Jeff+ mar at the lake
Probably one the most bizzare ring searches in my experience. Jeff and Mar were visiting from Lima, Peru. They were at the lake in Central Park having their pictures taken taken next the lake. Mar brushed her hair from her eyes and her new engagement ring fell into the lake!
I arranged to meet them and we went to the area of the lost ring. I entered the water to search for the ring. Over the next hour my search was interrupted at least 5 times by photographers taking pictures of couples in love. The last time I entered the water a 5 piece Mariachi band assembled 10 feet from me and proceeded to serenade a couple at very high volume.
amongst this distraction I was able to locate the lost ring. The couple were very grateful for my diligence on the recovery. A recovery to remember for sure!
