooey, muddy good time with a garden hose shower for me and my equipment as soon as I got home. A portion of the reward received will be directed to the MCST Outdoor Leadership Program.

I am officially out of the doghouse, thanks to Sean! He is personable, professional, and great at finding rings. Thank you so very much! You have an open invitation to any BBQ we have!
