Miracle find in the lake

I found this guys ring after he lost it a week ago and I just happened to find it when he was there a week later. I was just detecting in the water and found it. About five minutes later his son asked me if I found a ring and then his dad asked if I found a black ring. I asked if he was joking, but he showed me the exact same ring on his finger, as he had already replaced it. I gave him his ring and he wanted to give me a reward, but he didn’t have any cash on him. I told him that it’s not all about money and he didn’t call me out to find it. He did give me 4 beers though. The smile on his face was reward enough.
