Working with your hands in the dirt can be dangerous to rings! This man lost his ring while putting a garden in his back yard. The dirt was easy to dig in since he had tilled it up and it was not long before we found his ring where the strawberry plants went!

Cell phone goes missing

I found this phone on the beach. Cell phones can be hard to return if they have been lost for a while and turned off. Luckily it had not been lost long and the phone rang! When i answered it it was the owner calling form another phone. We met and returned the cell phone.

 

Losing a borrowed key can be stressfull!

I got a call about a lost key in some bushes. She had borrowed the key to get something from the house. There was a lot of strange things in the bushes but the lost key did turn up!

This young girl lost her Diamond engagement ring in the surf. It is always a little more difficult in the surf but persistence paid off! My friend Johnboy who is between us in the pic actually found her wedding band the next day!

Got a call from the ring finders website that they had lost a ring. They did not move which was good thing. If you ever loose something on a beach either stay put or mark the location! When I arrived he still had his umbrella up and in the same area. It was recovered in minutes! The smile says it all!

Got a call from Marion that his wife had lost her ring in the ocean! He said she was about 3/4 feet deep. Using only a dot on a map showing the location (ain’t GPS Great!) I proceeded to grid the area off. After about 1 hr I struck GOLD! I worked it out with Mario to go to her work and pretend she was receiving a delivery at work and I gave it to her! What  a surprise! As I was detecting in the water I saw a young boy with tears in his eyes because he had lost his ring. I got a good signal and saw it in my basket. I told him to look in my basket and it was the one he lost!

I got a call from Nehemias that he had put his ring in his pocket for safe keeping while he played on the exercise bars on the beach but forgot as he did a few upside down maneuvers! After realizing he had lost his 14K wedding band he did a search and found me on theringfinders.com. He actually had gone home to Maryland and he was pretty specific where he said he lost the ring and it only took one swing to find it! Mailed it back to him and he was one happy camper!

Lost Ring found in Chesapeake Va found for neighbor

My neighbor saw me in the yard and called me over. He knew I did a lot of metal detecting and began to tell me about his daughter loosing a ring 3 weeks ago that he had given her. I went back and got my detector and the search was on! I saw a sterling ring in about my third hole and it ended up not being the one she lost! After about another 15 minutes of looking BAM I found her ring she had lost. She ended up with 2 rings!
