An evening Lost Ring Call. Laura calls and says, My Dad lost HIS DADS wedding ring. I’m aprox 5 mins away if I can find parking so I’ll head right down. Ok it took about 20 mins to be at top of the stairs and my phone rings, we’re right below you waveing. I get down on the sand and hear the story that this was his Dads ring from 1953.
His Mother Olga was standing there with tears in her eyes, I told them » its here and I’ll find it for you.
After gridding the whole area, I asked if they checked their chairs and stuff, he looked at me and replied, YES, 3 times.
Open up the search area and I think it was 2 passes and boom, there she be. I take it outa the scoop and ask « Whats it look like »? Laura gets to dimonds on top and I hold up my finger with this beautifull ring on it.
I only ask kind of metal before I search, cause its a treasure hunt for me and I love the shock factor too.
I look to Grandma and the look on her face was PRICELESS.
A really nice guy who had helped them look for the ring in the sand before I was called, (gess they tried for over an hour, ) came over to me and asked
» will you take a tip from me ? » Thats a first, I was kinda in shock, as he stuck a bill in my bag. This proves my feeling about helping people, Didnt get his name but he’s in the pic, red shirt. Thank You. Happy 4 th to all.
