Hello,

I am writing this email to let you know I lost my engagement ring surfing at Sebastian Inlet on Oct 4th around 3pm and thought it was gone forever. Allen came out the morning of October 5th, stayed calm, and actually found it in the ocean! He was professional, kind, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’m beyond grateful — he truly gave us back something priceless.

While in Florida, I lost my wedding ring in the Atlantic Ocean. Heartbroken, I told my wife and we decided when we got back home to New Mexico we would look for a replacement.

Before I started looking for a replacement I went on line and saw TheRingFinders. I contacted Allen and he asked for a hand drawn map. I didn't expect a miracle but just a couple days later Allen texted me a photo of him holding my ring. I was blown away. He shipped it to me right away and when I showed my wife she couldn't believe it. We are so grateful to Allen and TheRingFinders team.

While taking my engagement photos on the beach, my ring suddenly fell off my fingering into the water as the waves were pulling back. I knew I was not gonna be able to find it myself and then I needed someone with experience I was able to find. An old post about the ring finders and contact Allen. She immediately got back with me and went out the next day. My ring had already been in the water for three days, and I thought it was gone forever. It only took Allen 1 hour to find it. I praise God for his love and mercy!

I lost my wedding band on Sunday. I looked for what seemed like hours in the sun with no luck. I was completely devastated.

Someone suggested I post on a facebook group that the locals use to see if someone found it.

I figure my ring was a lost cause. It was Thursday and still no luck. My ring was simply gone. With all the messages I received on the post, someone tagged Allen with Ring finders. I thought “It wouldn’t hurt to ask” . After sending a message, Allen immediately called me. We spoke about the area and he said he would go out right away. Less than 3 hours later he called me with great news!!!

He found my ring!!!

I thought my great-grandfather's ring was lost to the Atlantic forever. It is irreplaceable, and I was devastated. We thought maybe one day, years from now, someone with a metal detector may find it and we could keep an eye online if we saw it posted - but we knew this was highly unlikely. However, when searching online we found Al on TheRingFinders. Again, we gave him the information and thought he may just keep it in mind next time he searched this area; however, he met us the next morning and found my ring in what seemed like under ten minutes! We were astonished and so incredibly thankful. This man is a gem, and I'm so appreciative of the work he does. Now the ring will continue to be passed down by our family with another little story to go along with it. Thank you!!

I’m so grateful to Allen for finding my ring, I lost it one night while swimming in Sanibel Island. It was mid afternoon and I spent hours trying to find it until I gave up, the next morning I found him on google and ringfinders (I didn’t even know that existed) I called him and he came right away, I pointed out the location. He told me he had to wait until tide was low to try, but made me feel so hopeful, it wasn’t until a couple of weeks after that he send me the pictures telling me found my ring! I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much for helping us locate the lost ring. We came all the way to Ft Meyers Beach from sunny Cleveland Oh (lol) to have a beach wedding and low and behold. Laura’s wedding band gets lost. I knew the location and it took Allen like 10 minutes to find it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You are the man!!!
