Search Types

Any location land or water is possible. I have the equipment to allow me to find and cover virtually any terrain. All my equipment is dive rated allowing shallow creek and river recoveries and deeper dives for lakes.

For land-bassed recoveries I utilize a high-end metal detector capable of discriminating trash and false signals, allowing me to quickly locate your surface valuables and pass over buried or above ground trash.

Please note- Whether land or water, take the time after reading this to take some notes if you haven't already. Details of what you were doing, which way you were facing, and as close to the exact location you were in are easily forgotten in a short amount of time. All these details will help you with the recovery whether you choose my service or not.

Clemson, Pickens, Oconee & surrounding areas.

Dwight Childress's Bio

I have been searching for lost treasure since I was a kid and my uncle told me about the bank robber that local law chased down to our creek back nearly

100 years ago. The robber buried his loot and to this day it was never found.

Mostly because it was a lie that was never revealed to me till I was in my 30's. But that lie began my passion for treasure, gold, silver, pirates, and finding all things lost.

Fast forward to 2018, I purchased my first metal detector and the bug was on. I quickly started finding lost silver coins, old pocket knives, a ton of trash, and a lot of fun. As soon as I learned I could turn that excitement into a side biz getting to help others find their lost valuables I had to join.

I work on a reward type basis plus a minimum call out fee of $50 for land recoveries, and $80 for water recoveries requiring scuba. I'll search any land with land owners permission and can even do dives in most local lakes, rivers, or ponds to locate lost valuables from your weekend water trip.

Please text first to ensure I get your information. Tell me your name, what you lost and where you lost it. For water recoveries please include your best guess as to depth. I will contact you asap to lock in the job. I look forward to helping you.
