Imagine having something you have worn 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 43 years suddenly disappear! That is what happened with my wedding ring in the snow. I was extremely upset and thought it was gone forever. Enter the hero to the story. I contacted Paul and he came out the very next day. I watched him meticulously scan the area where I thought it might be – nothing. I then pointed out an area that I thought was a long shot, but possible. Once again he meticulously started to scan this new area. As he got to the end of the area my heart was sinking as I was beginning to think he wouldn’t find it. Suddenly he stopped and scanned deeper and deeper into the snow. He reaches down, pulls something out of the snow, walks back to me and handed me my ring. I will be forever grateful to Paul and his magic.

Brendon was very kind and professional, helped us retrace our steps, and thought of places to look we hadn’t yet thought of. He had no qualms about getting dirty, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who has lost something of value. Paul Humphreys- you are a hero of mending hearts! The feeling of loss for Stephanie and Brian and then the hope of connecting with Ring Finders organization and then uncertainty if it would take a few times to retrieve, not 90 minutes is purely astounding!!!

We have to let you know that losing rings in Wisconsin waters is sort of a family tradition (we are second cousins) as we have a lost wedding band at Kohler a few years back and after divers and being afraid of the lack of finding it again, you have given us the hope we needed up until now by finding The Barsotti’s precious jewel- we would hope to commission your help soon to Kohler if you can! Paul was a life saver! When I felt the ring come off my hand in the lake, I thought for sure it was gone forever. After my friends and I searched for over an hour as best we could in the sand below and came up empty,

I had no hopes of ever finding my ring again. I count my lucky stars that I found Paul and within an hour after sending him an email, he had his plans in place to find my ring. In less than 24 hours, my ring was recovered and I breathed a huge sigh of relief!

I live in Chicago, so Paul even went the extra mile to carefully ship my ring back to me, after traveling to Lake Geneva and gearing up to go underwater to help locate my missing ring. I can’t say enough how great this whole experience was…well, I mean…losing the ring in the first place wasn’t great, but Paul sure was!
