I have been metal detecting for many years and we enjoy the hobby very much. I have recently upgraded my dectector to the Minelab CTX3030 which allows me to detect in water.
I am 47 years old, married for 26 years, with a Daughter 20 and a Son 16. I own and operate my own small business in Buena Vista Township NJ. My company sells and services portable Fire extinguishers and we hydrostatic test high pressure metal cylinders.
I have been in business for 25 years. I am also the Volunteer Fire Chief in Richland NJ ,which is my hometown. I have been a volunteer firefighter for 30 years.
I am also a New Jersey Forest Fire Service District Firewarden. I have worked for NJFFS for 29 years. I especially enjoy forest recoveries of lost items. some of my recoveries include jewelry of all types, old iron relics, silver coins, and many many other brass, copper, gold, silver items. I find metal detecting a relaxing get away from the business world.
