Vacation saved at Hardings Beach Chatham MA with found car key!

  • from Brewster (Massachusetts, United States)

I received a call about a lost key that broke off the key fob. They stated that they lost it on Hardings beach. So I drop what I was doing and headed to the beach. I meet them in the parking lot and they said it was somewhere down this path to where we were sitting. Now this path is about a quarter mile long. This is not something I normally look for so I had no idea what reading number it would give out on the display so I was digging everything. So I start off look for the key. Received a few beeps penny nickle bottle cap ! Then about 20 mins about halfway down the path there it was in my scoop! They couldn’t believe it! Thank you thank you, you saved our vacation!! They figure it was going to be over $800 for new key and programming plus getting car towed! So they were very happy!

Lost Platinum Men’s Wedding Canoe Pond Brewster Cape Cod

  • from Brewster (Massachusetts, United States)

I saw a post on the Brewster community page someone had lost a ring. They messaged me and we set up a time for me to come over and look for it. They had a general idea where they lost it. They weren’t sure if it was in 1’ or 4’ of water. I was using a nox 800 and knew it was in the 10-14 number range. I started grinding it off going back and forth. On third pass I got a good signal and I said to them I think this is it. I pulled up my scoop and bam there it was. They were all very happy!

Lost mens wedding band on Brewster beach

  • from Brewster (Massachusetts, United States)

I lost my wedding band, fishing the bay on my Wife’s birthday. After searching for 6 days with multiple family members’ help, with multiple detectors, I called Jarrod. He went out an hour later that day after speaking with me and found it. We are extremely grateful. Anyone who has lost a wedding band knows the feeling. Don’t waste your time, give yourself peace of mind and call him. The fact he went down that night to start looking was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Lost Ring Found Truro Cape Cod Grandmas Heirloom Wedding Band!!

  • from Brewster (Massachusetts, United States)

I received a message about a lost ring in Truro with a phone number. I texted the number and recieved a text back from Lauren about how she had lost her grandmothers platinum and diamond wedding ring. It had been lost for three days. She gave me the basic area where she had lost it and how she lost it. She was skipping a stone and it flew off as she released the stone into the ocean. When I arrived at the beach it was blowing at least a steady 40 mph and the waves were kicking up. I started on beach in-front of the house. I went back and forth and was picking few quarters and dimes. Then I hit the water and the waves were huge! Got out little over my waste and the waves were crashing over my head. I’d have to jump up to not get knocked over. I even go hit in the head with my shovel! This was by far the hardest recovery I had done! I stayed in the water for around an hour going back and forth. I pretty much got my A$$ kicked and had to get out. I said to my self I know this ring is here! So I concentrated right where the waves were ending on the beach on my second pass I heard a faint single which rang up as a 4-5 on the equinox 800. I took one scoop out and it was not in the hole. So I dump the contents of the scoop on to the beach and kick it out with my foot and BINGO there it was!! I was very relived to finally find it. I text Lauren “guess what!” She could not believe I had found it! She called me on the phone and she was very happy! She said I was her “Ring Angel”
Here is a Testimonial from Lauren.

I am truly forever indebted to Jarrod. I am named after my grandmother who sadly passed away before I was born. Wearing her engagement ring kept her close. When the ring fell into the ocean, after much searching and sadness, I said goodbye to this precious family heirloom. When we were led to Jarrod I scoffed at the possibility of him finding the ring days after it fell off in the water. Much to my surprise and delight, Jarrod found my ring. He was easy to communicate with and obviously quite persistent.
So grateful – Lauren

Mens wedding ring lost in Bucks Pond Harwich

  • from Brewster (Massachusetts, United States)

I saw a post on Harwich community page about a lost ring. I replied to the post and offered my services. Stacey contacted me and gave me some details about the ring and how they thought it might of been lost. I showed up at the pond the next morning and began my search. I checked the beach and some sand castles with no luck. So I headed to the water and went back and forth in the swimming area. After the 5 pass I recieved the signal I was looking for. The ring 14K white gold rang up as a 16 on the equinox 800. It sent Stacey a text she could not believe I had found it!
Here is the story from her.

A few hours after leaving Bucks Pond in Harwich Jon realized he lost his ring. We were convinced it was a lost thinking he must’ve lost it deep in the water while paddling. His wife Stacey decided to post on Facebook about the lost ring to see if there was a chance someone found it. After contacting Jared and sending a very blurry selfie photo taken by a friend to ID his last known location. Jared had a general vicinity to search, chest deep near the bouys , it must’ve flown off while he was throwing the football with his son. Jared found the ring with a 45min early morning swim. Jon is no longer wearing his ring in the summer! Stacey wanted to keep it a surprise and didn’t tell him the ring was found until later that afternoon the next day. She placed the ring in a clam shell pretended to drop something, kneeled down had him open the shell and proposed. Needless to say he was beyond shocked and thrilled.

Men’s wedding band lost on the flats!

  • from Brewster (Massachusetts, United States)

Tami Messaged me today to tell me her husband lost his wedding ring at Crosby’s Landing beach. They were in the water between the shore and the sand bar between the beach entrance and exit. It was high tide when the ring was lost. The ring is plain silver band-coated in Rhodium and was very sentimental.
I showed up at the beach and they showed me about where he lost it. The tide was going out and water was about 12” deep with lots of seaweed. He said you can’t see the bottom! I said the machine will see right threw it. After a few minutes  and the first good  signal There it was.
