My daughter is so relieved her ring was found. Thank you Ron... (2025)
My daughter lost her ring while helping to clean the snow off the walkway at our home in Waterloo Ontario. She was extremely upset when she discovered that her ring was missing. My daughter and I, along with some friends searched for it but couldn't find it. My daughter had a sleepless night worried about her lost ring. We went on the internet and Ron Forster's name appeared under metal detecting, “The Ring Finders” and we then searched for Ron on “The Ring Finders” web site and called him on Monday afternoon at 2:30pm. Ron came and we met at 3:30 pm. at our house. At around 4:30PM Ron found my Daughter’s ring. My daughter is so relieved her ring was found. Thank you Ron for your quick response, kindness and understanding you showed. Again, thanks for finding my daughter’s ring.

I am so happy and extremely grateful you found my rings... (2024)
I lost 2 rings at a soccer field and after searching the field a couple of times, I was not able to locate my lost rings. I called Ron on Saturday evening, who is listed on, "The Ring Finders" and he agreed to meet me at the park at 10:00 am the next day. I showed Ron the area where I believed the 2 rings were lost. He started metal detecting in search of the rings and within a half and hour Ron had found my 2 rings. Ron, I am so happy and extremely grateful you found my rings. Thank you so much Ron.

Ron, thanks again for finding my wedding ring... (2024)
I lost my wedding ring in my backyard last night while cleaning yard waste and throwing the waste over the fence. It was after cleaning that I had noticed my wedding ring was gone. I searched the area that I thought my ring could have been, but couldn't find it. I located Ron's name, on-line, in his Ring Finders blog and called him that night. Ron replied to my call that night and agreed to come to do a ring search the next morning. Ron found my ring in about an hour. It was in an area about 45 feet away
from where I originally thought it was and searched. Ron, thanks again for finding my wedding ring this morning. I greatly appreciated your fast response. Thank you, Tim.

Thanks Ron for your concern and kindness shown and quick response. (2024)
I lost my VW (2012) key fob in the ice and deep snow while visiting my Sister’s animal farm to help her with some farm maintenance. I lost the other key fob some year ago, so I was not able to drive the car home. I rented a metal detector but was still not able to find my key fob, not to mention how I felt in the extremely cold weather we experienced last week. I thought it was a lost cause. I searched the internet and noticed Ron’s name on the Ring Finders web-site. I called him Wednesday night and he returned my call immediately. He assured me that he could come the next day (Thursday) to search for my key fob. Fortunately, Ron found my key fob in about 2 hours, as mentioned, in extremely cold weather. I can’t tell you how it felt when Ron handed me the VW key fob. Thanks Ron for your concern and kindness shown and quick response.
Sincerely,
Tonia
